Assassin's Creed Shadows succeeds in immersing us in a beautiful medieval Japan, full of activities and missions to be carried out with the character we prefer; the settings, the narrative/cinematic approach, and the stealth gameplay are its strengths, but it's a pity for its too weak connection to the franchise's meta-lore and a sometimes disorienting mission structure. Regardless, if you love the series, action RPGs, or Japanese settings, it is a title not to be missed.

A brilliant tribute to Oddworld Inhabitants' debut game, still highly entertaining despite the almost 20 years from the original game also thanks to a refined control system and a more friendly save system. Unmissable.

The best pinball game around got even better with greater variety, a stronger physics simulation and better graphics. And the almost complete backward compatibility with tens of already released tables.

Monster Hunter Wilds improves on the series by introducing many welcome new features that pave the way for new gameplay strategies, reaching gameplay peaks that have never been so high, while the environments and new monsters are also decidedly fascinating. Despite a graphics engine that fails to properly support the game world and a drop in difficulty that might make purists turn their noses up at it, we are faced with an excellent and enjoyable title, recommended both to newbies and lovers of the franchise.

The Division 2 improves on the previous game in many areas, especially gameplay and end-game content, managing to feel always captivating and never boring. Too bad for the skinny and unsatisfying story, while the PvP section and modes needs more refinement and balance.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena revealed itself to be an extremely gratifying experience, mainly thanks to the great gameplay variety and Riddick's bullish charm. If you were missing a good stealth game, even if not despising FPS action, this is your game. We absolutely suggest it to everyone who didn't play Escape from Butcher's Bay, but even if you did, the Dark Athena campaign will give you about ten hours of fresh enjoyment.

Rocket League revealed itself to be a captivating, entertaining and addictive experience, instantly showing Xbox One gamers why it was so successful on other platforms. One of the most satisfying and funny multiplayer games you could play on the platform.

Every race in MX vs ATV Reflex shows us how solid and well developed the game is. The only problems we had were related to the online multiplayer, with lag and connection drop problems: except for this, it is a milestone game for every off-road racing fan.

Halo 3: ODST maintains all the features that made we love Halo 3, bringing us a very good plot even if without introducing great gameplay or technical news. What we obtain is a highly enthralling experience that won't displease all the series lovers. We particularly liked the Firefight mode , which allows us to play with our friends without having to dive into the ultra-testosteronic Halo 3 multiplayer arena. The 49,99 Euros price is just right for the kind of content offered, so it's surely an advised buy.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is the worthy conclusion to Masashi Kishimoto's saga and the best game in the series yet, successfully managing to transpose the anime's spectacular and hectic fights. A game any Naruto lover should buy without hesitations.

A surprisingly solid and entertaining game, with good gameplay mechanics and great atmosphere. Its rather light and uninvolving story gets balanced by high tension levels and a very amusing co-op. Every zombie games lover should consider playing it.

The single player campaign is blessed by stunning visuals but falls with a dull story and a too short experience: where the game really shines is the multiplayer area, with very entertaining gameplay and modes, even if it lacks some polish that could have made it even better.

Frontier Developments has incrementally improved an already good and original product, with more realistic graphics, high accuracy in circuit reproduction, new features and most importantly tangible improvements in the overall balance of the gaming experience. Undoubtedly a title not to be missed if you are an all-around F1 fan.

BioWare streamlined the whole Dragon Age experience, making it more involving and dynamic than the first one: the great story and dialogue management are amongst the game's higher points, while we would have liked something more from the too basic visuals and level design. A recommended game, even to the most conservative players.

Ninja Theory succeeded in re-imagining a storied franchise making it fresher while keeping it very satisfying to be played, and the new Dante proves to be a successful character: we love his new boastful, poser British style. It could have been a bit longer and sported better graphics, but it's surely a suggested buy.

One of the best party games for Kinect, thanks to a very good variety of activities, up to 16 players support, and enteraining use of alternate reality and perfect movement recognition; the Rabbids' scoffing comedy pervading the entire game is just the icing on top.

A solid and vast game which however feels too similar to the previous one, with a not charming enough main environment, and the story becomes really interesting only in its latter part. Altair and Desmond's storylines manage, however, to keep it interesting to the end, and the final revelations are definitely worth the journey.

Telltale was unable to introduce any newness to its old adventure formula, but a strong plot and a very good technical optimization job make this first episode a must buy for all lovers of the genre. Too bad the devs keeps ignoring Italian gamers with lack of localization.

Tomb Raider's reboot is definitely a success delivering a deep, adrenalinic and spectacular game with a new and charismatic Lara Croft. Our main complaint is with the lack of greater scale puzzles and more challenging ones, something the game should have retained from its predecessors.
