    With its new and improved animations system, Madden 19 becomes the best in the series setting the bases of the path that the game will walk in the near future. The feel of real football in your hands is something unique, and the Longshot mode will make you feel that this game is worth.

    EA hit the mark in trying to renovate its football sim: graphics, gameplay, atmosphere and game modes are all in their best shape with the only exception of the Longshot mode, a bit too repetitive. If you skipped some Madden NFL games in the past in fear of the usual "more of the same", this one will definitely prove to be worth the buy.

    Madden 19 is an excellent football game that improves on last year's entry in almost every way. There are problems, but there has never been a football game that more authentically represents the NFL than this in terms of presentation, controls, and depth.

    If you're looking for something that massively overhauls the Madden experience, you're probably not going to find it in Madden NFL 19. Instead, I see it as a generally solid dose of improvements and consistency, with an emphasis on tightening up the on-field product for better, more natural football action. It's got me looking forward to binging the next season, at the very least.

    Madden NFL 19 is more of an evolution than a revolution then, but what else did anyone expect? It’s a refinement of last year’s effort with further graphical prowess, more fluidity and a sprinkling of new features. It’s just a shame that its Longshot Homecoming mode is such a let-down.

If you actually play the game and know a thing or two about football you would no that this is actually a good game. The game play is excellent, when you play this game it feels like football. Franchise is still my favorite mode and the one I play the most, but I found myself playing a lot of ultimate team, as well as online. All in all a great football game and one I will play for the whole year. I really enjoy EA sports games, cannot wait for FIFA 19.… Expand

I would like to control only my player but the problem I have with that is you are unable to negotiate your contract. I think that would increase people's desire to play in that mode. The reason that I give this game an 8 instead of a 10 is that the Long shot story mode is terrible. I couldn't even bring myself to spend much time in it where as last year I had finished it within the week after I purchased the game. Another thing that is a little irritating is how the players run when they are sprinting. It looks like they are hunched over and just not natural.… Expand

BUT YOU AND I ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY 100 DOLLARS FOR A ROSTER UPDATE AND A DECENT ROSTER WHICH MAY BE 3 TIMES AS MUCH BECAUSE LOOTBOXES. EA IS EVIL, DO NOT BUY THIS ROSTER UPDATE OR ANY OTHER EA SPORTS GAMES AT ALL. Hopefully 2k will make football games again with both the aaf being an alt to the nfl, or just go with the XFL, which 2k already has a partnership with WWE, but for now it's just more damn waiting.… Expand

It seems like they don’t know what to do. As if the developers never fix anything from the previous game. The only thing they fixed from Madden 18 is the graphics. And they barely look better. 0/10 not worth $60.… Expand
