A solid add-on with a cliché-ish but consistent storyline for hardcore Guild Wars gamers. GW:EN will serve as a worthy ending to the original plot and act as a nice bridge to Guild Wars 2. [Oct 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Who doesn't love animals? Judging by the fact that every edition of the Sims franchise has received a pet-themed expansion, everybody loves a furry friend. Cats, dogs and horses are let loose in the new residential area of Appaloosa Plains. Pets shake up a Sim's life, but the expansion pack feels very familiar to all Sims players. But if you still enjoy your life in Sunset Valley, there's no reason to turn your back on Pets. [Nov 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

Alienation is a furious, fast-paced, ruthless and extremely entertaining twin-stick shooter from the masters of the genre. A worthy successor to the cult classic Frozen Synapse. The turn based game mechanics provide exciting and fun gameplay and although the game is at its best when played against other people, the single player mode is a full fledged game in itself especially thanks to the new and ever improving manager mode. The newest addition to the Gears of War franchise is for the first time a true evolutionary step for the game series. There's finally some dynamic to the warfare and although the story is the same kill-em-all-macho-badass thrillride, it's certainly an improvement to the weeping Marcus Fenix we saw in the third Gears of War.- Pelit (Finland)

Don't Starve is a sandbox survival game with an unique graphic style, odd setting and challenging but rewarding gameplay. The goal is to survive as long as possible in a very hostile world. It's a tough task but it can be done if you know what you are doing. The game is usually pretty enjoyable but sometimes it can also be very frustrating because you have to repeat the same actions multiple times when you are gathering resources. So violent and over the top gory that it's appropriate that it's moving to the cel-shading. It's also appropriate for its comic origins. In ways Darkness II feels quite dated. Although I lost my Settlers virginity at a fairly old age, growing a functional colony is very, very addictive. The game brings back a load of childhood memories, which is definitely one of the game's strongest sides. There are some minor flaws though. Fun for a while, but two measly levels is just too little, too late. Especially for a game that's practically made for DLC campaigns. Also the difficulty level is ramped up a bit too much on expert. Stellaris successfully brings Paradox grand strategies to interstellar level, but feels at this stage too barebones at places. While the early game exploration and expansion is interesting and tense, and the late game crises bring welcome change to a step in 4X games that often becomes boring mopping up, the mid game is too often a boring slog with too few things happening both with your own empire and your passive neighbours. The feeling is further strengthened by the lack of espionage and any real internal or external trading. I have faith that Stellaris will improve greatly with patches and DLC, as Paradox games have done, but for now Stellaris is only an another decent game in its genre. [June/July 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

Black Plague ends the story that began in Overture, and it does the job pretty nicely. Black Plague is more than just a polished version of Overture.
