It's difficult to get back the magic of the early days, but Square Enix tried its best in order to develop a storyline that's worth living. With an outstanding graphics engine, an impressive story and a quite interesting gameplay style, the only element that Final Fantasy XIII's lacking is a better mechanics and not the just go-on-forward gameplay style that it offers. Still, it's a worth-buying JRPG if you're a fan of the genre. And if you're not, just give it a try.- Meristation

The epic world of The Dark Eye arrives ten years later to our PC. Based on a board RPG game, Drakensang features some interesting ideas that bring back to life some of the best moments of the classic. Featuring ideas from Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights franchise, the game packs a good set of rules with good-looking graphics and nice sound. At the end, it doesn't get to be a high budget production, but still gives the player great moments and great value that is worth the money.- Meristation

Arcade racing game with ATVs as the starring roles. Clean, soft and detailed graphics with a nice taste in stage and acrobatics design. The ability to play online along with 15 more people is its strongest point, though the core mechanic of the game itself proves to addictive on its own, being entertaining and spectacular as few others. Should it have more variety in vehicles to play with, it could even stand up to Motorstorm 2.- Meristation

DiRT 5 does not bring anything revolutionary to the arcade driving genre, but it does manage to set the saga in a territory where no one can doubt its existence. DiRT is still DiRT, an episode that takes the best of the first three numbered installments and does not forget to provide the excellent set design of the Rally side. This anarchic philosophy is enjoyed at the controls, but it suffers from a series of technical problems and graphic finishes that are below expectations. Obsidian doesn't produce the prettiest games, or the ones with the most impressive production values, but if there is one thing this studio does very well it's writing and they give another lesson of that with Alpha Protocol, inventing a solid, interesting and intriguing story in a world of spies and conspiracies. But beyond the quality, the most impressive thing is how the studio has managed to integrate decisions with story in a convincing way, creating a game where different choices, playstyles and attitudes have a direct impact on the narrative.- Meristation

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist is a safe bet for both Ender Lilies fans and any player who loves the metroidvania genre. A continuous experience with respect to its predecessor, with a more narrative and somewhat more accessible approach, but equally polished in each and every one of its sections. As in the first part, the studio hits the mark by offering a very satisfying experience at the controls. Just like inject some life into a paint, each location of this Dark Eye: Chain of Satinav is truly a work of art. It's a shame that the level of difficulty is so low in the majority of puzzles, but newcomers to the genre will be pleased. And hardcore adventurers will have their day with some clever puzzles too. A great graphic adventure that could've been a masterpiece of the genre.- Meristation
