Door Kickers is the ultimate top-down tactical SWAT simulator. Challenging, packed with missions, never frustrating, it will keep you busy for many hours trying to perfect your execution.

Ms. Splosion Man is a fantastic sequel of the original game, with some great improvements particulary on the level design. Keep in mind that this is a hardcore, frustrating and hard game; but the reward is well worth the price.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive it's a well balanced mixture of classic and new element, both well suited for the Half Life mod veterans and newbie. And for 10.99 euros, it's really a must have.

Helsing's Fire shows that's still possible to create an excellent and also original puzzle game. Though it's not perfect, the game delivers many nice ideas and concepts in its ninety levels, it's challenging and fun.

Resident Evil 7 returns to horror with a change of perspective that suits PC controls well. Technically is far from perfect, but the good stuff shines with more definition and more frames.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call is just all around bigger and better than its prequel. With over two hundreds songs and more than sixty characters to unlock, different gameplay modes, deeper RPG elements and tons of collectibles, there's really no reason to underestimate it if you are a fan of Final Fantasy or rhythm games in general.

Resident Evil Village brings its vision to PC as well, and it does so in an extraordinarily effective way.

Pokémon Platinum is just a full-price upgrade to the latest version of the franchise, however it is also a very good stand-alone title for whoever missed Diamond and Pearl versions, which are outclassed by the new features of this version.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is mostly very good, often great, but never brilliant. The lack of fresh ideas and the nonexistent GamePad and Miiverse support makes us think about the real weight of the project.

Home Sheep Home 2 comes as a perfect sequel to the first episode, since it's packed with a good number of levels and some very funny puzzles. Sometimes the touch controls don't work as you could expect, but overall this is a great addition to the action puzzle genre on the App Store.

Frame rate issues apart, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is a good remaster of a great game.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana on PlayStation 5 is basically the very same game it was on PlayStation 4 and Switch with the added benefits of a very smooth frame rate and some visual enhancements.

Spellsword delivers a solid, fun action platform experience, packed with tons of items and power-ups to unlock, some nice 16-bit style graphics and plenty of challenge.

A very nice package makes Red Faction: Guerrilla a good porting of a good console game.

Chivalry 2 is a medieval battle simulator that does its job very well, catapulting us onto the field along with sixty-three other players to give life to large-scale clashes that immediately turn out to be chaotic, spectacular and very engaging.

The game is very well devised with a deep and challenging management core. It also has beautiful visuals, but to enjoy them you have to play the game with a powerful high end PC. Unfortunately not all the features are well implemented, the battles are a little bit cheesy and pre built villages in the campaigns remove all the progress made in the previous missions.

Pinball FX3 on Nintendo Switch is probably the best way to play the Zen Pinball in this iteration. Portability, vertical screen and couch multiplayer gameplay are perfect additions.

Lost Judgment is an excellent sequel, capable of introducing several new features compared to the first episode of the series. Some do not hit the target, while stealth and platform sections often appear dull, but the third fighting style manages to add freshness.

The Sexy Brutale is a brilliant game that all puzzle's lovers should try. Artistically delicious, there are still some problematic technical details for the console version but overall it is a very successful work.

Death is permament and every new beginning tastes the same, but its wide variety of classes and enemies fairly compensates. When you start, its winning mix of features taken from MMO and hell-bullets games won't let you go anymore.

Not For Broadcast is an extremely entertaining satire inspired by modern politics and journalism focused on scandal and propaganda. The actors' performances on screen are perfect and make time spent watching hilarious commercials or public scandals even more entertaining.

Powerwash Simulator 2 is precisely what you would expect from the sequel to such a simulation: an evolution that does not alter the unique original gameplay but adds a few details, refines some mechanics and improves the quality of life by offering a new and abundant dose of the same elements. If you loved the first one, you cannot miss this one, but its addictive mechanics could still make unexpected conquests.

Extraction is not a simple Dead Space spin-off: it takes the core elements of the first game and successfully blends them into a brand new context, becoming a full fledged episode of the series. Not only it's a must buy for all the Dead Space fans out there, it's also one of the most mature and polished games available on Wii.

Most Wanted on smartphones is a wonderful looking game that lacks some quality gameplay wise.

A brilliant racing game, that evolves pretty much every aspect of its predecessors, and offers one of the most customisable and solid racing experiences in years. At the same time, being so focused on the quality of the driving, the game is a bit lacking when it comes to progression, artificial intelligence, adornments and immersion.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a sensational, spectacular adventure that gives us a deadly Lara Croft, even frightening in some situations, but very human nonetheless.

Football Manager 2018 brings some good improvements on key areas like team dynamics and injuries, but old issues are still unresolved.

An immortal game returns in a nice remastered version.

Revelations is a great technical achievement on the 3DS, and a competent and enjoyable product overall. It's a shame that the unacceptable enemy AI makes the experience much less thrilling that what could have been; but given the fact that it's on a portable console, you can easily forgive Capcom once more.

Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven is undoubtedly one of the strangest and most fascinating unknown JRPGs of its era. The non-linear narrative keeps it fresh, while the other aspects are absolutely average. What unfortunately doesn't help is the plethora of flat characters that the title offers. Still, there's plenty to play, discover, explore, and we can't help but recommend this remake to anyone looking for a little piece of hidden history in the genre, those exponents you didn't know existed but who, in their own way, still have some nice ideas to convey.

Alive 4-ever Returns is a really funny game, with a lot of enemies and weapons; the co-op mode is potentially infinite and the single player campaign is long and various. However, this sequel is just a "more of the same", without any innovation or difference. If you liked the first Alive forever, you certainly will love this Returns, but If you didn't like it, there's no reason to buy this sequel.

There are no in app purchase this time and it's still a great strategy game, but Ace Patrol: Pacific Skies does nothing to improve the look or the gameplay of the previous chapter.

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly sports minimum innovations on the first chapter’s gameplay, while the writing is under the spotlight, managing to improve some of Coffee Talk’s asperities, but often failing in giving depth to newly introduced characters. Toge Productions’ videogame is nonetheless a must have for those who look for a laid-back, enjoyable experience, without the need of frequent inputs on the player’s part, and has a clearer narrative focus, wisely leaving behind some of the (way too many) themes addressed in the first Coffee Talk.

What most satisfies in this new adventure among the stars is the freedom of action offered to the player — both in character management and in the variety of approaches allowed in missions, dialogues, combat, and virtually every other aspect of the game.Like many other titles from the Californian studio, it’s not an experience without flaws, which are especially noticeable from a technical standpoint. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the adventure is such that any issues easily fade into the background. Ultimately, The Outer Worlds 2 is a role-playing game — and a remarkably well-crafted, rewarding sci-fi adventure. It will satisfy both those who simply wish to complete the main missions, taking around thirty hours, and those who prefer to dig deep, uncovering and savoring every fine detail of the elaborate role-playing system crafted by the studio.

Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask is another well-executed and interesting adventure in an (almost) never changing series.

Hogwarts Legacy brings all the magic, charm, atmosphere, iconic characters, and memorable locations to the Nintendo Switch 2. The differences compared to the previous conversion are so substantial that it feels like an entirely different product, and the option to upgrade at a reduced cost stands as a truly valuable opportunity that the many fans of the Wizarding World should seize without a second thought.

Despite being an updated port of the episode on Wii, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate delivers a fresh and unique experience thanks to a smart use of the gamepad, new content and cross-usability between Wii U and 3DS. Not a game changer but the best way for a launch window title to forget some out-of-date visuals.

It's easy to instantly like The Incident, thanks to its original concept, frantic gameplay and cool visuals: however, the game dramatically lacks content, and the later levels become too much long and monotonous.

It's hard to imagine a better debut for the series on PC: Tekken 7 is a terrific fighting game with lots of fantastic characters, new mechanics and beautiful graphics.

Runbow is fun and challenging, it has many modes and support nine players both in local and online multiplayer. It’s recommended for all Wii U owners, especially to play with parents or friends.
