If you are nostalgic for old school action JRPG, YS: The Oath in Felghana is one of the best option you have on the PC.

Shadows of Rose is a solid expansion in which we control Rose Winters, the now teenage daughter of Ethan, engaged in a desperate search for normality that will lead her to experience the same horrors of her father and to face scary creatures. The mix of powers, combat, exploration and puzzles works well, the story has some great moments and the package in its entirety includes some interesting extra content.

The new modes are very funny but too short and the free for all battles are a little too messy.

Escape Plan for PlayStation 4 is a surprisingly good porting of its handheld counterpart with a new control system which is probably not very pristine but also more responsive and sometimes less infuriating.

Kirby and the Rainbow Course shows what happens when you have a good idea but you don't know how to keep it fresh and engaging for a few hours. Not to mention the beautiful visuals completely wasted on a standard definition GamePad screen.

Medieval Dynasty is a big peculiar mix of survival, resource management and RPG that feels medieval enough to be worth a try, despite some huge balance problems.

Anyone who chews a bit of fantasy can never have imagined what it can be to fly on the saddle of a dragon shooting fireballs and spinning free in the air. Finally the dream becomes (partially) reality.

American Nightmare is a good comeback for our favourite writer. It's a bit too small and its structure could use some more variety. But, given the price of admittance and the sheer quality of its elements, it's well worth playing.

Smash Cops is a fun and fresh driving experience, as it features some unique touch controls and a nice sense of impact. The game comes with a good number of missions and vehicles you have to unlock by gaining stars, and it will keep you entertained for a while.

Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition is a nice but ultimately forgettable puzzle game, with strong but derivative mechanics and an unsatisfying exploitation of the Mario Bros brand.

After Teslagrad we would expected really much more from Racing Games. World to the West is a nice game but with a lot of bad game design ideas. Splitting the party into four different entities was the worst thing to do and that lead to a tedious and unnecessary backtracking.

to a T is a narrative video game with a bizarre premise that, over the hours it takes to complete it, becomes increasingly elusive. It wants to be a colorful adventure and at the same time a story designed to raise awareness of the protagonist's disability, through many small minigames that try to make us experience his condition firsthand. However, as the narrative progresses it takes a surreal turn and distances itself greatly from his humanity. Even on a playful level, the game lives on expedients, on small activities that are never truly explored in depth. What remains, once completed, is certainly its unique style, the coarse humor and the fantastic songs that Takahashi wrote for the theme songs of each episode.

Advertised as a "life simulator", Fantasy Life is actually a pretty standard action RPG crafted with amazing care and sensitivity. It's fun and gorgeous looking, albeit somewhat repetitive if you strive for complete every task and master every class.

Dread Delusion is an old-fashioned RPG that focuses everything on exploration and freedom, hitting the mark. Exploring these magical and strange flying islands is fun and exciting and is an experience we recommend, unless the only thing you want is to run straight and fight all the time. In fact, the melee system and AI of enemies is trivial, just an extra in the middle of the rest of the game. We would also have liked a bit higher difficulty level, but overall with its never-too-large map and interesting missions, Dread Delusion is an excellent adventure that you should not ignore.
