EA hit the mark in trying to renovate its football sim: graphics, gameplay, atmosphere and game modes are all in their best shape with the only exception of the Longshot mode, a bit too repetitive. If you skipped some Madden NFL games in the past in fear of the usual "more of the same", this one will definitely prove to be worth the buy.

Ubisoft packaged a great game both for single and multiplayer lovers, fully shifting the series to the cover based TPS domain but keeping intact its tactical soul. Only a dull and generic story prevents it from shining more - something we wouldn't expect from a Tom Clany family title.

L.A. Noire isn't perfect, and some flaws even in core gameplay mechanics, like the interrogation system, keep it from being e real masterpiece. But thanks to the great advancements made in performance and storytelling, it's a must buy for every lover of story-driven titles.

When EA unveiled Madden NFL 26 earlier this year, expectations were cautious, but the promised improvements have all materialized. The game surpasses Madden 25 both on and off the field, with major leaps in presentation, gameplay, and an excellent new Franchise mode. While Superstar and MUT still need work, Madden 26 stands as a significant step forward - arguably the best Madden since Madden 17.

A co-op adventure of the highest quality, It Takes Two masterfully blends storytelling, visuals and gameplay to create something unique. Hazelight Studios' second work amuses, entertains, stimulates, excites and makes us think, without ever boring the players and avoiding any errors. If you like co-op experiences, May and Cody's story is really unmissable.

Tunic doesn't disappoint. Maybe some combat system choices can be a bit perplexing, but they aren't able to ruin one of the most memorable, deep and mysterious indie experiences of the last years. Behind a cute look is in fact hidden a deep, varied and fascinating game, capable of revealing new aspects even many hours after the ending.

And the SnapMap editor is just icing on the cake, revealing to be incredibly deep and enabling us to create very different and inventive levels and mechanics. The game to have for any shooters lover.

We expected an overly simulative game, but Need for Speed: SHIFT revealed to be half-way between sim and arcade racing: nevertheless, we found id very entertaining and exciting. If you're looking for a proper sim you'll have to look elsewhere on the market, but if all you want is feeling strong and satisfying emotions, this game could be the one for you.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is undoubtedly the best installment in the series in many years. The definitive South Park video game. Obsidian built an extremely solid gameplay foundation on which they could erect Trey and Parker's game vision. Borderlands 4 delivers everything expected from a modern AAA game, balancing fresh ideas with the franchise’s trademark style. Though the looter-shooter formula feels less groundbreaking and the narrative lacks the punch of earlier entries, the flawless gameplay and perfect gunplay makes this new episode worthwhile. Overall, it’s a stylish, confident return and a strong contender for action/shooter of the year.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is excellent both technically and creatively, presenting us with a memorable Bohemia and great storytelling. Rise of the Tomb Raider successfully builds upon the already good previous episode, delivering a rock-solid experience with a compelling story, gorgeous visuals and an open world packed full of things to do. Our only complaint is about the still too simplistic puzzles, but it's definitely a game every lover of this genre should look forward to playing.

Disney Dreamlight Valley comes with a solid and content-rich base. The adventure is very enjoyable to play, and the never-complex mechanics may bring the game closer to a younger audience. With the addition of new content and the correction of some flaws, it could become a real time-absorber for Disney and Pixar fans. [Early Access Score = 80]
