Without doing anything new, Tevi is convincing in its proposal: a metroidvania with role-playing touches, bullet hell and even "souslike" (yes, its difficult and you can make it even harder). Once you bite the fishhook and start to play, it will become harder to go away.

There's some areas where you can clearly see that this is the work of a single person, but when you put everything on the scales, the ups weigh way more than the downs. If you miss the style and form of the old, classic JRPGs, this is a must have.

Astral Ascent is one of the best roguelites we've had recently. Its gameplay, design and art form a brilliant constellation that forges an identity of its own. We miss some more value in terms of innovation, but even with that "problem", Hibernian Workshop establishes itself as an indie reference with this game.

A game as legendary as Flashback deserves a better sequel than this one. Yes, it has some good ideas and shows passion for science-fiction, but it delivers a poor technical optimization and a lackluster game design.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn is a solid expansion that reminds us why this game was one of the best of 2021. However, the lack of playable novelties and a marked continuity may disappoint those looking for something new. Its story is remarkable, but we're still missing the refreshing factor that the base game presented.

EA Sports WRC is a rally simulator with tons of content and modes, but it leaves an irregular sensation. Many modes and options feel half-baked, as if they don't give everything they could, while the technical side doesn't take advantage of the current systems, as well as presenting flaws.

Don't try to compare this game with any other. Air Twister is an unique piece, the product of the whim of a genious mind. If you manage to connect with it, your imagination will fly free. If you don't... Well, at least you'll have seen an elephant fly.

Not only is it tremendously fun and original, but it is also long, it also is very impressive in audiovisual side, and the developers keep adding new content. And, on top of that, it exudes a sympathy that is hard to see nowadays.

Having this games on modern platforms is fantastic and yes, they still are masterpieces that we would recommend without a doubt. But a series as legendary as Metal Gear deserves something more than just a collection without any substantial improvements.

Ghostrunner 2 demands the reflexes of a speedrunner, the skill of a no-hitter and the patience of a Buddhist Monk. The difficulty might be too much for some people, but if you like this kind of challenge, here you will find an adrenaline injection enjoyable to the end.

City Skylines 2 is a great management and city creation game, with a bright future ahead thanks to updates, mods and user-created content. It already has a wide range of interesting options, although the whole is weighed down by a poor optimization that still needs a little time to fully deploy its potential.

Gargoyles Remastered is a decent enough remaster of a Sega Genesis classic (unreleased in Europe) that goes beyond the typical Disney Classic by updating graphics and sound... but nothing else: the gameplay is as rough as it was in 1995, and without extras or art galleries, the whole package feels very lackluster.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is not only a breath of fresh air for 2D platforms, it is a master class in how to update a game concept that has triumphed for more than three decades, and do so successfully, without losing the essence. A surprising platformer where the unexpected is the true star.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged is not a must-buy sequel for those who enjoyed the first game, but it has certainly managed to add enough incentives to round off an arcade formula that is as fun as it is inspiring. This is a more complete game, better planned in its progression and with a lot of content.
