The tank battles are unexpectedly fun and should be a blast with friends in multiplayer.- NintendoWorldReport

All three of these single-player games hold up well by modern standards and each will take at least a few hours to exhaust...if you're good enough, that is.- NintendoWorldReport

All of the benefits of level grinding found in the classic Pokemon games are either removed or cheapened in this title. Without anything to look forward to, it's hard to deal with the monotony of the dungeons.- NintendoWorldReport

All in all, Mega Man ZX is a worthy successor to the Mega Man Zero line. The combination of Zero's gameplay with X's power-collecting is a nice mesh of the two series.- NintendoWorldReport

Cooking Mama was fun for a while, but after the novelty wore off, the repetition of the mini-games and the janky stylus controls just became a bigger and more noticeable defect, and while I’d love to praise the game for trying something different, I have to fault it for not having much depth. So why does it suck? It should be protected by the double negative of the two licenses. Ah, but the truth is that there is a third negative at work here., that being the console-game-ported-to-handheld negative. As far as I know, that is a Triple Negative.- NintendoWorldReport

Feels like another "phone-it-in" anime game. The mini-games are boring, the Captain events feel tired and generic, and there's no replay value to be found.- NintendoWorldReport

I recommend LSWII to those who really loved the original – for me, it was worthwhile to see all the cinemas and locations, and plenty of fun in co-op. It doesn't live up to the original by any means.- NintendoWorldReport

If you're looking for a great kart game, stick with "Mario Kart." If you really have the urge to play a kart game featuring Namco characters, then by all means, pick up Pac-Man World Rally.- NintendoWorldReport

The mini-games range from mildly amusing (the raccoon-tossing one in particular) to dreadfully boring and bad (the fruit sorting game will be a frequent nightmare for me, I am sure) and the overall quality is unfortunately tilted towards the latter.- NintendoWorldReport

It would be an all right buy for younger kids if they really, really like Barnyard or 3D adventure games that aren't too complicated.- NintendoWorldReport

If 400 puzzles sounds like more Sudoku than you could ever want, much less need, I highly recommend Nintendo's own "Brain Age" as a superior alternative. It includes only 100 puzzles, but the interface is significantly better, and you get all the Brain Age stuff in addition to Sudoku, which is really just a side offering in that game.- NintendoWorldReport

Slightly better than your average game that comes with an unintentionally comedic story. It's no shock that MMBN6 isn't trying to win over new fans, and on a system all but dead there isn't much need to innovate. It is what it is and fans of the series who aren't sick of the formula yet will love it.- NintendoWorldReport

Cars for the DS is not a terrible licensed game; in fact, it is beautifully presented and even includes some clever mini-game ideas. But it never surmounts the feeling that these mini-games should have been a side offering to a real, main game that just doesn't exist.- NintendoWorldReport

New Super Mario Bros. (NSMB) features the best wall jump yet—there is precious little more satisfying than saving oneself from a perilous pit with a knee-jerk wall-jump. Mario may not control as he did in any of the classic Mario games, but he still feels perfect.- NintendoWorldReport

While definitely not the sort of game that makes you spaz when you hear about it, Over the Hedge does deliver on the goal of all movie games. That is, to not be a complete pile of garbage.- NintendoWorldReport

All in all, Vicarious Visions has created a very generic 3D platformer that just traverses old territory. Even for a children’s game, Over the Hedge completely lacks challenge, subtlety, and length. The game does show signs of high production values, as evidenced by the lovely graphics, convincing voice-acting, and clever use of the two screens. However, those elements just prevent the game from being downright poor.- NintendoWorldReport

I really wanted to like this game, and I really hope the rune-drawing system is used again for a different title, because it really is fantastic, but the RTS mechanics are unresponsive, and the timed missions are more of a hindrance than a challenge.- NintendoWorldReport

Rampage is an ancient kind of game, unabashedly repetitive and simple, and that makes it a good choice for older gamers who remember pumping quarters into arcade machines other than Dance Dance Revolution.- NintendoWorldReport
