Transformers Legends is a fantastic tribute to the fans of the classic series, since it's packed with tons of awesome artworks and beautiful tunes. What a pity the gameplay is not that solid when it comes to actually fight your opponents.

Mighty Switch Force! 2 is just too similar to the previous entry: it's a great game as well, albeit short, but it's more an alternative than a true sequel.

Star Trucker is as valuable as any video game that offers something unique and unparalleled. It’s distinctive, bold, well-crafted, and designed with a specific audience in mind. However, if your sole interest is in driving, you might want to consider other options.

Skylanders Battlecast is an interesting diversion of the main game. The game's mechanics are easy, but they also offer some degree of strategy. The only real problem is the random mana, which can destroy even the strongest deck.

Encased is a very classic isometric RPG that harks back to early Fallout. There is great care taken in the game world and fans of the genre will get lost in it. It's a shame that the combat system isn't particularly layered.

Tandem: A Tale of Shadows is a good game, which will be liked by lovers of puzzle games and those of gothic fairy tales.

Alpha Protocol is a strange game. No matter how good and deep is the rpg part, with a well told story, it's almost completely broke when it's time to shoot and sneak. The A.I. is so cheesy and ramdom that completely make you forget your class and skills.

Mix together two simplified versions of XCOM and Crusader Kings and you'll get Massive Chalice, an enjoyable game where unfortunately some aspects are not at the same level as others.

In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl we have two distinct souls: the strict remake and the new features. It's still a pleasure to explore Sinnoh, but a more ILCA should have done more to blend all the new stuff and the core game.

It's still a great fighting game, made even better by the various changes (and, obviously, the 60 fps). Unfortunately, the netcode is lacking, and it's hard to see the community thrive when the developers blatantly ignored the multiple advantages of a rollback netcode once again. Truly a pity: this fighting game deserved a long life online. As it is, it's just great fanservice for Jojo Fans.

Even with some unfortunate flaws, Big Bucket last game is a charming and fun space adventure, a good homage to the science fiction of the 1950s.

Pathfinder Kingmaker is a rough gem, which would deserve a sequel only to see developed the many ideas it contains but which are not as refined as they should have been. Vast but too much derivative, at times it seems a mod of Pillars of Eternity.

First Light is an enjoyable but dull DLC. It's enough stating that competitive online arenas are more challenging and fun than story mode.

Forgetting the unplayable new cameras that should have made this PES a new beginning, what this 3DS edition offers is the same, familiar "PS2 version" gameplay that made the series so popular. Shame for the lack of any online multiplayer mode.

We Are Football 2024 is a good step in the right direction. It aims to be a more manageable and user-friendly version of Football Manager, but it needs more realism in the simulation and a better match engine.

Mario Strikers: Battle League Football gloriously mixes football and side-scrolling beat’em up mechanics: it’s fun and deep. The low numbers of modalities and characters, and the uncertainties in the through balls, prevent it from reaching excellence. For sure, with Mario Tennis Aces, it’s the best Mario Sports game of the HD era.

Perhaps TT Games should have made an all new game based on Fantastic Beasts rather than remastering LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-7. Despite being still quite fun, the old formula didn't age well and suffers from bugs old and new, lack of voice acting and weird, counterintuitive puzzles.

If you were expecting an adventure about heroes and redemption, great characters and an interesting plot, this probably is not the droid you are looking for. But while Battlefront misses the opportunity to be a great single player experience, it fulfills in authenticity and immersion. It's one of the most powerful Star Wars experiences, one that will give you great memories for a long long time.

A pretty puzzle adventure game, with a lovely protagonist, an exciting mix of humour and violence. A lot of trial & error restrain the enjoyment somewhat.
