Grab friends or family for a colorful co-op brawler. Easy to pick up and full of frantic fun, Ra Ra BOOM has you bashing bots, blasting baddies, and laughing together in 4-player local co-op. It’s got retro roots with a modern arcade spirit.- Movies Games and Tech

Artis Impact is an engaging RPG with a rich story and gorgeous visuals. My time with the game so far has been great and I am eager to reach the end to see how the story concludes. If you enjoy RPGs, I would highly recommend this game. From where I’m at, I believe I’m almost nearing the end of the game so it’s not super long if you prefer shorter RPGs.- Movies Games and Tech

There’s a meditative quality in browsing the shop, weighing risks, and setting up the perfect formation that scratches an itch few games do. Maybe Knightica could carve out a larger niche for itself. For now, it’s a refreshing, strategic spin on the roguelite formula that’s worth keeping an eye on.- Movies Games and Tech

Tactical Takedown won’t dethrone the gaming heavyweight triple A games, but it doesn’t need to. This instalment into the turtles is a fan-friendly and original turn-based spin on the beloved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. For strategy newcomers, Tactical Takedown is accessible; and for genre veterans, it is a palate-cleanser with nostalgia and fun.- Movies Games and Tech

CarGo! is not a horrible game, but it ironically seems to be lacking the goods offered by similar projects. It makes for a fun (if frantic) night with friends, but the dearth of content likely prevents it from being a staple at any game nights.- Movies Games and Tech

Is This Seat Taken? is a delightful little puzzle game that stands out in the crowded mobile market for all the right reasons. Its commitment to a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, its gentle difficulty curve, and its charming aesthetic make it an absolute must-play for anyone who appreciates a calm and comforting experience. The lack of a timer and the absence of any ads or additional purchases are not just features; they are a statement about what a game can be. It proves that you can create a beautiful and engaging experience that respects the player’s time and peace of mind. For those who love cute, casual, and genuinely relaxing games, this title is a perfect choice—it’s a small, polished jewel that is a joy to have on your mobile device.- Movies Games and Tech

Like I said earlier, these types of games are not for me. This could just be an example of “git gud” but the game does not feel compelling enough to try to. There is a certain level of micro-managing that Rise of Industry 2 does not successfully set me up for. Attempting to do the scenarios or try my luck in sandbox has a mountainously steep learning curve and makes the game feel like a chore rather than an enjoyable experience. If the actual gameplay kept my attention, I might be up for the challenge! Unfortunately though, I could do nothing but sit and stare as my industry collapsed and crumbled as the days went on, and on, and on.- Movies Games and Tech

At its best, this collection is a celebration of the beat ’em up’s wild, diverse past. At its worst, it’s a reminder of why some games stayed obscure. Either way, it’s an engaging journey for anyone who wants to see beyond the usual suspects.- Movies Games and Tech

The definitive edition of Dawn of War polishes up its good points and packages together a big roster of races to choose from. It doesn't improve on its weak points, though, like its not-so-bright AI. The multiplayer is where you'll find most of your fun, I suspect.- Movies Games and Tech

RUFFY AND THE RIVERSIDE is a fun and clever adventure title. There is a hint of retro gameplay and some enjoyable cheeky moments. Though the opening few hours can distract you, I suggest pushing through for a great time.- Movies Games and Tech

A rarity in the current industry, Catto’s Post Office lives up to all of its promises. But it doesn’t really go further than that. There’s little replay value or staying power beyond an easy list of achievements and some hidden rubber ducks to discover amongst the map. But maybe you don’t want that, maybe you want a short and sweet parcel of joy after a long day; Catto will deliver it straight to you. After recently ploughing through an enormous open world game, I greatly appreciated the brevity; though I perhaps would’ve liked to get to know these characters better and done a little more for them.- Movies Games and Tech

Although I will say that I had a good time with Resonant Blade, I had some issues that I feel like addressing. This might have been an issue on my end, but playing this game with a controller was a bit difficult. It played fine until I reached a certain point where I had to hold down a button. It was as if it was treating my keyboard and my controller as being active at the same time. From then on, I had to use a keyboard for the rest of the game (which wasn’t too bad to play on either). Thankfully, the developer is making constant updates to the game to fix issues. If you enjoyed this game or not, be sure to leave helpful feedback to the developer. Overall, I would recommend this game if you’re looking for a unique 2D action adventure game.- Movies Games and Tech

Chains of Freedom is a solid action RPG. The elements are there and, in some cases, executed pretty well. The elements that fall flat do just that, they don’t bring down Chains of Freedom into the area of being a “bad game.” The story and combat do well enough to keep you going and in, some cases, feel a very real sense of achievement. Overall I rated Chains of Freedom with a 7/10. While there were pieces that didn’t astound me, I never felt like I was playing a sub-par game. There was definitely some interesting elements with the biocrystal perks and the enemies you encounter a long your way to the boss fights. The combat was good, if a little clumsy in places, and the RPG elements really stand tall as the focus of the development team.- Movies Games and Tech

This is a game that gets a wholehearted recommendation for anyone who has even the slightest creative itch, but this game is especially directed towards the younger crowd. It’s a wonderful, relaxing, and endlessly fun experience that proves sometimes, the best games are the ones that let you simply sit back and create.- Movies Games and Tech

The Stellar Blade × Nikke DLC is a stylish, high-energy injection of variety into a game that, for many of us, was starting to feel settled into its post-launch comfort zone. It’s not a massive expansion, there’s no sprawling new story arc or map to explore, but it’s a fun replay-able chunk of content that blends flashy fan service with genuine gameplay change, with a very small price tag. If you loved Stellar Blade but have been waiting for something to break up the melee grind, this crossover is worth a look. If you were hoping for hours of new narrative, you might find it thin. Either way, it’s an encouraging sign that Shift Up is willing to experiment beyond cosmetics and seasonal fluff.- Movies Games and Tech

Mafia: The Old Country is the kind of game that a true fan can respect. It’s a strike of lightning back to the soul of Mafia, quiet, violent, ritualistic, and weighed down by tradition. The visuals, the writing, the performances, they all deliver that rare feeling of authenticity and mood that modern open worlds often sacrifice. But, as someone who still chafes at regimented stealth, repetitive knife duels, and there-but-not-there worlds, the nostalgia wears thin when mechanics don’t evolve. I understand going back to the roots, but games still need to evolve and unfortunately The Old Country plays mostly on nostalgia. if you want to close your eyes and step into a moody, beautifully staged Sicilian crime saga, this is it. Just don’t be surprised if once the credits roll, you’re left craving more depth, more unpredictability, and maybe a little more life outside the script.- Movies Games and Tech

Having played since the earliest days, Rooftops & Alleys 1.0 feels like the true launch everyone was waiting for. It took a raw, ambition‑driven parkour sandbox and gave it shape: progression, polish, modes, maps, music, and community. It never promises storytelling, deep lore, or blockbuster scope. Instead, it celebrates movement, risk, creativity, and skill. That makes its strengths very clear—and its flaws manageable for anyone who loves the parkour grind. If you’ve been curious or cautious, now is the moment to dive into what it has become, not just what it started as. For those who fall in love with motion, flow and the pursuit of perfect runs, Rooftops & Alleys is a must have.- Movies Games and Tech

Leif’s Adventure: Netherworld Hero isn’t a bad game. It’s just above average. The story and Leif’s journey is very good and emotional. As a sibling, I understand his character and it makes him relatable. The themes of bravery and friendship are powerful and makes the game worth playing through. Exploring the map is fun and rewarding and the art style makes the world incredibly beautiful to explore. But the clunky combat, ghost guide mechanic and even camera at times can make the adventure tedious and frustrating. If you are into 2-D action games, it can be worth trying out but there are better alternatives out there.- Movies Games and Tech

If you bounced off the first Death Stranding like I did, give this one a chance. It’s not just better, it’s a game that understands what it wants to be and respects the player in the process. Death Stranding 2 is still unique, still experimental, but it finally feels like a game designed to be enjoyed, not just endured. For me, it turned a franchise I only played to experience more of Kojima, into one I now deeply admire.- Movies Games and Tech

For everything that I’ve said about Spy Drops, some and hopefully all the negatives I’ve had with the game will be fixed. At the time of me making this review, the developers, Rainy Night Creations, announced that they will be replacing the AI voices with actual voice acting. Rainy Night Creations is a small dev team, but hopefully they can deliver on that promise and work on the other issues with the game as well.- Movies Games and Tech

To sum up Killing Floor 3 is difficult because there is so much to love and yet a decent amount of frustration. Great gameplay, online co-op and superb sound design and score should have seen the game launch to more fanfare. Sadly, a non-existent story, middling visual presentation due to bugs, and a lack of content will sour the experience for some players. There is a great game to be had here, even with the usual live service shenanigans! It’s a case of whether you can see the wood for the trees. I hope the post launch content comes thick and fast like the gameplay.- Movies Games and Tech

The upgrades are wild, the action is nonstop, and the laughter is inevitable. It’s messy, chaotic, and more about vibes than polish. And honestly? That’s what makes it great. At its core, Guntouchables is just pure, dumb fun, and that’s exactly what it wants to be.- Movies Games and Tech

While I went in with low expectations, Achilles Survivor was able to clear them with minimal effort. Dark Point Games have proven themselves in my eyes, and created a solid experience worth the attention of genre fans. Despite minor balancing flaws, it’s a more than serviceable time-waster, one that I plan to sink many more hours into.- Movies Games and Tech

Grid Ranger is a challenging shoot ‘em up with great visuals. Though harder to get used to, the mouse controls for this fast-paced shoot ‘em up was executed well. Unfortunately, the game is very short with only 3 levels. Grant it, the game is only $4 USD, so I wouldn’t expect a large amount of content. It only has the main 3 levels and an infinite mode, so there’s not a lot to do after playing through all of it. For what it is, it’s an enjoyable shoot ‘em up experience that had me coming back for more every time I died in a level.- Movies Games and Tech

If you’re a fan of deep, choice-driven RPGs with meaningful consequences and replayable scenarios, Back to the Dawn is an easy recommendation. Its mix of strategy, narrative, and immersive prison life makes it a standout indie title that punches far above its weight. Whether you’re planning every move with precision or adapting to chaos on the fly, this is one prison escape worth experiencing.- Movies Games and Tech
