We love Yakuza´s story, its locations that seem "alive" and its many minigames (including classic Sega arcades such as Puyo Puyo, Virtua Fighter 5 or Super Hang On). The song of Life is the perfect ending for this saga.

Christian Whitehead deserves an ovation for bringing back a fast hedgehog who had been injured for a long while. Sonic Mania is a worthy heir to the five amazing 2D platformers the porcupine starred in on Mega Drive.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a metroidvania like no other. It is beautiful, emotional, fun, varied, intense… Moon Studios has taken the formula of the first game and has evolved it in the right way.

If you don't have Xbox or PC, or simply wanna enjoy it in portable mode, Ori and the Will of the Wisps it's one of the greatest adventures of 2020, and now arrives in a neat physical edition that will let you treasure it with other extras like the ost and a bunch of postcards. One of the most memorable adventures of all time returns with a complete remake that enhances the experience in all the possible ways you can imagine, not only visual: it even adds new content and tons of unlockables that will make fans and newcomers even happier. A classic adventure that still amazes twelve years after it's original release.

The Last of Us 2 arrives on PC without the first game's drama, with a fairly well-optimized port that is perfectly playable on portable devices. If you have a good graphic card, get ready for a really impressive visual spectacle, even without ray tracing, or other technical wizardry of the most modern GPUs.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth successfully recreates the original title, elevating this part of the story to new levels and betting on a game format that, without being particularly innovative, works wonderfully. It is immense, fun, emotional and very varied, but above all it is a fantastic remake that keeps its promises.

An unforgettable tale about the value of friendship, forgiveness and the consequences of our actions, narrated with a brilliant sense of humor. It's not the best game ever, but you won't find any with more SOUL.

Simply put, Far Cry 5 is the best Far Cry game to date. It has the best story, the best progression and introduces a lot of changes (for the good) while maintaining that explosive old formula that works so freaking well. God Bless Hope County.

NieR Automata is a piece of art. Looking at the art direction, the soundtrack, the plot or the gameplay everything exhales good taste and unique personality. But, like all the art, there will be people that would not understand it. It's not our case. We are absolutely in love with it and we think that it is and unforgettable experience.

Dynamic flames during battles is one of the major improvements of Total War Attila. The negative point is the need for very powerful hardware to enjoy it. The Creative Assembly has created the best strategy game of the year, again.

Resident Evil 7 changes direction from previous games. It goes back to its survival horror foundations: puzzle solving, exploration and avoiding enemies instead of confronting them. It feels great even for newcomers. And it is also the best game anyone can try on PSVR.

The truth is, sometimes all you need is to simply enjoy what the game's prologue conveys. Sometimes, all it takes is a good spectacle. Sometimes, you just need to pilot a Dodge Viper at full throttle, merge with the road, and fly toward the horizon.

Origins can pretty much be considered one of the best entries in the series (if not the best) for introducing a myriad of changes, all for the best, and making the series advance in the same way Assassin's Creed II did back in the day. Put it into a sarcophagus next to the pharaohs, because this game is worth of the Valley of the Kings.

Even in early access, InZOI convinces with the amount of options, editors and possibilities it offers at launch, even more so with the promise of more content and improvements, and launching at a reasonable price. If the studio continues to improve what it already has achieved, and takes care with the DLC pricing policy, yes, The Sims can tremble. [Early Access Score = 85]

Palworld is an entertaining game if you connect with its survival and monster-catching mechanics, and its gameplay loop. But, at the same time, it's easy to feel that it's not original, that it doesn't do anything you haven't seen before, and that it crosses some red lines by drawing inspiration from certain games.
