Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is a good turn-based strategy with a couple of good additions from the team of Nippon Ichi.

SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake is exactly the kind of game that we could expect from the Nickelodeon franchise. It's a 3D adventure with emphasis on its platforming action and some small puzzles, very old school as a tie-in and quite simplistic in its mechanics, it retains at least the enjoyable spirit of the animated series.

A French Ninja is an new character for a videogame, but Join Francois is really something special for this crazy game, with his incredible jump ability and his funny animations. To be rescued by the helicopter, he has to jump thru the roofs, escape from enemies and also from a lot of different obstacles. Urban Ninja is a really fun game, and the low price it's another reason to buy it.

Frenzy TPS with cool ideas and persistent map. Game sometimes lacks balance and graphics are not so great, but Hybrid is definitely a thrilling online experience.

Picross E is a cheap collection of 150 nonograms that fans will sure enjoy, but the lack of any extra or downloadable content makes the game feel a bit too much barebone.

Dead Island 2 is an adventure that in the end disappears without a trace. If you enjoyed the first one, you will probably enjoy this sequel as well; however, if you are looking for something more exciting and incisive you will necessarily have to look elsewhere. But it's nice to look at, somewhat relaxing in company, and despite the flaws it could be just the game you've been looking for.

Powered by a single developer, Banished is a unique city-builder game with a strong sandbox component. Deep and technically well done, is a recommended purchase for all fans of the genre.

Quite surprisingly, Eagle Flight is one of the most enjoyable games on PlayStation VR. With some additional content it could have been way better, like other virtual reality games released recently.

Minute of Islands is a fascinating work that takes the player on a journey of reflection on very delicate issues. The only sore point is the linearity of certain situations and the duration of the work.

Hard Reset is a great game, a hardcore FPS that brings to the table some very nice ideas and tests your skills level after level. The gunplay works very well, with a huge sense of impact and a great number of different enemies to fight, and the graphics prove indie games can even compete with high budget titles.

Layton’s Mystery Journey is a convincing new chapter of the Level-5 franchise, with familiar mechanics and a wonderful value for the money. Too bad that the new characters aren't on the same level of the old ones, and the story is a bit dull and juvenile.

Tales of Arise: Beyond Dawn is too little too late. The expansion tells a somewhat predictable story amid tons of basic side-quests with basically no twists to the familiar gameplay: it's OK if you absolutely loved Arise cast and world building but otherwise skippable.

Horses is an important video game that aims to scandalize by working within the uncomfortable space typical of provocative art. It has no intention of being harmless: it wants to unsettle you on every level. It is a reflection on the banality of evil, on the anarchy of power, and on how dehumanizing others pushes us to commit atrocious actions. While it evokes the horrors of twentieth-century totalitarian regimes, it is a highly contemporary work that stages mechanisms power still exploits to undermine our humanity. It is a video game that does not seek approval and has the courage to remind us how easy it still is, even today, to simply follow orders.
