The inclusion of vehicles to the classical Skylanders formula managed to add another layer of depth to the gameplay, contributing to making the overall game more varied. And finally we've got online co-op and multiplayer races: a very welcome and long overdue feature.- MondoXbox

A brilliant shoot'em up, capable of mixing the genre's classic mechanics with beat'em up and RPG elements and with lots of modes and customizability. Its only fault is a too generic and uninspired look, but otherwise it's one of the best shooters around.- MondoXbox

The Walking Dead: Season Two surprises us with an exceptional main character, which manages to offer us a fresh point of view on the story, while the new Xbox One version smooths out many of the technical flaws of the old-gen one. A fascinating experience for every fan of Kirkman's comic.- MondoXbox

eFootball PES 2020 is definitely the best episode in the series since several years, bringing many improvements making it more modern but without losing its tactical gameplay. It still needs to improve in licences and AI, but it's surely a suggested buy for soccer lovers.- MondoXbox

NBA 2K22 brings major improvements to its gameplay, making it more balanced and suitable for all types of players, while also offering us a next-gen graphic rendering at the edge of photorealism. The picture is completed by the usual overwhelming number of modes, among which the further improved MyCareer is the absolute king.- MondoXbox

An undoubtedly successful next-gen makeup operation, delivering rich and vibrant graphics on an already great game. Nevertheless, this is a game suited only for those who never played the original one: the revamped graphics aren't enough to justify the admittance price if you already played it.- MondoXbox

An intriguing old-school RPG, with a great story and content for tens of hours of play. Obsidian could have polished it more in the technical side, but it's definitely an advised buy for any true RPG lover.- MondoXbox

Definitely the best MMA game around: deep, complex and satisfying, UFC Undisputed 3 improves THQ's series in almost every area, delivering us a must-have game for any ring sports lover. Our only complaint is about the still shaky net-code, an area in which Yuke's should focus all its efforts for the next game.- MondoXbox

The perfect game for every Metallica and Thrash/Heavy Metal fan, also thanks to the subtle but important gameplay improvements introduced by Neversoft. It's a pity that the absence of support for the pre-existing DLC songs library forces us to always keep a copy of GH: World Tour at hand.- MondoXbox

Don’t be fooled by the overly bizarre characters: with its surprisingly deep and compelling story and tight controls both via standard controller and Kinect, D4 will leave you begging for more episodes. A great new adventure game, definitely worth buying.- MondoXbox

Deathloop is yet another confirmation of Arkane Lyon's unbridled creative talent. It captures us from the very first moments thanks to an intriguing premise and keeps us glued to the pad until the end credits with a constantly evolving gameplay, enhanced by a unique styling and a basically perfect level design. Enemy AI and the shooting system could have been better, but regardless of these limitations it's a game absolutely worth trying.- MondoXbox

NBA 2K21 Next Generation takes full advantage of next-gen hardware, improving graphics and physics but also adding more content and welcome new modes; playing at 4K 60fps with great graphics and truly alive arenas is a real joy. We just wish 2K would pull back a bit on their microtransactions push.- MondoXbox

A great rally game and natural evolution of the series keeping its soul in the middle between arcade and simulation approaches. An improved engine delivers some amazing sceneries and very detailed cars, with state-of-the-art physics and light effects. We apreciated the new features like the Gymkhana mode and the YouTube video upload, while the multiplayer modes proved to be very enteratining and varied. A suggested buy for every fan of the series and everyone looking for an awesome and adrenalinic racing game.- MondoXbox

A real surprise and one of the most interesting games of the year, with a great cyberpunk mood and an highly satisfying gameplay expecially for those willing to go the stealth/hacker way. It isn't flawless though, with problems like overcompressed cut-scenes - we'd preferred a multi-disk release to this - and the immersion-breaking bad lip-sync in the italian version dubbing, but it undoubtedly is an advised buy.- MondoXbox

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a top-quality adventure, capable of providing many hours of fun for a wide audience. A game that makes the essentiality of the control system, the beauty of the puzzles and the increasingly articulated exploration its strong points, all enhanced by an extraordinary graphic realization and a simple storyline but, at the same time, capable of touching on important themes.- MondoXbox
