    Really, that balance of sadness and nostalgia captures what Last Day in June is all about. You’ll come away from it feeling a little heartbroken, but sometimes that’s what great art does to you — and make no mistake, this is some pretty exceptional art.

    As a game, The Last Day of June is repetitive, slow going, and at times absolutely depressing. Getting stuck trying to solve a puzzle can make that process feel even slower. The repeating story and nature of the themes at play lead to having to experience a lot of the same scenes again and again with seemingly no way to skip them. A blemish on an otherwise solid story telling experience. As a game, there isn’t all that much to it and can easily be played by many, but as a story telling emotional experience, it doesn’t get much better that this. I began the game thinking this was something completely different than my expectation lead me to believe. Shortly after the intro moments, when I realized that The Last Day of June wasn’t a title about the end of summer but the last day of a person’s life, the reality set in that this was going to be an emotional rollercoaster, and it surely is.

    The Last Day of June is an emotional, gentle puzzle, where you must live one sunny afternoon over and over again to try and avert tragedy. It doesn't feel especially new, but it'll still probably make you a bit teary.

    Last Day of June's brevity is its saving grace, buoying up a story that isn't done any favors by its gameplay loop. There is undoubtedly potential in a game that allows you to alter past events to reshape the present, and Last Day of June shows glimmers of promise; however, it also ruins the emotional impact of its most important event by forcing you to repeat it so many times.

    This game is a little gem. Nothing hard, story isn’t hard to follow, rather simple but effective. The devs did a nice job with this one,This game is a little gem. For a game with some unique graphic design and no real dialog or voice acting, I really got into it. For trophies, all bronze no platinum and straight forward.     anche dal punto di vista ludico ci sarà un passo in avanti rispetto a questa tipologia di giochi, dato che dovremo esplorare una mappa per nulla estesa, dove controlleremo vari personaggi, e ognuno di essi ci permetterà di poter accedere a determinate zone che altri personaggi non potrebbero raggiungere da soli, permettendo di sbloccare vie e passaggi per tutti. questa meccanica ci permetterà di raggiungere determinati collezionabili che racconteranno tramite 5 foto la storia del personaggio di turno.
    nel gioco dovremo cercare un modo per impedire un certo evento, portando gli altri personaggi a fare altre azioni, nulla di complicatissimo, che risulta abbastanza guidato, ma comunque ben proposto.
    la parte dove il gioco riesce meno e quando ti fa rivedere determinati filmati svariate volte rendendo il tutto un po più lento del necessario.
    comunque nel suo complesso il gioco riesce perfettamente nel suo obbiettivo, quello di raccontarti una bella storia, senza sacrificare del tutto la parte ludica.

    after a tragic event you get to try to rewrite the past.
    the only really annoying thing about this game is that you can't skip scenes, which in this case is much worse than usual because you will eventually have see over and over the same scenes as you try to change some of them.
    a short game, i don't mind short games, but still those unskippable scenes made it feel quite tedious at times and distracted me from the deep meaning behind changing every little detail in these peoples day.
