I’m not saying Catch a Ride is bad, because it does the best job that Crazy Taxi could possibly do on a Game Boy. There are just certain places that the GBA should not go, and a full-out 3D port of a 128-bit game is one of them.

The Geo-Mod system was better utilized this time around and also very well tied into the multiplayer mode. But one can’t just stop thinking about the possibilities if a game like Red Faction was made from the ground up on the GameCube hardware.

The idea of taking hostages in a first person shooter is novel, and stealth also can be interesting. None of that negates the impact the auto-aim has on the game, or how frustrating the controls can be.
