Grand Theft Auto V is not just the best sandbox game there is. It's not just one of the best 3rd-person shooters ever. It's not just a great action game, a great driving game, and a great piloting or sports game. It's not just the biggest audiovisual spectacle in the last few years. Grand Theft Auto V is the best game in the current console generation, period.

Rockstar has done it again. Red Dead Redemption 2 has surpassed all the reference titles of its genre, becoming a masterpiece of video games. A title that marks a before and after in how the effort and dedication of a studio are able to take a generation of consoles to a new exponent, demonstrating that excellence is only reserved for a select few. If you like to get lost in an unforgettable world, this title is a must on your bookshelf.

Grand Theft Auto V jumps into the next gen to also become the best current game. It is inevitable to see technical aspects belonging to the old gen, but it doesn't burden the work Rockstar made in this remaster, which is outstanding. Naughty Dog puts an end to the current generation with a game that explores the human interaction of two characters, Joel and Ellie, that are destined to get along in a shattered world that has been wonderfully represented thanks to its impressive technical aspects.
