    If you're an absolute die-hard, I guess you’ve already picked up Madden NFL 19, but otherwise I'd warn you to hold off and continue playing last year's version. There's nothing special about this year's edition, and with all of the technical issues, it's a major bummer.

    On the field it's still a fun game as always, but for the first time in a long time, it feels like little more than a roster update.

    It assumes a lot of knowledge on the part of the player and a willingness to learn by trying its new systems. Undoubtedly, it’s a truer-playing game of American football, but it comes with a cost, in Real Player Motion physics that can spontaneously disrupt a perfectly developed play, and a running pace that deserves a post-launch prod.

    Once again the presentation side of the game is absolutely brilliant and without a doubt both the visuals and sound design make things veryOnce again the presentation side of the game is absolutely brilliant and without a doubt both the visuals and sound design make things very immersive. Longshot has once again been done very well and it delivered an adventure that was not only fun but also intriguing as well. The controls feel much more tuned this time around and with that comes a lot more satisfaction throughout your time with the game. I was very impressed with the new inclusions when it came to the Ultimate Team because for me they’ve breathed new life into the mode. Without a doubt the gameplay in Madden NFL 19 is the best that the Madden series has delivered so far, which is impressive considering how good the gameplay was in last year’s game. The Real Player Motion is simply stunning and in a lot of ways it adds more fun and enjoyable moments to the gameplay. A training mode would’ve been a nice addition because the game can take some getting used to and I can see this being a bit of a problem for newcomers of the series. Does Madden NFL 19 do enough to get a recommendation from me? The Madden series offers improvements each year and as far as the sport’s games EA has to offer this is probably the most solid series of them all. Last year’s Madden was fantastic in my opinion and I wasn’t sure if they could improve on it because it was that good, but boy was I wrong. Both the gameplay and controls feel quite a bit better this time around and this in turn means the game is even more fun, which is great. As usual the game looks and sounds awesome and the little changes to the Ultimate Team breath life into the mode which in turn means the game has even more replayability so fans of the series can get even more enjoyment out of the game. Without a doubt Madden NFL 19 gets a massive recommendation from me and I’m very excited to see where they go next with this incredible franchise.… Full Review »

They say the player movement is better; it is not. The halftime show is ridiculous, and they leave out all the highlights that should’ve been important. They haven’t learned their lesson from Battlefront 2. And I have to buy the $80 version just to create my own team? Let them know with your wallets.… Full Review »

I gave it a 1 because it kind of works but not really with all the animation glitches. BUT YOU AND I ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY 100 DOLLARS FOR A ROSTER UPDATE AND A DECENT ROSTER WHICH MAY BE 3 TIMES AS MUCH BECAUSE LOOTBOXES. EA IS EVIL, DO NOT BUY THIS ROSTER UPDATE OR ANY OTHER EA SPORTS GAMES AT ALL. Hopefully 2k will make football games again with both the aaf being an alt to the nfl, or just go with the XFL, which 2k already has a partnership with WWE, but for now it's just more damn waiting.… Full Review »
