EA and Mythic finally released their star title, and they did well on the lasts months. Warhammer Online manages to include one of the most interestings PvP systems of the recent MMO, and explodes the Games Workshop franchise to the bone. The Old World is live and rich, and it is out there for you to explore. If you join the order or the chaos factions you´re guaranteed hours of endless combat and hundreds of locations, enemies and items to visit, kill and collect. While is not top notch in visuals, it just do it very well taking the player into another universe.- Meristation

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a great adventure game. More exploration, platform zones and stealth mechanics than shooter moments, and a great plot and loads of content to discover.- Meristation

Dead Space is a pleasant surprise, it takes the best elements of classic terror sci-fi films and combines them with some of the most notorious ideas of games like Bioshock, Condemned, Resident Evil 4 or Doom 3. Instead of an improved but unoriginal copycat, the team managed to give this mix a distinctive personality, making it a great experience on its own.- Meristation

Activision creates the Guitar Hero for disc-jockeys with DJ Hero. With impressive music themes, a great and easy-to-use controller, and paying attention to every little aspect, we find a videogame that is a starting point for a whole new series; with this game, club culture is in an even better position than with the classic Beatmania.- Meristation

Fans of tactics will find XCOM: Enemy Within a very interesting title and a worthy successor. It provides a good amount of changes to the original game, such as a new campaign with more enemies, more missions and new events ready to test our skills. It's not exactly the same game as last year's game thanks to some of the new mechanics but it's similar enough for not being scared of changes. XCOM: Enemy Within is a high level game and with great quality.- Meristation

Luigi’s Mansion 3 brings Nintendo’s ghost hunting back to the highest. Next Level Games sign its best game so far and one of the names every Nintendo fan will not ever forget. The new gameplay mechanics and the rhythm goes in line with the balance of action, puzzle, platforming and exploration. The game is visually quite impressive; undoubtedly, the best graphics of the Nintendo’s library so far. A top notch experience that deserves every praise it receives. Excellent.- Meristation

Path of Exile is a great alternative for the lovers of classic 'hack & slash'. It's an entertaining title with an interesting gameplay and completely free. The game is able to rival the great current references in the genre, despite just taking its first steps. Path of Exile has clear objectives and has managed correctly oriented toward them. Its use of the familiarity with the genre will capture the attention of many aRPG players in exchange for losing originality.- Meristation

Two years later, Assassin's Creed tries again to make real those promises from Ubisoft, and prove itself as a better game than it was. The truth is that, despite the Renaissance setting, the vivid locations and the historical landmarks, the new features added don't really improve the sequel: the same repetitive mechanics remain, as the flawed enemy AI, a rough combat system and moments of frustration coming from issues with the camera and the control response in the platform sections. Assassin's Creed II it's still a good game but far from the masterpiece Ubisoft has been promising.- Meristation

It had to be a monumental task to build this "city of dreams" and also populate it with passionate stories and characters, fantastic music and a captivating personality. Shortcuts to greatness are extremely rare, and the steadfast and safest path remains hard work, passion, and the desire to create something that surpasses others, with the right resources to do so. CD Projekt could have rested on The Witcher's laurels, made more sequels, and released a couple of best-sellers in the time it took Cyberpunk 2077 to finish, but that's not the path of the Polish studio, driven by more ethereal goals. Money, yes, and success, but leaving a mark too. Glowing brightly in the intensity of the night. Making history before our eyes.- Meristation

After the success of Fire Emblem Awakening, Fates takes it as a base to build its new world but trying to keep old fans on board too. It offers a better plot and three different experiences tailored to veterans and newcomers. Sadly it fails to bring many improvements in gameplay (except for the addition of more interactive scenarios and the unit combination) and graphics, but in exchange adds the massive my castle function, including its multiplayer functions and online mode. It's disappointing that the good end is exclusive to the downloadable "Revelations" path, though.- Meristation
