Not a revolution, but a great evolution of the original Worms formula that brings to the table a few new features that manages to renew this series' formula... Albeit it's single player portion is still not enough.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge confirms, as far as Beat 'em Ups are concerned, the good form of DotEmu. A classic exercise that knows how to bring the right novelties without betraying the most conservative canons of the genre, which is excellent in terms of gameplay, and which is crowned as one of the best videogames ever made about the Ninja Turtles. Moreover, it is just as much fun to play alone as it is with others. A sure value for fans of the genre and fans of the franchise alike.

Gods Will Fall knows how to mix roguelike concepts in his own way with challenging and fun combat. Small flaws in control will cloud the bottom line, but it will delight everyone who is drawn to his particular proposition. Very honest with its price, too.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a very successful translation of the spirit of the series to three-dimensional environments. A relaxed experience that shifts away from tension to focus on rhythm, and that climbs nicely to reach the epic level to which we are accustomed in the franchise's titles. Beautiful worlds, a soundtrack that makes it almost impossible to stand still, and many ideas to make surprise a constant. A remarkable videogame that will undoubtedly serve as a basis for the future of the franchise.

EA's well-known shooter franchise is back, and it's back in a big way. Battlefield 6 is pure addiction, everything players have been waiting for over the years. Although the Campaign mode is somewhat disappointing, it more than makes up for it with a highly engaging multiplayer packed with modes and customization options for our equipment.

Returnal mixes the peculiarities of roguelike with continuous progress that rewards the efforts and dedication of the player, with an enigmatic story that will keep us prisoners of that house that we will visit (or not) in each new attempt. Perhaps it fails in trying to offer an experience like infinite roguelike.

FIFA 23 represents the evolution of a path that began with FIFA 22, that of the implementation of the new Hypermotion 2 technology, an addition that serves the title to modify the rhythm of the matches, moderately improving what has been exposed so far. It is not a revolution, but it ends up bringing more novelties than its predecessor.
