Truth be told, there is perhaps a little bit of irony behind TMNT: Smash-Up. Odds are, the less of a TMNT fan one is, the less one knows about the franchise, the more one might enjoy it.

Confrontation, with version 1.3, is a good SOCOM game. It feels a little light due to being online only and veterans of the series will certainly feel that. The teamwork and immersion of the actual gameplay remains intact and, at the end of the day, is what really matters.

It would be pretty hard to call yourself an avid Resident Evil fan and not be able to enjoy Umbrella Chronicles on some level. Sure, the shooting action is a little bit flawed, but it's still fun and works well for the most part.

If you don't mind a little bit of discomfort awkwardly gripping your DS, Modern Hits is a continuation of a great series.

While the general controls are fun and easy, the uber moves are too difficult to pull off. This will be the biggest turn-off for most gamers. The game is just too difficult in this regard.

Street racing enthusiast and casual driving fan alike should take this game for a test drive. Just turn off that horrible music before you pull into traffic.

If you can get past the feeling that you have already played these songs before, even though these are better recordings, Smash Hits is like a jukebox full of the best songs from Guitar Hero's past.

Rather than just rushing a port to the market, Game Arts really did good by their fan base by modernizing the game one more time.

The squad based gameplay is otherwise what you would expect from one of the better WWII franchises. The feeling of watching your team pull off a precisely ordered flank and flush maneuver is still as rewarding as ever, and something that most WWII games can't match.

A solid Japanese RPG that fans of the genre will enjoy, but not quite superb enough to interest new players in the genre.

I love the new dribbling system and many of the other improvements that FIFA 10 brought to the table this year, but in the end it's unforgivable for a developer to harm an online mode so blatantly and for a glitch to literally bring down the house on what is arguably the game's most important mode.

For those uninterested in PC gaming that are looking for a simple yet entertaining gaming experience, Sam and Max Season One should meet their needs nicely.

BlackSite is a decent game unfortunately held back by poor AI and a lack of variety amongst the poorly designed enemies.

I think it would be a mistake for any gamer to not even give the game a trial because, for once, developers actually tried something new, and succeeded in the process.

It is easy to tell that the developers had fun making The Simpsons. The humor and satire is on a level video games rarely achieve. This game can be safely recommended to gamers longing for such a quality.

All things considered, Wario Land: Shake It! is still an old-school treat. If you're looking for a light, fun 2D side-scroller, here you go.

Born on the Playstation 2, and it looks it. Muddy Textures, low detail. The large gameworld is technically impressive though.

While there are some great games on this disc, total duds like Kozmik Krooz'r, Arch Rivals, and Pit Fighter, make MAT2 an uneven compilation in the end. For a better group of games, check out the first "MAT."

Graphics are not top notch, not even close to it. Make no mistake, this game is a port of a PS2 game brought to Xbox 360 and it looks even less impressive than the Xbox version.

It is inexcusable that the multiplayer mode is so underdeveloped. It is as if Rockstar came up with a nice innovation for a multiplayer mode and forgot (or simply didn’t care) to complete the programming of it.

The game has a great tuning set up for your car, and the sound effects aren't bad, but the core of the game lies in the gameplay which is repetitive, and too slow.

Only negative I have with this is the fact that most of the game can be beaten by repeatedly tapping the "X" button; varying control scheme would have been nice.

Sure, the AI’s nowhere near present standards. Granted, its graphics engine is severely outdated. And, yeah, it’s not breaking any records in the sound department either. But therein lies its charm. If you’re like me and have been a longtime fan of the series, you’ll find this one as comfortable to slip into as a well-worn, unwashed pair of jeans.
