It's a deep, detailed game that rewards perseverance and provides a robust challenge for many hours after you feel that you've mastered the basics. It really only lacks the everlasting appeal of a multiplayer or skirmish mode, and it suffers from a few minor issues that could be addressed in a patch at any time.

Not the best looking strategy game, but it's one of the best adaptations of the turn based genre to consoles.

Some debatable design choices, like the lack of any difficulty setting and multiplayer mode, together with its dumb enemies, make it a very frustrating experience that even the most expert strategists will struggle with.

Battle Worlds: Kronos is a series of half-measures that never add up to a whole.

I was really looking forward to the release of Battle Worlds: Kronos. The look and ideas of this game are excellent. But sadly turn-basedI was really looking forward to the release of Battle Worlds: Kronos. The look and ideas of this game are excellent. But sadly turn-based strategy games and console controls aren´t best buddies. Furthermore the enemy AI is just broke. Battle Worlds: Kronos isn´t a bad game but it simply disappoints frequently.

I have had more fun with empty matchstick boxes than this pathetic plank walk! And to think I was going back and forth to Cex when the disk went missing, only to find it, take it home, and stare annoyed at the screen. I have seen and played 8 bit games of the same genre that are better than this. The sounds are like a Fisher Price toy, the graphics would be suited for a Sega Master System/NES and the game play is so vomit inducing and frustrating....oh dont even ask me!!! And to add insult to injury, its got one lousy cut scene at the start that is high def alright, but does not save the game from sinking like a (space) ship. Expand
