The original Dead Rising shows its age these days but it’s still a fantastic experience for those who can adapt to it. Deluxe Remaster addresses this, adding a whole host of small additions, quality of life improvements and a beautiful graphical overhaul that keeps the core of the game intact. As much as I did miss the original voice cast, Deluxe Remaster cements itself as the way to play Dead Rising.

Just Cause 2 is a thoroughly entertaining title that surpasses its predecessor and creates a very fun and open-ended game that virtually lets you do anything with the objects, vehicles and environments.

The Banner Saga 3 is a fitting and triumphant conclusion to the franchise. It’s not without its small problems, but the overall experience is polished and deeply rewarding. It may be completely inaccessible to newer players, but people who have stuck with it will not be disappointed.

Resistance 3 is one of those well rounded games that players will be clamouring at their mates to buy. In fact, I guess this review is clamouring for you to buy it too. I loved it and frankly could not find fault with it. From the single player to multiplayer experience, this title is so immersive that gamers could find themselves getting lost within this game world for months to come.

Octopath Traveler is a gorgeous modern JRPG with a great combat system. Unfortunately, a messy and lackluster narrative progression slightly sours the experience.

Triangle Strategy is unique in its sprawling story, and its success is only solidified by an excellent combat system that makes battles as intense as they are intimidating. With deep lore and an overall mature approach to a genre too often dumbed down, Triangle Strategy is an RPG fans dream.

The levels are really a brilliant step in creativity as you make your way through using beams, jumping on machines, depressing switches and extinguishing flames, all for the almighty pie, with extra doses of memorable side stories and amazing designs of art splattered around, its a great accomplishment to see a title like this make its way onto a major format, and hopefully will give a nice budget to the Odd Gentlemen development team to continue to release these sparkling little gems.

Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse is a compelling supernatural mystery that, although not as creepy as its predecessor, still features a gripping narrative with plenty of twists and satisfying puzzles.

In the end, Castlevania Lords of Shadow may not be your original Castlevania game which your "granddad" played but if you're a fan of games such as God of War or Bayonetta, than this game will be as equally as enjoyable.

In conclusion, inFamous 2 is a worthy successor to the original game and although its fundamental nature is a rebadged gaming engine, there are several memorable moments in the game and for me, the story was much more down to Earth and relatable as opposed to the fast pacing of the original.

In conclusion, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is a game that you'll come back to time and time again due to the strong gaming mechanics and great graphics. This 3D fighter with all its detail manages to keep the game almost locked in at 60 frames per second which creates this true arcade experience in the comfort of your own home. With gameplay to die for, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is a game that all fans of 3D fighters will love.

If you played the original Crisis Core and are looking for an excuse to revisit the game, the remaster is definitely the ideal way to play it as everything has been updated to current generation standards. This remaster also doesn’t change much from the original story, so you don’t have to worry about the canon of the series either.

MLB The Show 25 on the PlayStation 5 is a testament to the series’ commitment to excellence. It delivers a refined and immersive baseball experience on this console, with stunning visuals, engaging gameplay plus a wealth of baseball content. While it builds upon the foundation of previous entries, the improvements and refinements make it a worthwhile addition to any baseball fan’s collection. Best of all, the latest version of MLB, particularly on the PS5, solidifies its position as the premier baseball simulation on the market and is a home run!

Gris is a masterclass in aesthetic design in games. The vibrant watercolour visuals, the astounding animation quality, the impressive attention to detail and the gorgeous landscapes all combine to produce a truly breathtaking experience. The gameplay isn’t revolutionary, but it is satisfying and offers more than simply a means of delivering the fantastic visuals and terrific soundtrack. Do yourself a favour and play Gris on the biggest screen you can find and let the magic wash through your soil.

I do recommend this game to those that simply love the traditional role-playing story. I also suggest it as a good starter game for those who have just been introduced to the genre and aren’t quite ready for the over elaborate UI systems that most RPGs tend to have.

For a game of this age, it still delivers on all levels, especially with the simplistic yet challenging gameplay and the gorgeous presentation and clever puzzles. Even though you are given very few details as far as plot is concerned you can’t help but invest yourself in the plight of the young boy. For a challenging adventure, and some giant ass spiders, you can’t look past Limbo on the Nintendo Switch, especially if you haven’t played it on another platform.
