Stellaris successfully brings Paradox grand strategies to interstellar level, but feels at this stage too barebones at places. While the early game exploration and expansion is interesting and tense, and the late game crises bring welcome change to a step in 4X games that often becomes boring mopping up, the mid game is too often a boring slog with too few things happening both with your own empire and your passive neighbours. The feeling is further strengthened by the lack of espionage and any real internal or external trading. I have faith that Stellaris will improve greatly with patches and DLC, as Paradox games have done, but for now Stellaris is only an another decent game in its genre. [June/July 2016]

Maybe even a bit too classic: more originality in design of the world and mechanics would have only improved things. Capcom has invested much on the multiplayer content, but unfortunately the game fails to deliver. The campaign is much less nerve wrecking with human aid, but the biggest issue concerning other multiplayer modes is the lack of players. [June 2010]

Ground Zeroes is a technically competent PC version of an entertaining, but unsatisfyingly short commercial demo level for the upcoming Phantom Pain, which leaves you wanting the whole thing. [Feb 2015]

Not that much has happened since the last time. The AI players have great difficulties especially in defense and maintaining a controlled defensive line-up is next to impossible. Nice atmosphere, though. [Sept. 05]

The sequel to the best Lego game delivers, although the predecessor is a superb specimen in almost every way. The monotonic game mechanics show some signs of evolution, so hopefully there frustrating button-mashing is replaced by something else. One can always hope. [March 2016]

So violent and over the top gory that it's appropriate that it's moving to the cel-shading. It's also appropriate for its comic origins. In ways Darkness II feels quite dated. Luckily the options one has during combat (because of the four arms) make it an unique experience. [Feb 2012]

Shines in flight and physics modeling as well as the actual combat, but AI and especially the campaign engine could use a lot of further development. Whether or not the engine can handle proper campaigns remains to be seen, however. [Apr 2010]

Deus Ex and Thief reimagined by an one-man team. Neon Struct may have blocky visuals and barren levels, but it's also a highly enjoyable old-school stealth game. A hidden gem. [Sept 2015]

Excellent fan service to Dead Space and a great on-rails shooter. Due to the genre change but sticking with the familiar location, weapons and enemies it’s both familiar and refreshingly new. Replay value after the 5 hour play through is questionable however. [Nov 2010]

The Godfather 2 is a quite good, but too short GTA-style virtual criminal's sandbox. It doesn't look as impressive as "GTA IV", nor does it have as many things to do as "Saint's Row 2." [Mar 2009]
