That said, Flick Champions comes up a bit short, but for the price, Tennis, Hockey and Bowling make the package worth it.- Modojo

Chillingo had a foundation in place for an excellent spaghetti western for iPhone and iPad, but the designers failed to create a compelling experience.- Modojo

There's little reason to fork over $29.99 for a product that feels like it belongs on the iPhone for $1.99.- Modojo

Unfortunately, Kamikaze Attack is a proverbial one-trick pony, and it won't be long before you've had enough kicking frogs and deflecting rockets. It gets old, and fast.- Modojo

Factor in a lack of multiplayer and sub par graphics, and Race Illegal: High Speed 3D is the biggest waste of a buck we've seen on the App Store in quite some time. Do yourself a favor get your racing fix elsewhere.- Modojo

A combination of great things. In the casual sense, it's a 1980s puzzle party. For hardcore gamers, it's a cross between Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo and Lumines. Providing this news didn't cause a massive brain explosion, we strongly suggest downloading this app right away.- Modojo

There could be a good game buried beneath the slop, but after a few hours of mind-numbing boredom and frustration, we just couldn't play anymore.- Modojo

Unfortunately, it's a fairly short-lived experience. You can beat the game in roughly an hour, but on the positive side, multiple routes will keep you coming back for more; case in point, we didn't reach the Blue-Marine level during the first play through.- Modojo

There's a chance you'll dislike DrawRace 2, since sketching routes takes a backseat to hitting the gas and steering the car. It also doesn't help that your finger obscures the racing line, forcing you to rely on instinct; you eventually get a feel for it. Racing strategists, on the other hand, will happily dive into DrawRace 2 and play this sucker for months.- Modojo

One heck of a fun time, the type of experience that begs multiple plays. Before long, you'll invest multiple hours and die numerous times.- Modojo

The biggest issue, though, is the game's length. You'll blow through the first chapter in 45 minutes or less, and the second (accessed via in-app purchase for $0.99) is equally short...On the positive side, it's time well spent, and with more chapters presumably on the way, Emissary of War has even more potential. Worth a buck? Absolutely.- Modojo

The developers packed a ton of value into a tiny $0.99 package. Smart, fun and addictive, this is one iPhone title you need to play.- Modojo

Not only is it addictive, but the game packs a ton of value into a very affordable price ($0.99 on iPhone, $1.99 on iPad). Give it a look.- Modojo

Sprinkle is both fun and visually stimulating, a game that should be in everyone's collection. The fact that it costs $0.99 ($1.99 on Android with 24 additional levels) means you have no excuse.- Modojo

The 3DS edition, like Excitebike and Xevious before it, displays in glasses free 3D, including a new camera angle that offers more depth, but it falls flat. A bunch of buildings sit in the background, offering little to no eye candy. It's a huge waste of resources.- Modojo

Look, we get it. They're not angry birds. They're silly owls. Cue the laugh track. That's fine, but there needs to be a good game to back up the supposedly kooky protagonists, and unfortunately, we couldn't find one.- Modojo

To its credit, Pebble Bug Studios did a bang up job with the stylish graphics, and as we said, the music's great. At the same time, Rogue Sky isn't much fun, and ultimately, that's what matters.- Modojo

It's definitely a fun way to pass the time, though we wish the game had more content. An endless mode, linked to an online leaderboard, would have raised the appeal, considerably. To that end, Game Center support would be a welcome addition as well.- Modojo

It's a neat concept that both companies executed wonderfully, from the different units to the touch controls and spectacular graphics that are on par with and arguably better than anything we've seen on Sony's PSP, at least within the tower defense genre.- Modojo

Let's Golf 3 is the best golf game in the App Store, hands down. Gameloft's exquisite sports title plays similar to Sony's Hot Shots Golf series, but the developers upped the ante with a wide assortment of power-ups, courses, user-friendly touch controls and seamless online play. The best part? It's free.- Modojo

There's definitely a good amount of variety here, from time trials to drift runs, but we've seen it all before. EA took the previous Shift, copied most of the content and produced a cookie cutter sequel. Solid overall, but you'd be wise to look elsewhere for your racing fix.- Modojo
