    The mixture of action, stealth, and minigames will keep your attention for the game's direction. The solid gameplay is made better because of the excellent presentation.

    If you're expecting a heavy storyline with complicated characters, Over the Hedge is not your cup o' tea…it's a morality tale, the good guys are good, the bad guys are bad…and a happy ending is inevitable.

    Kids that enjoyed the movie will probably enjoy playing, although parents may want to check out Kao 2 instead, which while not a better game in technical terms, was just more fun to play in our opinion.

    OTH is nothing new, but nothing incredibly bad. If you're looking for a simple drive down leisure lane, then this is it. If you're looking for an overall competent game that adds a little humor to boot, then here you go. Just don't expect anything revolutionary.

    While definitely not the sort of game that makes you spaz when you hear about it, Over the Hedge does deliver on the goal of all movie games. That is, to not be a complete pile of garbage.

    Since I was a lad, I longed for a distraction from my dull, boring life. I grew up in a small town, knew everybody and everybody knew me. WhenSince I was a lad, I longed for a distraction from my dull, boring life. I grew up in a small town, knew everybody and everybody knew me. When I was 18 I started to question what life was really about. I did research and started writing poems to see if anything sparked up a good answer. I remember it like it was yesterday, I was walking back from school and decided to cross the bridge for a longer, peaceful walk. I heard a noise become louder and louder. As I turned around, I was struck by a car and it brought me off the bridge into the river. I did not feel any pain but I could see the driver drowning as the car sunk. I wanted to help him so I ripped off the room of the car and pulled him out. I could not believe what strength I had, and how I was hurt at all. The driver and I became friends, we helped each other with problems and I always asked him this question about life.
    One day he approached me and told me he found the answer to life. As I searched for this answer for years I could not believe him when he told me. The answer first startled me because under the act of Z, we could not speak of such things as he was saying. The punishment for breaking this law was death. There were obvious ways to avoid being caught, so I brought him to a safe location and asked what the answer was. His response was Cory. Cory was the light, the everlasting and the superior mind to all. This game Cory in the House is the answer to all scientific discoveries and all religious debates about God.
    I woke up and I was in a hospital bed, the year was 2020 and I had been in coma for 20 years. I emerged stronger and faster. Everyone was curious because all men were asking the question about life, the same one I asked 20 years ago. I went to the closest apothecary and asked if they had a copy of Cory in the House, thankfully they had 1 left and I brought this to the mayor and explained my epiphany. He agreed to play this wonderful game and he was lifted to the Lord. Cory gave him the strength to rise into heaven without being dead. This game.... This game is the answer to all questions, the answer to God. This game gives you access to heaven. Cory is God.

    I was playing my nintendo gamecube because my mom won't buy me a ps3 and i went to play my most favoritest game in the whole wide world.I was playing my nintendo gamecube because my mom won't buy me a ps3 and i went to play my most favoritest game in the whole wide world. Madagascar for the nintendo gamecube, i really like the penguin level, Logan and i played it all the time back in the day. but it wouldn't work. So after a night of tears and brandless booze I put in the video game adeptation of my second favorite dreamworks film, shark tale. Game sucked so i played over the hedge for the nintendo game cube . The game s menue told me to buy shrek super slam for the gamecube which is a better game because its is the fortnite of the dreamworks games. I made it to level 11 before i started remembering how fun that penguin level was.

    I think RJ the rocket racoon was voiced by bender who i do NOT like and i dont like to be TRIGGERED GAME!!@!!!!!!!!!! Also the game was boring and i miss my Madagascar for the gamecube nentendo . you got to snear around and drop people off the ship with a crane. it was pretty fun and i cannot ever do it again .

    I would never rank this game anything over a 3 but because i want to fool others into buying this game i rank it 10

    user reviews were a mistake

    "thehedgeislife" and i are now going to return to our small town and play Shadow the hedgehog's multiplayer vs mode for the Nintendo Gamecube.... *walks into sunset never to be seen again*

    (To this day I still wonder what happened to that young metacritic reviewer, the mysterious 57 year old boy who loved jimmy neutron, the penguin level as well as Shrek super slam. Some say he was drafted into the war, others say he finally got that ps3 he wanted o so badly, hell, i know of a few who say he never existed in the first place... Whatever the truth is we can gain a lesson from all this, be careful with your copies of Madagascar for the GameCube. or else you'll find yourself playing a below average game adaptation of a mediocre dreamworks film. and no penguins...)    … Expand
