A great love letter to the roots of 32 bit survival horror. Well crafted puzzles and lots of nostalgia, mixed with drops of humor and terror offer a short but very gratifying experience. Specially recommended if you are a genre veteran.- Hobby Consolas

Animal Well is one of the most interesting indie games released so far in 2024. It starts from a known formula, as a metroidvania, but twists it into something different and takes us to a less explored terrain, full of mysteries and secrets. A special game, that you should play as soon as you can, specially if you love the genre.- Hobby Consolas

MotoGP 24 left me feeling the same as MotoGP 23. This new installment still generates the same genuine enjoyment at the controls thanks to its polished gameplay, but its new features feel superficial and even a bit lazy. There's hardly any innovation beyond small additions. Why change bikes if everything feels the same?- Hobby Consolas

It is not a game for everyone, but it is one that we will never tire of recommending. If El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron HD Remaster manages to make you click, you will never be able to forget this "biblical hack and slash".- Hobby Consolas

Endless Ocean Luminous is not a game for everyone. The absence of action or challenge for the player, together with a calm pace of play, may not please all palates. But if you connect with its proposal, as it has happened to me, you will discover a unique game of its kind, with more than what it shows at first. And catch the beast.- Hobby Consolas

Not all treasures are made of gold and silver. Sea of Thieves lands on PlayStation 5, once again proving that this cooperative pirate adventure is the experience that many seek, but few find. It is not a perfect game, but its world and possibilities offer a journey that is as original as it is fun.- Hobby Consolas

Another Crab's Treasure is a simple action game, but it plays its cards intelligently, letting it get wild with some crazy and original ideas. It's not going to blow your mind with its approach and its technical flaws don't help either, but it's the nicest souslike you'll ever play.- Hobby Consolas

He doesn't invent the wheel, but his recreation of the desert world and, above all, his vehicle battles give him a lot of personality. Ideal for those who want a light and very Toriyamesque adventure.- Hobby Consolas

A nice and little metroidvania that might not stand out as one of the best in the genre, but we will treasure it for it's powerful messages and deep themes.- Hobby Consolas

Lunar Lander Beyond succeed updating the 1979 classic, adding more ships with unique controls and new abilities, objectives and situations, as well as a background story and neat animation sequences. It has aspects that I loved, as the stress, although others can despair, such as the difficulty peaks. 45 years later it is still something different.- Hobby Consolas

The crowded genre of sports games opens its gates to a tennis sim that may not be revolutionary, but offers a technical side of its gameplay that may convince many players.- Hobby Consolas

A remarkable port of the hit survival game we've already enjoyed on Xbox and PC. It prioritizes performance over resolution (and it really shows), allowing the huge garden to be brought to the Switch's circuits. Disappointing performance on desktop, but if you're looking to play it on portable, it's a good option.- Hobby Consolas

Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes is a great trip back to the golden era of JRPG and a tribute to all the good things that Suikoden gave us. With nostalgia as its banner, this game manages to overcome its lack of innovation to deliver a great adventure that will take you back to simpler times.- Hobby Consolas

Like Portal and other puzzle games, The Talos Principle 2 is a small wonder that, in this case, does not stop at its intelligent challenges or its technical section. It spices its story with decisions and philosophical reflections that invite to think, even once the story is over. A small wonder, already available in physical format.- Hobby Consolas

Harold Halibut shapes an attractive story led by a protagonist who manages to surprise the player. The magnificent artisanal artistic section accompanies this good script, but at times its approach becomes somewhat heavy on the playability. Here you have a good narrative adventure that could have aspired to be much more.- Hobby Consolas

Nixxes once again signs an impeccable job. An exceptional port of a great adventure, with all the content included, which also has great optimization to work very well in different configurations. Without a doubt, PlayStation should make them the only studio in charge of porting their games to PC.- Hobby Consolas

Rise of the Ronin will delight fans of feudal Japan and samurai. Team Ninja presents an action game with sublime combat and an attractive narrative that is only marred by its technical aspects. Its open world is nothing to write home about, but it emphasizes the ambition to go one step further. The path of the samurai is marked.- Hobby Consolas

Princess Peach Showtime! is the typical case of a game that does not attract attention, but if you give it a chance, it has the weapons to conquer you. It is a simple game, for all audiences, that manages to catch you with a varied development and an overflowing sympathy. It plays in a different league to Super Mario Bros. Wonder, but it is fun.- Hobby Consolas

Designed for those who want to enjoy a classic adventure with modern comforts, this game will have a lot of fun for Derceto veterans. Don't expect scares that will take your heart out of your chest, but rather a mystery experience, with gray matter, some smell of gunpowder and pills of Lovecraftian lore.- Hobby Consolas

Star Wars Battlefront: Classic Collection brings back two milestones from Star Wars video game history, and it's great to have them available on all consoles. Whether you get a lot of value and fun from them beyond nostalgia and fan service is a different question: the lack of crossplay and weak online play limit their long-term potential.- Hobby Consolas

It's hard to stand out among open world adventures. Outcast 2 achieves this at times thanks to its ease and sense of freedom, but neither the missions themselves nor their visual performance manage to rise to the occasion.- Hobby Consolas

Contra: Operation Galuga successfully recreates the original game released in 1987 and takes the spectacle to a new level, but a series of issues (slow and imprecise controls, mainly) make the experience very frustrating.- Hobby Consolas

Vanillaware once again delivers a very special product that does not show fatigue within a genre that has experienced a "boom" in recent years. Unicorn Overlord is gigantic and manages to stand out based on quality and ambition, although it could have been a bit finer in some points in order to become a more original proposal.- Hobby Consolas

With almost 0 changes in gameplay and structure, Brothers' remake manages to offer a greater spectacle thanks to Unreal Engine 5, although it's not without technical problems at launch, as a remarkable stuttering and clipping, at least on PS5. If you played it back in the day you will find little new, and the extras and new features are a bit lazy.- Hobby Consolas

Side Order is an expansion than Splatoon 3 fans shouldn't overlook: the roguelite format drastically improves how to enjoy Splatoon's single player content. Well balanced, progression is satisfactory without being frustrating, although you'll have to adapt to the change. Lots of replay value, even if it feels a bit short.- Hobby Consolas
