Echoes of Wisdom is a marvel both visually and gameplay-wise. It's riddled with clever puzzles and gives you total freedom to choose to save Hyrule in your own way. An outstanding experience marred only by a few usability issues.

EA FC 25 offers a much more polished gameplay and adds enough details to make the experience at the controls much better. In addition, the new career mode is now more interesting and deeper for those of us who enjoy creating our own legacy.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed brings back the beloved Wii classic, and does it spectacularly. In addition to having the basics, such as improved graphics, the remake adds new features to the original adventure, such as improved control and new moves for the main character. It is sure to become a real gem for fans of the animation studio.

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown offers us to compete at our own pace in a Hong Kong with somewhat outdated graphics in which there is no lack of factions, dealers and guided tuning. An open world proposal that seems to lack a few months of cooking and that is far from being able to stand up to the greats of the genre.

Funko Fusion repeats mechanics over and over again in a game offer that leaves many gaps to fill. A proposal that presents worlds more pampered than others and that leaves us with the feeling that between so much shooting and hitting there was room for more.

Caravan SandWitch presents a beautiful world that is not fully exploited. Everything remains pure appearance, with the story and its characters crying out for more depth and a slower pace. While the gameplay feels great, it doesn't end up shining due to the poor environment.

Hollobody is a tribute to the survival horror era with ideas from PS1 and PS2, but with a slight twist and its own setting and aesthetics that results in a tremendously interesting experience, even if it is not always consistent in its approach.

On the court, NBA 2K25 is probably the best instalment in recent years. Off the court, it follows a path that might work, but it’s crying out for someone to compete against 2K. Even so, if we disregard the online component, the game provides many hours of fun on the NBA courts.

Astro is back stronger than ever. Team Asobi has created a game that not only celebrates the history of PlayStation, but also the very existence of the fans. Astro Bot is a platformer that, despite always following the same thread, manages to constantly surprise the player and awaken a multitude of different emotions.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II manages to become one of the great surprises of 2024 with a title that will delight veterans of the saga and newcomers who love action. Its way of including strategy in frenetic combats joins its brilliant technical finish and a bombproof performance to sow the ground on which Saber Interactive presents a proposal that you can enjoy alone, with friends and with unknown players. The game's mime to the original game and the inclusion of the Operations and Eternal War modes end up making a rounded experience that does well everything that today seems to be avoided in the industry.

PlayStation's new hero shooter is not off to a good start due to the lack of content and poorly defined characters. However, Concord has plenty of potential to become a good game, but it needs to take advantage of it and the market is not going to make it easy.

Black Myth: Wukong is one of 2024's must-haves. Heart-stopping visuals and frenetic combat as its foundation, strained by uneven performance and level design that sometimes misses the mark. Still, it manages to deliver an epic and immersive adventure.

Star Wars Outlaws throws itself at you with a bland stealth system and a significant lack of animations, but if you can see past all that, you'll find a rich universe filled with things to do. It captures the essence of Star Wars, I just wish it had translated a little better to the format.

Age of Mythology Retold is a reimagining of the original that adds more than just aesthetics and brings it closer to more modern RTS games without losing sight of its idiosyncrasies. With a major graphical overhaul and many quality-of-life improvements in resource management and optimization, it remains a fun experience for everyone, veterans and newbies alike.

Monster Jam: Showdown is fun, but little more. It's pretty, some events shine with their own light and the online mode is undoubtedly its best asset for lovers of this show. However, it's not as fun and spectacular as I expected. Yes, it's worth a few hours and the split screen is a great tip to spend a fun time with colleagues but, at the same time, the simplicity of its proposal and the lack of identity of the vehicles in the technical, being all the same monster truck with different costume, ends up leaving us a little disenchanted with its proposal.

Red Thread Games and Quantic Dream present Dustborn, an action-adventure game focused on the power of words. It has all the ballots to get a great community, especially for its beautiful art style, its varied gameplay and its charismatic characters. The mix is so good that it is positioned as one of the great surprises of 2024.

Nobody Wants to Die is an adult and mature game that is not afraid to present itself for what it is. An experience in which the player must do his part to get all the juice out of the proposal. His speech and his debate in a maddening moment of our society takes root with more force thanks to that treatment of immortality that becomes much stronger when life has already put you a few trips and you have learned to understand the truth that hides that Who wants to live forever by Brian May to which the good Freddy Mercury gave voice and talent on stage. Once you get past the incredible voices of its protagonists, the stupendous melodies of its soundtrack and the impeccable work of the art direction, what remains of Nobosy Wants to Die is authentic philosophy, a fine psychological work that proves, once again, that video games can be more, much more, than a mere pressing of buttons in front of the screen.

A44 plays with the history of humanity and mythology to shape its particular world. An open scenario in which we will have to accompany Nor in his fight against the gods and their legions of monsters. Weapons, gunpowder, trenches and magic go hand in hand in a proposal that, without being a powerful triple A, has plenty of reasons to keep you entertained at the controls.

The Sky Breaker is the first pack designed to expand the story of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. It begins by creating a more intimate portrait of the na'vi and then follows the rhythm of the familiar story, which makes this adventure not feel new at all. On the plus side, it offers players a good handful of extra hours of fun.

Addictive, fun and challenging, Darkest Dungeon 2 is a remarkable, almost outstanding game that knows how to contribute to the original formula while maintaining everything good that its predecessor already had. It is a thrilling journey through the intricacies of the mind and madness in a fusion of grimdark with the Cthulhu mythos.

The Boys in Blue expansion is a small step forward for Payday 3, but Starbreeze Studios still has a lot to do. It features one of the most challenging heists in the game and cosmetics with a very high level of detail. Also worth noting is its price, which is lower than Syntax Error.

SPYƗANYA: Operation Memories is a pleasant game that is soon punished by its lack of freedom and repetitive pace. Although the mini-games and the outfits available for the characters stand out, there is a lot of padding in it, so it is advisable to play it in small doses to better savor this adventure starring Anya.
