Kirby strikes again with his best adventure so far, probably also one of the best stories that we've discovered on Wii's catalog. This is a trully epic adventure in which Kirby discovers a new way of developing his abilites, meeting new friends and so on. It's fun and entertaining, and without any doubt the best game for this console on the beginning of 2011. Yet another must-have for Nintendo's Wii.

The Great Ace Attorney is a must for fans of the series. The challenge was twofold. On the one hand, to build two video games (ten cases in total) with a completely new cast of characters. On the other hand, to justify a historical context when telling a story based on dialectical battles in the courts in the middle of the nineteenth century. And it has succeeded. With a fantastically written story, it presents irregularities in their rhythm and an excess of lines of text at certain moments, though. Both games feel current, fresh and give meaning to their existence as canonical content. They are high-level visual novels, with Shu Takumi showing his best narrative skills at times. That it does not come in Spanish is a pity; therefore, if the language barrier is not a problem for you, you have here a long journey difficult to forget.

Fall of Samurai does what an expansion should do, take a good base and build something related but different about it. The sea warfare doesn't work as well as it could, but overall it's a great experience and a must for any Total war fan.

Although some editions of Football Manager are defined by including improvements in dribs and drabs, this is not the case at hand. The new game cares for both traditional users and those who seek an experience equally comprehensive but willing to sacrifice some complexity in exchange for a faster management. Football Manager 2013 is a complete network of choices that allow us to simulate the most realistic behavior of clubs and competitions, ever seen. It should be mandatory for almost every football coach.

It's different and it plays differently, but at the end, you have the same smile on your face and the same desire to play another match. Rocket League Sideswipe is a great example that to port something into mobile devices is not only to copy and paste the original game for android or iOS. It’s to understand the game's soul and put it inside a distinct and truly portable experience. Great.

Geralt of Rivia is back with the best incarnation of his adventures. CDProjekt kept on working on their successful game in order to improve it, and they sure did. Now, The Witcher is stronger, longer, bigger and greater. All that, in an incredible package with special features: level editor, two new side quests, making of, soundtrack, game guide, the original short story written by Sapkowski, and many more things.

With some of the most breathtaking visuals of the year, Cuphead opened fire with graphics that seem made back in the 30s by Fleischer Studios itself, an OST of pure, swinging ragtime Jazz and gameplay so damn hard that we were in Heaven every time we have conquered a level. You definitely have to have some skills to play this game, to overcome its amazing Final Bosses, to pass through its impossible run & gun levels. But boy, what a feeling on the victory screen, and what a great game to begin October with. Studio MHDR, we salute you.

With its beautiful visual style, interesting characters and compelling story, Valkyria Chronicles tries to go beyond the usual Japanese SRPG mechanics, embracing a new system that combines direct and turn based action to great effect. The result is a game with true tactical sense, where different tactics can be succesfully used according your play style.

Addictive, that's the only way in which a game like Bash Party can be described. The sequel of Boom Blox couldn't be more well-focused on every single way, not only including more gameplay styles, but also but tons of new levels -a sum of 400-, with plenty of bizarre and funny characters that give the game a strange, but fancy look. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.

DmC was an amazing game back in 2013, and it's still a brilliant hack'n slash. The Definitive Edition adds a lot of content and also offers a good amount of playable elements that made the game a must-have for all the fans of the genre. If you like to kill monsters with style, superb music and a great main character, go ahead: this game is for you.

Street Fighter 6 for Switch 2 is everything a fan of the series could hope for, now also in handheld format and with all the extras released so far. The game looks spectacular, especially in handheld mode, although some visual adjustments are noticeable that, ultimately, don't affect the experience.

Sims is not an easy series to develop, the core concept is a very simple one and is too well exploited thanks to the endless expansions. But The Sims 3 has been successful in reinventing itself thanks to the new dimension opened by the presence of an urban environment that your Sims can explore at leisure. Having this open environment, combined with the improved visuals for the Sims themselves and the new personality system, makes this game something different, a fresh start.

Tomb Raider is a wonderful adventure which reaches the heights of Uncharted. Lara Croft returns in an exciting and relatively open game, with all genres very well-realized. Temples, tombs and archeology with intense action, puzzles and jumps. Just what we wanted.

Tribes: Ascend is a highly recommended MMOFPS. It's a frantic game that won't allow us to rest or relax, and will require cunning and skill in equal measure. The chosen business model allows us to progress enough without spending any money, and this will last while HiReZ Studios keeps on betting on balance. If you were a previous lover of Tribes games, you should be already downloading this one, right now.

Crazier, funnier and bigger. Rebirth is a proper rebuilt of one of the most brilliant games we've enjoyed lately. There are a handful of new features and probably even more content than we could've asked for, even though die-hard fans might consider rebuying a game that's very much the same, but widely expanded.
