The movement feels realistic as you plod along in your heavy machine, building up speed and even fall over when you try to turn too quickly or encounter undulating ground. The physics are as realistic as you could possibly imagine and one wonders why no government has actually made one.- MS Xbox World

Despite displaying some excellent game play ideas the overall execution and presentation lets the title down. The controls being overly fiddly don’t help matters and the lacklustre combat fails to inspire.- MS Xbox World

Full Auto features one of the coolest game mechanics on the Xbox 360 to date and that is the “Un-Wreck” or rewind time.- MS Xbox World

I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a new guitar experience with much more variety in playable songs, if you've pulled through Guitar Hero III, then perhaps now might even be the time to check out Rock Band, and get some practice in ready for the full-kitted out Guitar Hero: World Tour experience.- MS Xbox World

If strategic board games like Catan and Carcassonne are your thing, by all means grab Ticket to Ride, it's definitely a worthy addition to any self respecting board gamers library of Xbox Live Arcade games.- MS Xbox World

Kaos Studios should be proud as they have done a highly commendable job of reinventing ideas we've seen in Frontlines , piecing them into a more cohesive palatable story and releasing a new game which feels accomplished and easy to play.- MS Xbox World

I feel any true fan of the Virtua Tennis games can be happy with Sumo Digital’s work with Virtua Tennis 2009, as they have kept the perfectly solid gameplay mechanics and modes as solid as they were, but tweaked and adapted where deemed necessary.- MS Xbox World

CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars is a uniquely fun multiplayer shooter than will satisfy old school fans and give them, and competition hungry new schoolers, a solid alternative to the bigger games on the market that require a larger online time investment or statistical paranoia.- MS Xbox World

Annoyances aside, at 800 points Dead Money is a steal, one that could be taken fresh from the Sierra Madre vaults themselves!- MS Xbox World

To summarise, Polar Panic has a certain sparkle about it as a kid’s puzzle game. It’s rather self explanatory, uncomplicated and simplistic, but in a way, that’s quite a breath of fresh air from the land of modern games where everything has to be sophisticated in some way or manner.- MS Xbox World

I found that some of the controls were also rather horrid especially the first person aiming with some weapons.- MS Xbox World

There are issues with the title such as the controls, camera and AI but in general these do not hamper the overall game play too much other than causing some player frustration at times.- MS Xbox World

While this is only Episode 1 of 3, Alien Breed: Evolution outshines most 800MSP XBLA games in terms of overall value as there's certainly a good 6+ hours to keep you on your toes in not only the single-player campaign, but the co-operative missions as well.- MS Xbox World

It is a very simple game with little depth in terms of story and characterisation and when it works can produce some genuine wow moments. However the poor controls for vehicles and the repetitive nature of the game coupled with some irritating moments of slowdown present a game that lacks a final polish.- MS Xbox World

Well worth checking out if you can stomach lots of blood, cheesy dialogue, some overly scripted moments, dreaded QTE, in fact all the ingredients that make an action packed game that's more expected than inspiring.- MS Xbox World

2K’s take on the NHL franchise has always been poor in comparison to EA’s, and this edition is no exception. If you want to buy a hockey game it has to be NHL 09, the gameplay is untouchable and you’ll be playing it all year.- MS Xbox World

The game does play much better when there are four human players using mics and who are equally disgusted by the prominent offensive language. It's in these moments that Gameplay is tight, engaging and well worth the entrance fee for an unrivalled experience this generation.- MS Xbox World

Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter for the Xbox 360 is a return of a classic. It may seem a little dated by some, but I personally believe that for both newcomers and nostalgic gamers like myself, the HD remake that is now available still provides a wonderful experience in terms of both speed and adrenaline pumping action.- MS Xbox World

There is no doubt that Def Jam Icon is a fun game that is easy to play and full of neat ideas for a fighting game. However due to the lack of depth and variety to the game play means you are left with a basic brawler that simply looks very nice.- MS Xbox World
