Despite lack of innovation in the game, the group of DC heroes finally gets the videogame they deserve.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is, in many ways, the game we hoped for to honor the original. It can be very satisfactory for the fans but the way it expands the history offers lights and shadows.

Bear in mind that this's multiplayer focused cartridge - you'll only take the 100% of its content playing along with some friends.

A new graphics engine takes the lead in a sixth generation that brings along tons of new Pokémons, new gameplay elements and the same old-school combat style that has earned a die hard fanbase for more than 20 years. It's Pokemon at his best, a must-have for both fans and 3DS owners.

Cuphead triumphs again on Switch, thanks to an excellent graphics work and an incredible boss plot design.

Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box is a great compilation. It offers the same game as last year's game, but with all the added features that appeared as DLC thought the year. Really fun to play, with a great technical level and several game modes that offer hours and hours of terminal velocity. Highly recommended for lovers of racing games.

Maybe not your average RTS, but Sins of a Solar Empire achieves something that other games don’t: it’s a compelling game, and from the moment you pick it up, you can’t avoid playing it until the end. With missions that last several days or weeks, users can exploit the deep gameplay thanks to its easy interface, in a very tactical game, but also really fun, both offline and online.

Heavy Rain is a game based on a good idea, but it doesn't work as well as we hoped it would. Gameplay-wise, it's not as open as it was supposed to be, thanks to the limits imposed by Quantic Dream. Its great visuals and the superb OST fall under the feeling that players are just mere spectators of the story.

Shinobi Art of Vengeance is the next big thing for modernized 2D games. Combat, platforming and visual style are top notch, but the game also manages to capture what made the Shinobi games of yesteryear remembered until today.

A stunning adventure, one of Matsuno's masterworks, a good example of how to develop a Strategy RPG with an intriguin' storyline. Plenty of new additions to the gameplay mechanics, it's yet another game that should be on any gamer's shelve.

The closer camera, the new controls and the revamped progression system, with gradual acquisition of upgrades for the onions, our astronaut and his canine companion, make for another kind of adventure. A more relaxed and accessible one, but also one that still preserves that Nintendo touch. Not always easy to put into words, but evident as soon as you pick up the controller.

Guybrush Theepwood strikes back in the remake of his best adventure so far. Also, Lechuck's Revenge is one of the best of his genre. A great adventure game and a fantastic remake.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection has several improvements, but probably isn't enough for those who already played it. Anyway, two games that are still on the top of third-person adventures.

Gran Turismo 7 has recaptured the hallmarks of the series and immediately becomes the most comfortable piece of driving in living memory. Polyphony Digital has put all the pieces together, taking the best from the early episodes of the series and the advances of the HD era. The result is a polished, perfected control and feel at the wheel, matched by a dizzying array of technology. All in all, it demonstrates the three fundamental pillars of the series: racing, collecting and photography. Despite its mediocre collision engine, a far cry from the physics system, an AI that can be improved and some convoluted menus, Gran Turismo 7 is a declaration of love to the world of motorsport. Its didactic commitment and appreciation for every car makes all the difference. Gran Turismo is synonymous with racing, but not only that. Accessible and deep at the same time, this is a must-have for cars enthusiasts, a title with the potential to last an entire generation.
