It's a beautiful tale of friendship, with many puzles and great ideas. But it lacks an interesting combat system, it has some boring momentos and fails to make use of all the good ideas it has. Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon is a good puzzle game, above all. With a simple gameplay based on chaining elements of the scenario, each movement makes the board react accordingly, balancing the action with the turns in a sublime way. It surprises for how easy it is to understand its mechanics, how accessible and how addictive its formula is; but it doesn't justify its roguelite elements because of the little importance of each run's findings. A very good gateway to the genre for those who enjoy this kind of proposals, with a moderate challenge that requires a few hours to get out of this pocket dungeon. Once again, Shovel Knight shows that it has potential in genres other than classic platforming. More than recommended.

Battlestations: Pacific is an improved version of the original Battlestations. This sequel offers two campaigns, better than one, and five multiplayer modes. Conquer the Island, the best one, is a complete experience which can last even more than two hours. However, the mix of two genres, action and strategy, doesn't explore deeply any of them.

PES 2010 is a step forward in the series, much better than the entries in the last few years; but overall it's still behind its main rival, especially on the gameplay side. Animations and transitions aren't realistic, and it just offers a gameplay that its hardcore fans love. The best PES this generation, but that's not saying much.

It's a great game, it has always been. And now it presents its final edition, without all the problems that we saw in the HD Collection. But we miss the first one, and the VR experience is not as good as we thought, neither like VR game, nor like ZoE.
