The game has some stumbling moments, but it is worth sticking it out. With the franchise changing over time it has lost a lot of what originally defined Resident Evil to us all.- Impulsegamer

As with previous iterations in the series, 'Just Dance 4' is a fun romp in which anyone can participate and is as accessible as ever to the casual gamer.- Impulsegamer

In the end, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask is a fun game that both adults and children alike will enjoy, provided you like to be challenged. For younger gamers, the title does contain a hint system but fortunately this can be ignored, although I must admit we may have used it once or twice. If you're a fan of puzzles than look no further because this game will keep your mind well trained and best of all, have a blast!- Impulsegamer

If your kids loved the original Skylanders game, than they will love this new incarnation of the series as Giants adds new characters, abilities and worlds to this franchise. With almost flawless gameplay, a great control system and some really decent looking action figures, there's very little to complain about this game.- Impulsegamer

A 2GB large (but only about 5 hour long) adventure game heavy on graphics and dialogue but light on challenges and not particularly compelling. I gotta rule this one for big fans of the genre only.- Impulsegamer

Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise is a step back from the first game, with repetitive gameplay, a lack of humour and some dodgy presentation and performance issues.- Impulsegamer

There's no better opportunity for FIFA fans that are looking for a deeper managing experience to get involved in the Football Manager franchise. The new gameplay additions and a slicker presentation make Football Manager 2013 a much more mainstream and simpler experience, but this will work in the game's favour.- Impulsegamer

My only gripe is still with the controls, and the lack of precision. Without the auto-aiming, it could have been a totally different experience, as swiping to get your crosshairs over a moving enemy was sometimes an exercise in frustration. Despite this, NOVA 3 would still appeal to all FPS gamers who have been wishing for a decent mobile experience.- Impulsegamer

It's not a dreadful game, but it's not a truly spectacular game either. It is a good game that caters well to celebrating Bond. Linking six of the Bond films into a game like 007 Legends is brilliant.- Impulsegamer

Sprinkle in the fact that it's a polished older game that is packed full of fun and there will be little reason why gamers won't be fighting their way through a hellishly altered version of Mars for quite some time to come.- Impulsegamer

The game boils down to a power house of a tactical experience, though at times it feels a bit simplified XCOM: Enemy Unknown pays good homage to a classic while bringing it into the realm of a modern game. Planning and management of research and resources mix well with the action and ties it all together that makes you hope for some add on campaigns because it is that addictive.- Impulsegamer

Even though it is a beautifully told story, gorgeously rendered, some may say harshly it is just a glorified mini-game.- Impulsegamer

What is truly intuitive about Rocksmith is the fact that it works, let alone the fact that it works so well. Once the guitar is plugged in the learning begins, and there is a lot on offer in Rocksmith. Being able to use your Playstation to teach yourself an actual skill is a rare thing, and Rocksmith should be praised for the great leap it has taken in rhythm gaming.- Impulsegamer

There is a lot to do in Borderlands 2, and even finishing the main story opens up additional quests, and the possibility to go back and pursue any side-quests that may have been missed the first time around. If there is one thing the game delivers in spades apart from its quantity, it's fun.- Impulsegamer

It can be an extremely difficult experience when hampered by the control issues, and some occasions of frustrating level design, plus a distinct lack of gameplay variety, can drive you to pull your hair out. That being said, it's also extremely fun, addictive and stylish as all heck, and I for one am willing to take a little bit of bad in order to experience the cornucopia of excellence that comes with the game.- Impulsegamer

So while Panic in Paradise is largely a better game than its progenitor in terms of structure, delightful hats and sensible pricing, this elaborate sandbox for sadists is not a great deal more enticing than it was last time. It's as trashy as ever, without nearly enough charm or sharp humour to balance its unpleasant, vengeance-driven narrative.- Impulsegamer

Dishonored is the thinking man's first person shooter but throw those guns away as there are so many more interesting ways to take on your enemies. With a great protagonist, interesting characters and well-written story, it's games like Dishonored that really make you sit up and take notice. It's original and gives almost total control to the player on how the story and game will play out. With elements of RPG meets first person shooter, Dishonored is the game to all fans of both these genres and beyond.- Impulsegamer

The virtual lands of World of Warcraft is getting a little long in the teeth but Mists of Pandaria with its lush forests, Asian inspired settings and new race will create this unique and entertaining gaming experience. And besides... pets vs pets... it doesn't get any better than this and best of all, it even promotes new players to the lands of World of Warcraft.- Impulsegamer

The Testament of Sherlock Holmes is an intriguing and well-written interactive adventure, it's just a shame that less attention was paid towards the presentation. It may be just the PS3 version, but the frame rate may be an unfortunate distraction for people used to the high standard set by the current generation of hardware. For fans of the series and characters however, there's plenty of solid narrative and development that may cause you to look at your beloved Holmes in a much darker light.- Impulsegamer

If you're one of those people who think that holding out for a few years until FIFA gets better and better is a good idea, stop right now. Get out of your homes and buy FIFA 13. It's an amazing experience that must be played at least once by every soccer fan. Everything you love from recent versions is bigger and better, from the look and the feel to the sound and the content; it's easily one of the most satisfying gaming experiences I've ever had, and I'm sure it'll be for you to.- Impulsegamer

If you want a fun little air combat game with a good variety of content and easy control, but don't mind a lack of difficulty, this game's right for you. Otherwise, maybe stick to some of the more established air combat franchises.- Impulsegamer

All in all, PlicPlic is a jolly fun game. Addictive to a degree, simple, cheerful, chirpy, it really did appeal to my sensibilities. Longevity though, as with a lot of endless runners is questionable. Still, for less that a buck, worth a try.- Impulsegamer

Dead or Alive 5 provides some well balanced fighting mechanics that ensures endless hours of fun on your PlayStation 3 as you pummel the absolutely living daylights out of AI controlled opponents and online opponents. Thankfully it doesn't take itself too seriously which goes in its favour of one of the most entertaining fighting franchises available.- Impulsegamer

As a Formula 1 simulator, there really is nothing better on the market, and the dichotomy between the desires of the hardcore and the casual gaming market has been balanced exquisitely. Credit must be given to Codemasters for refusing to rest on their laurels like some annual releases and making an effort to give us a new game rather than adding a few minor tweaks and releasing what amounts to a glorified expansion pack.- Impulsegamer
