    This game follows the story of the movie, but it also has another part that will deliver the younger players a lot of fun. You can play in a world where you can manage your own village, build things and complete simple objectives. A pretty nice game that is a lot better than most of the games in this genre!

    Toy Story 3 offers two separate takes on the game. One is the rather bland story driven journey, and the other is the amazing sandbox mode. The latter is where this game shines. It provides great fun and a fantastic playground for both kids and grown-ups.

    Compared to most other licensed games out there, Toy Story 3 doesn't have to feel ashamed. Quite the opposite in fact. Indeed it is not technically beyond reproach, most notably because of a few frame rate issues when playing with a friend, but overall the formula holds its ground OK. The two main modes of gameplay complete each other nicely, and even though it's supposed to target kids, most adult gamers could very well be surprised. It's rich enough and well designed, and even though it has some gameplay flaws as well, it's still a decent adaptation of the movie : something not so common after all.

    I bought this for my two girls, 6 and 5, and they love it. It's easily their favorite game now. Lots for them to do in the open sand boxI bought this for my two girls, 6 and 5, and they love it. The reason I give it a perfect score is because when I often help them at a certain point in their game, they have to scream to get their controller back. Great game.… Expand

This game has a fun story mode following the movie, but the real treat is Toy Box Mode, where you can build your own town and unlock Easter eggs and townsfolk! If that wasn't enough the PS3 version includes playable Zurg which is just a bunch of minigames but fun none the less. This Game is AMAZING and I think everyone should try!… Expand

It’s a game that is super fun and enjoyable with all its modes. First you have story mode a 3-4 hour adventure where you explore toy story 3 movie plot in game form, it does what it must and it works well almost every level is long and super entertaining. Then you have the biggest mode, the toy box it’s a mode we’re you can explore the worlds of toy story and buy toy packs to explore more of the world. It works amazingly, everything you explore sets an amazing adventure ahead. Sadly that’s pretty much it but it does it’s thing I just wish the story mode was a bet longer, but the Toy box is a masterpiece endless fun with a partner in co op as well. Toy Story 3 is testament for exploration and awesome level design, maybe the story mode should be a bet longer but the toy box makes for it. (Amazing 4/5) Your Missing Out!… Expand

It is rammed with features and the story box mode just keeps on giving. There is a great soundtrack to accompany the game and it seems finally that a movie tie in game has got it just about right. For any gamer wanting a challenge then this isnt the game for you, but its not aimed at gamers who are in their teenage years or above. I must admit I have played coop with my son and what an enjoyable time we had. A brilliant pick up and play game with no violence which plagues so many games today. Utterly recommended for the young ones (and the kids at heart) who will lose themselves in the quirky, vibrant and absorbing world of Toy Story. Im a big gamer and this game hits the right notes for what it is intended for. Brilliant!!! Ive only given it a 9 as I have lost my PS3 to my son otherwise a worthwile and deserved 10.… Expand

That's two in a row on movie games for me. Toy Story 3 is a simple yet rewarding platformer that most closely resembles the Lego games. It features 8 unique levels that has some creative level designs and challenging puzzles. The levels differ quite a bit to keep it from becoming repetitive and stale. Once you finish the story, there's an open world sand box portion with 3 bonus levels and more than enough to do to extend the game's playtime. The collectibles in the sandbox portion were an absolute pain but manageable enough for the platinum. The driving mechanics sucked and I infinitely fell through the floor once but other than that not much bad to say. I wish their was an autosave because I lost a ton of progress once and I wish they made it easier to keep track of what collectibles you had and easier to find them in the open world. How about a map devs? But overall another solid, decade old movie game.… Expand
