Monument Valley 3 is a good game. It has fantastic visuals and a brilliant, soothing soundtrack. The characters look great and the world is just breathing taking to look at. The gameplay and puzzle solving is good but some are a bit easy and fast to get through. Some of the harder puzzles are head scratchers but are satisfying to solve, unfortunately there aren’t many of them. Noor and her journey is good but way too short to fully appreciate or connect with. Where this game is now though, it can be hard to fully recommend. Monument Valley 3 can be finished in just two hours. It needs more content and there is more to come according to the end credits. Overall, a good beautiful game but too little to experience.

Leenzee has built an excellent foundation with Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and proven themselves as worthy competitors in the soulslike space. Although the game may not deliver meaningful innovation, it was able to nail the trademark combat and exploration fans have grown to love. The future is bright for these developers, and a sequel could propel them to new heights.

It’s a brilliant example of timeless game design, proving that a well crafted adventure—which includes those loyal pets and even fishing—can still grab your attention and entertain you for ages. Seriously, if you’re ready to embark on a grand quest right from your phone or tablet, your FATE just might be reawakened with this bundle!

Kick’n Hell is a wildly simple game that focuses on gameplay only. The game has a finish rate of 2-5 hours, and the in-game leaderboards are already stacked with absurd speedrun times. Kick’n Hell doesn’t want you to succeed or be happy. The game won’t even let you kick Satan! Truly, there is no reward in this game. I feel comfortable saying that it can sit on the same shelf as Sexy Hiking, and players can expect the same kind of experience.

Phantom Squad, is a bold and uncompromising tactical shooter that rewards planning, precision, and communication above all else. If you’re someone who thrives on cooperative tension, enjoys coordinating breaches, and can laugh off repeated failures, you’ll find something special here. That said, if you’re looking for streamlined solo play or gradual difficulty, Phantom Squad may be too steep.

Overall, I enjoyed my time with Drill Core. Its approach to gameplay offers enough novelty, especially for someone like me who hasn’t been overly exposed to these genres. For better or worse, the game has some steep difficulty spikes. I found myself hitting a wall at the 8th difficulty level due to both the challenge and my growing fatigue. My experience could have been less tiring if the game had prioritized onboarding, providing more instructional guidance instead of relying so heavily on repetitive trial and error. Fortunately, I eventually found my rhythm, and most of my playthrough felt satisfying. Ultimately, Hungry Couch Games has demonstrated with Drill Core that they can create a solid game, and I will be looking out for their future projects.

The concept is great, the machine execution is great, and the music…is terrible (sorry, couldn’t resist another dig at that blasted radio). The game has the bones of a good game, but it falls quite short in polishing and quality-of-life. It really seems like the storyline was halfway through, the mechanics/physics were 75% there, the machine animation was completely finished, and they decided to go ahead and publish. Would I play it again? Probably not. Would I give an updated version or possible sequel a chance? Yes.

Misc. A Tiny Tale is a fun and wholesome 3D adventure. If you want a break from violence and gore, this is the game to turn to. It is colourful, funny, and a great experience.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is another triumphant return to a franchise dear to my heart. Superb campaigns remade in glorious visuals and a streamlined user experience help make this collection the definitive pro skater package. Whilst the changes made to THPS4 may upset some purists, this is still, for the most part, the games I grew up with fantastic modernised controls and gorgeous visual and animation design. Of course, the glaring omissions in the soundtrack soured my experience to some extent, but thankfully, not terminally. In an era of remakes or remasters, you can place this one squarely in the remake category. A fully remade game from the ground up. Tony Hawk Pro Skater games give you a little slice of nostalgia and they’re just downright fun!

The Drifter's lovely art, excellent voice acting, and great writing make it a treat to play. It even has exciting gameplay, even if it can't escape all the foibles of the genre.

Yaoling: Mythical Journey has an amazing presentation with a lot of creatures to fight and recruit, as well as many secrets in its world design. However, the general gameplay structure, while fun for a bit, limits the game from reaching its full potential.

Have you ever watched a home makeover show and thought, “I could do better than that”? Well, Architect Life: A House Design Simulator hands you the blueprint, the paintbrush, and the furniture catalog to prove it. Whether you’re rearranging cozy apartments or designing sprawling modern homes, this simulator provides a surprisingly enjoyable blend of creativity and calm.

The decision to not make the farm/explore sim more tolerable was a good choice. I will happily recommend Luma Island.

Overall, Stunt Flyer is a fine, casual aviation game. Flying is very good and easy to control from the start. The islands are big and have plenty to explore. There are plenty of missions to play but they can get a bit repetitive as the game goes on. Definitely more for children than adults with the graphics and art style. Split screen is available so you can have fun with a friend. The occasional audio bug where the music just stops is annoying but doesn’t take too much away from the game. If you are a fan of flying games, this is one to check out even if it is simple.

It’s a game that mistakes introspection for depth, and in doing so, loses itself entirely.

Star Overdrive is a game that’s ultimately too ambitious for its own good, collapsing under the weight of its ideas. It feels like there’s a talented team at Caracal Games, but the desire to capitalize on popular design trends was prioritized above forming complementary gameplay systems. The result is a project that never seems to mesh, creating a flawed, though functional, sci-fi experience.

My Friendly Neighbourhood often stumbles where it matters most: pacing and playability. The scarcity of essential resources isn’t just stressful- it can feel like added artificial difficulty, padding the runtime with backtracking and save-token anxiety. My Friendly Neighbourhood may not always play nice, but it is undeniably memorable. It’s a haunted puppet show stitched with ambition, heart and just a little too much friction in its gameplay.

Noobs are Coming is a fun and silly rogue-like top-down shooter that'll make you scream. Take on the role of the boss as you tackle never-ending waves of noobs. Fun, addictive, and just a little silly!

As it is free to play, and Waterzooi put so much thought and love into it, I highly recommend this game. It is also a brilliantly interactive way to discover Ensor’s visual and musical works, and serves as a gateway into appreciating modern expressionism.

River End Games have achieved something special with their debut title Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream. This stealth adventure has a solid story driven by superb characters and a gorgeous setting. Whilst the gameplay may not be challenging enough or provide enough freedom for some players, it is still a tightly crafted stealth experience. Mesmerizing visuals, a great soundtrack and truly memorable voice acting make this game my biggest surprise of the year so far. In a genre that has fallen to the wayside, River End have injected some much needed life!

Stuffed with things to do, Holdfast truly understands how to foster co-ordination, and its community, mostly, fully embraces that.

Overall, Anger Foot is a very fun first-person shooter. It has a fun premise and satisfying gunplay and the sneakers mechanic adds more fun to the gameplay. The levels offers a lot of replayability and gamers should replay them as many times as possible, especially completetionists. Any FPS fans out there will enjoy this game for its mindless action and chaos. Get out there and kick some butt.

It’s not revolutionary, but it doesn’t have to be. Crashlands 2 understands the assignment. Build, survive, connect, and enjoy the journey. With its snappy writing, warm design, and rich mechanics, it doesn’t just imitate its genre siblings; it earns its seat at the table. Crashlands 2 is worth the crash.

Into the Restless Ruins is a pixelated, old-school adventure where death and failure are just around the corner. However, once you master the mechanics, you'll enjoy a tough retro game.

Zombies Overloaded is a shallow zombie experience. Though it is repetitive, I enjoyed the casual action and the mindless monster slaying.

If your heart flipped at designing elegant pipe systems in Opus Magnum, or debugging logic in SpaceChem, Kaizen: A Factory Story hits similar notes, punctuated by it’s narrative beats, period authenticity, and spotlighted cultural insight. It’s thoughtful, polished, and refreshing in its blend of story and systems. If you’re curious, the built-in demo offers a solid taste of the game’s blend of puzzle rigor and historical charm. If you enjoy methodical puzzle games, value story and context as much as gears and belts, and like the idea of returning to perfect your creations, Kaizen delivers a rich, rewarding, and unexpectedly emotional factory-building experience.

Lies of P: Overture is a dark, challenging prequel DLC that dives deeper into the twisted world of Krat. With 6–8 hours of new content, it offers fresh environments, inventive boss fights, and meaningful lore expansion without radically changing the gameplay. While it doesn’t reinvent the base game, it delivers a focused, atmospheric experience that fans will appreciate. It's a must-play for returning players who want more from the Lies of P universe, though newcomers may find it dense and unforgiving.

Mario Kart World on the Nintendo Switch 2 is an ambitious evolution of the beloved kart racing series, introducing a semi-open world structure, a more expansive single-player experience, and refined visuals. It’s packed with fresh content, including new tracks, karts, characters, and online features. While the core gameplay remains fun and highly polished, some aspects, like uneven difficulty in exploration modes and occasional technical hiccups, hold it back from reaching its full potential.
