A very funny multiplayer arcade racer, a little bit lacking in modes variety but definitely worth a try.

A little gem that puts our planning and strategic skills (and patience) to the test to architect the perfect prison break.

A challenging and highly satisfying old school adventure, from the people who pioneered this genre. Great characters, lots of humor, brainiac puzzles and awesome pixelated environments make this a real must have for point-and-click adventures lovers.

Despite lacking the visual wow factor, Dead Rising 3 looks like the more next-geny game of the Xbox One launch line-up thanks to the impressive zombie hordes management and ubiquitous physics simulation. On top of this we get tons of hilarious, foolish fun: if you’ve got an Xbox One, you can’t miss it.

Even if with four years behind it, Crysis arrives on Xbox 360 in great shape with a compelling campaign, great environments and one of the best graphics around. Too bad for the complete lack of multiplayer, a lacklustre enemy AI and some bugs and problems here and there, but if you never played this game on PC, it's an highly recommended buy.

Watch Dogs 2 offers a better and richer gameplay than its predecessor, sacrificing a deeper and mature script in favor of a funnier sandbox experience. A recommended buy especially for lovers of stealth and hacking gameplay mechanics.

With Keeper, Xbox Game Studios adds another standout to its diverse and artistically driven lineup. While its relaxed, “chill” gameplay may not satisfy those seeking challenge or intensity, it offers everyone else a visually stunning, heartwarming experience brimming with positivity and surprises - one of the year’s most delightful and memorable adventures.

Destiny 2 rights many of the first game's wrongdoings and results in a stronger launch offering, with a finally compelling narrative experience and a more satisfying progression. What it lacks is greater variety in enemies and locations compared to the first game, so we're once again left hoping in future content.

Active Soccer 2019 brings back and old concept of soccer video games but enriching it with lots of contents and keeping the gameplay very fun and satisfying for modern gamers too. A welcome comeback of old school soccer.

King Arthur: Knight's Tale is no game to be taken lightly: it requires dedication, concentration, and a desire to understand and exploit the numerous mechanics it offers us. In return, however, it guarantees us the memorable experience of a mythological Middle Ages in which we can spend a huge number of hours, testing our tactical skills and our temper as kings. A title that should not be missing from the library of fans of the genre.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden effectively blends all the most characteristic gameplay elements of the action-RPG genre, combining them with a high-quality narrative plot. The result is a traditional and solid title, capable of entertaining the player thanks to a well-balanced combat system, an always interesting exploration component, and a unique and meaningful narrative. A game that all lovers of the genre and good stories should add to their collection.

Saints Row IV doesn’t want to set new bars in graphics, storytelling or put hundreds of characters in the same area: it simply wants to be over the top, parodistic, irreverent and fun. And it succeeds, delivering us hours of great fun and satirical sketches. If you appreciate this kind of exaggerated and somewhat vulgar humor, it won’t disappoint you.

REPLACED is an awesome debut for Sad Cat Studios, who deliver us a fascinating cyberpunk pixel art adventure with satisfying combat. Despite some balancement issues, it remains a great action-platformer and a must-play for fans of dystopian sci-fi adventures.

Definitely one of this summer's surprises. Transformers: War for Cybertron is a very enjoyable shooter, with good graphics and a very nice artistic approach, using the classic Transformes look rather than the new movies one. Telling an untold story on the Transformers homeworld, it's a great game for every fan of the Hasbro license.

Mortal Kombat 1 is the perfect entry point for newcomers to the series, while at the same time winking at veterans with constant references and familiar situations. Also outstanding are the design and gameplay twists on historical characters, as well as the novelty of the Kameo successfully paving the way for new strategies and mechanics. An excellent fighting game, recommended both to fans and to those who want to approach the saga for the first time.

Codemasters managed to recreate the main aspects of the F1 championship, with a very good and enjoyable career, a driving model suitable for both newbies and expert drivers and great graphics expecially in wet conditions. Too bad fore some annoying bugs that worsen the overall experience.

EA Sports UFC 4 keeps all the good features of the successful previous episode, further improving the Campaign mode and adding some welcome changes to the combat system. It still needs some refinements especially regarding the ground game and transitions management, but it undoubtedly remains the best fighting sports game around.

SIFU is a tough and unforgiving experience, but it's also capable of being highly rewarding. It highlights the authors' love for action movies such as John Wick or The Matrix, thanks also to several references found in the new Arena mode, which further extends an already excellent longevity. If you feel like putting yourself to the test and do not fear a rather high level of challenge, it's definitely recommended.

The new features introduced in this edition of EA Sports FC 25, first and foremost the Rush mode and FC IQ technology, breathe life into the title and forcefully push it in a new direction. Issues are not missing, especially in the AI and online challenges, but even so, the game is a must-have title for fans of the saga.
