It's disappointing to get a same old game on a fresh new platform. [Holiday 2005, p.80]- Official Xbox Magazine

The sorest spot is the game's lack of polish or presentation - two things that pro-wrestling is all about. [Mar 2003, p.81]- Official Xbox Magazine

It's a game you'll have fun with for a while...until your brain starts to hurt from the randomness of it all. [Dec 2004, p.84]- Official Xbox Magazine

The structure isn't terrible, it's just not very good...same goes for depth and the game as a whole. [Jan 2004, p.63]- Official Xbox Magazine

Impact nails the feel of wrestling, but adding a new coat of paint to an old-school style won’t be enough to entice those seeking something fresh. Fans of the genre or “sport,” however, have an accessible and fun wrasslin’ game worth sticking in their collection.- Official Xbox Magazine

This game should appeal to any Scooby-Doo fan, as well as anyone looking for a low-rent, low-impact platforming workout. [Nov 2005, p.131]- Official Xbox Magazine

The whole point of Olympic-style games is for multiplayer fun and it is absolutely unforgivable that this game only supports two-players. [Mar 2002, p.78]- Official Xbox Magazine

Casting and reeling are both saddled with overly sensitive controls and there's little instruction as to how to work each lure type. With an unimpresive graphics engine, this one is a candidate to be tossed back. [Oct 2004, p.74]- Official Xbox Magazine

Blackgate succeeds in channeling Arkham's open-world structure into a 2.5D format, but runs into pacing issues and hackneyed dialogue along the way. [July 2014, p.70]- Official Xbox Magazine

Marathon is certainly interesting for aspiring game designers and historians who want to observe Bungie's roots. But as a $10 offering in 2007, it just doesn't hold up very well. [Sept 2007, p.74]- Official Xbox Magazine

Given the scope of what it tries to cover, Liberation HD could’ve easily been as complex and lengthy as its home-console siblings. Instead, this somewhat-confusing adventure gets you to love it, and then leaves you yearning for more.- Official Xbox Magazine

Backed by identical(and cheesy)interfaces and feature sets, all three do an excellent job of re-creating there respective game, though their finest hour comes over live multiplay. [Jun 2006, p.64]- Official Xbox Magazine

There's no end to the action in Alter Echo, and the game succeeds in its deep fighting system... Unfortunately, the game stumbles with PS2-style graphics as well as repetitive and linear play. [Nov 2003, p.102]- Official Xbox Magazine

Finding an opponent online is easy, although newbies will find little mercy and even less help. Otherwise, this Kollection is an appealing, if never mind-blowing, package.- Official Xbox Magazine

The one aspect of BlackSite that stands out from the crowd is its not-so-subtle political commentary — for example, every mission is titled with a Bush-ism, like “Stay the Course,” “Mission Accomplished,” and “Regime Change,” and the game leaves nothing to the imagination regarding its designers’ political viewpoints. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing is up to you, but we just wish they’d woven it in a little better — no one likes being preached at when they’re trying to kill alien scum.- Official Xbox Magazine
