Kill with Skill is a perfect slogan for an action game with so many ways of executing enemies. Filled with a great sense of humour, the main campaign is the star in this game. It was designed in a way that we always find new things to do, completing the incredibly large list of skills with a good variety of weapons and situations. You really have to think before you act, planning how you're going to attack in order to get greatest amount points that is possible, taking into account not only the enemies, but the environment. But when you finish the game... you have two options: you're really competitive and want to be the first one in the charts, or you just abandon the game because of its lack of cooperative mode or an interesting multiplayer. Regardless, but you should not miss such a unique campaign.

GRID 2 is not for you if you want extreme realism and simulation. But if you want a fun, nice, well finished and deeper game, here it is. Codemasters has shown that driving is its wonder.

Visually spectacular, a great beat'em up in the core, but with the wrong approach in the gameplay, victim of an almost nonexistent online and plain single player modes. Technically a good port, counting that it comes from PS3 ad 360 versions to a handheld, but the final result is far away from the excellence shown in Dark Resurrection.

Split/Second Velocity is a great arcade racing game, with fresh and unique ideas that gives new life to the genre. Spectacular and fast as there is no other, unfortunately its gameplay mechanics are so restricted that players can't really improve their skills, and that is not as fun as it should have been. With a deeper array of game modes and gameplay mechanics, this would have been an amazing game.

Enter the Gungeon offers a new way to understand the rogue-like games, being more dependent on the player skill than focusing on the item drops. It has perfect gunplay and a cute game design, and even if it's not as good as The Binding of Isaac or Nuclear Throne, it comes close to them.

A good example to show there are not too-old formulas, just wrong approaches to reignite them. Taking the base of D&D Arcade and introducing plenty of RPG and Hack'n Slash elements, Vanillaware has made its finest game.

Few games have captured the essence of the feudal society so faithfully. A complete simulation of dynasties and a medieval strategy game that no one should miss.

A good remake for one of the most important FPS in the last decade, with good Saber3D engine, but not like Halo 3 or Reach. Multiplayer has seven new maps, not enough in comparision with ODST, and online co-op is only for two players, but it's a great experience in general.

Revengeance is a great hack and slash: Frantic, fun and fast running at 60 fps. It's a good mix of Metal Gear's universe and Platinum Style, but Raiden fails with stealth situations.

Its like if Stardew Valley meets prehistoric era. It's good as the game we refered and it takes inspiration (maybe an excessive one) but transforms all the mechanics to create his own personality.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep is just one of the best games for the PSP, with a great and long storyline, the best battle system of all Kingdom Hearts games to date and three fantastic new main characters. Don't worry about the subtitle: this is the Kingdom Hearts III you've been waiting for.

The Last Guardian is a blast from the past. From when Fumita Ueda marveled us with the relationship between Ico and Yorda, or the fights against the colossi. Trico is his new achievement and it lives up to his reputation. Some technical issues muddle the work, but at least it's one with a lot of heart.

PES 2013 is the best PES in this generation, and it's a great football game. Deep control, fluid matches and fun experience. With a new engine it could be a serious contender in the future.

Wadjet Eye Games begins to deserve a name among the greatest adventure publishers around. One after another, each of its new titles pleasantly surprises and tells attractive stories from a refreshing viewpoint. We thought it would be very difficult, but Technobabylon can compete with Gemini Rue or Resonance.

Pandaria is a very nice expansion for WoW, adding a ton of a content, an outstanding new territory and some clever touches to enhance the experience of the classic MMO. However, even with the excellent craft of Blizzard, it can't avoid some of the old routines, making everything a bit predictable.

Arguably the best expansion Nintendo has ever made. The Splatoon universe receives the single player campaign it deserves; furthermore, its 80 levels are so difficult to complete and satisfying. If you own Splatoon 2, you should take a look at this DLC.

Beautiful pixel art, good music, well designed levels and several endings to promote replay. Only a few more levels and maybe a more modern controls would have improved what's already a game no Castlevania fan should miss.

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter stands between David Lynch's Twin Peaks and a Lovecraft story in terms of narrative but also offers solid gameplay mechanics. It's not a very long game (around four hours) but if you loved Gone Home, this is a game that you definitely have to try.

Red Alert 3 is not the deepest RTS you can find, and its hilarious video sequences gives it a juvenile tone, but that is part of the fun. EA LA celebrates and exaggerates some of the most defining aspects of the series, offering an intense a shiny game that captures the essence of its name. While the introduced co-op mode has big potential for the future of the RTS, in this case it actually produces some non-severe balancing problems in the campaign.

A triumph of the interactive narrative, good proof that with good writers and a solid direction, letting the player make decisions can make a good story better. An intense game with plenty of tough decisions and consequences that come back to punch you in the stomach.

Creation, fun and madness, ModNation Racers is the new benchmark in the genre of crazy karting games. We can design whatever we want: thousands of characters, karts and circuits, and share all this stuff in the huge online mode. The new expression of the 'Play. Create. Share.' concept in videogames.

Expanded, polished, extended & recut -but not a sequel-, Soul Sacrifice Delta builds upon the foundations of the original and brings almost the double in content, with a new story and Faction based on the Grimm Brothers's Fairytales that would get indeed the Aproval Seal by Tim Burton or American McGee with this new, sadistic and nightmarish approach to the Three Pigs or Red Hood. Soul Sacrifice Delta is the definitive version of one of the best Vita library titles, better in every aspect, but those who have the original maybe want to think twice if the new content worth it.

Armored Princess is a faithful expansion over the original, with little novelties. It could be argued it doesn't need it, as there are so few games with the personality of this one, but if you are a experienced The Legend player, you should decide if you want more of the same or not. If you are a new player, this is a good opportunity to get the hang on this game, but the original is perhaps more surprising.

The second Crown hunt on this three-part DLC for Dark Souls II take us into a Tower of doom, death and fire. There's nothing new under the sun -the puzzles where in the first DLC-, but this vision of the descent to Hell is certainly demanding, and with rewards if we're curious and explore a little. And if we survive to this big fat kill massacre that we enjoyed so much.
