Tomb Raider is a brilliant game on the XBox 360 and the developers have successfully rebooted the franchise for the 21st century with next-generation graphics and gameplay.- Impulsegamer

The audio department works okay but at the end of the day, Special Forces Team X feels like a budget game gone bad. Maybe some more testing would have created a more playable game.- Impulsegamer

Blastpoints does make a decent attempt in the space-genre, let down slightly by unresponsive, clunky controls and an overly-expensive, IAP-encouraging shop. Not having a backstory limits the longevity especially with games like Galaxy On Fire 2 out there.- Impulsegamer

In conclusion, Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage 2 is a game that would have been better if it was released several years ago. It suffers from dated graphics and gameplay that is not only repetitive but hampered by the fiddle some camera.- Impulsegamer

Hard core fans like me… will of course soldier along with the game and hope for the best and hope that tweaks to the game will make it better. It has some playing value, though you really have to push yourself to those points of the game. I like the game…it’s just a hard sell really, a love hate kind of thing of a big fan of the franchise….Nagging in the back of my brain is the thought that in this game, no one can hear you scream, and there will be no rescue ship sent.- Impulsegamer

In the end New Super Mario Bros U is an extremely fun game on the Wii U which proves classics can still make it in a world of games such as Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty. The visuals look amazing, the gameplay, although quite retro is pure Mario which makes this a must have title for the console.- Impulsegamer

MC4 is a fun, action-packed FPS with some interesting gameplay elements. Some elements don’t really work as well, but they do make MC4 that little bit more interesting than your average run-of-the-mill FPS.- Impulsegamer

Compared to others of the adventure genre, Cognition Episode 2 is pretty average. It serves as a solid continuation of the Cognition story, but if anything it offers just a little less than the first installment.- Impulsegamer

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is a special game and a rare beast in the current console generation. A traditional Japanese RPG with a deep and rewarding gameplay experience with a level of polish reserved for the biggest of franchises. Even if level grinding and monster catching is outside your comfort level, this game is worth checking out. Once you spend a few hours with Oliver, Mr. Drippy and his friends you will not be able to put Ni No Kuni down.- Impulsegamer

Unfortunately this new pack goes through the motions again, without adding too much validity to the franchise. On a brighter note, The Sims 3 70s, 80s & 90s Stuff Pack is quite affordably priced and if you grew up in the 70s, 80s or 90s, it's still worth checking out but don't expect to be blown away.- Impulsegamer

It's a simple casual game with no real plots to be had other than the fantasy of being discovered. Star power of the Awesome Chris Evans makes it very personable and fun experience.- Impulsegamer

Overall DMC is a great reboot, probably the best reboot that I can think of in game industry. I would compare it to the Batman Begins of the video game world.- Impulsegamer

However, while Fuel Overdose has its flaws it is still a good deal for its money. If you can get over one map having clipping issues, ignore the sound, and not care about story (it's a racing game after all) then you should find a nice cheap game that provides a lot of fun entertainment. And isn't that what video games are all about?- Impulsegamer

If this is your first foray into the world of Zumba you may want to start with the less punishing Zumba Fitness Rush, as some of the routines here are brutal. For what it is - Basically an interactive exercise video - Zumba Fitness Core is a great addition to the exercise genre, featuring some sublime examples of motion tracking and a strenuous but rewarding workout.- Impulsegamer

Ratchet & Clank QForce scores points for trying something different with the series, but the so-so implementation of ideas and elements leaves it falling slightly flat. The game looks and sounds great, but without the solid gameplay reinforced by some of its predecessors, this rather short game may be the last time we see Ratchet & Clank for a while, but it might be for the best.- Impulsegamer

For newcomers to the series, Darksiders II provides a satisfying gaming experience on the Nintendo Wii U. With fun gameplay and lots of challenges to be found along the way, the only thing holding back the title is the frame rate and loading times that can sometimes be an issue. However most of these can be forgiven, especially when you are finding new weapons and powers as you search the land for a way to vindicate your brother.- Impulsegamer

Nintendo Land highlights the potential of the Wii U console, especially when it comes to the capabilities of the GamePad that is definitely a very impressive gaming controller. By combining elements of the 3DS and a Tablet with streamlined Nintendo controls, this game not only plays well but gives the player and players some great single and multiplayer excitement. Add in high scores, trophies and lots of unlockables and this may be the future of gaming! Brilliant!- Impulsegamer

For a launch game, Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper works well on the Wii U, giving players something different opposed to your more mainstream releases. Gameplay is quite fluidic but the only set back is the graphically limitations of the port. Nonetheless, it's a fine example of what the Wii U can do with some classic Koei gameplay.- Impulsegamer

Ubisoft have definitely hit a home run with their Wii U exclusive, ZombiU that provides more scares than Resident Evil and some great use of the GamePad for this console. Add in decent gameplay and make sure your doors are locked because the realism of these zombies is quite unparalleled. It's a well designed game from start to finish.- Impulsegamer

The Zone of the Enders HD Collection is once again a perfect way for fans of the original games to get a nostalgia fix, but this collection would have to be the weakest release thus far. A choppy frame rate, inconsistency between games and a lacklustre presentation prevent it from being as satisfying for fans as it should have been.- Impulsegamer

If you are after a thinking man's game than Virtue's Last Reward is easily one of the most thought provoking puzzlers of the year. With a strange story that is reminiscent of an adult themed anime movie, this game will make you curse and at times cry with frustration and joy when you've solved some of the challenging puzzles.- Impulsegamer
