The look and feel of the different areas and environments are pretty well done, unfortunately, the fighting aspect of the game tends to be reasonably boring, slow and uncharacteristically hard especially when players can easily receive a game over screen in the first dungeon.- Gaming Age

It's definitely not the best platformer from last-gen, but it was a decent enough title that was probably overlooked by quite a few.- Gaming Age

In the end, what traditionally wins over a crowd of prodigious puzzle solvers is the gameplay and Space Bust-A-Move just doesn't deliver. Even with local and online multiplayer, the game does not give me the addictive, time sucking experience I look for in a puzzle game.- Gaming Age

Just when I thought I might be able to get back into the FPS mix, I feel like I’m drowning in these poor games instead. Your best bet is to just stay away and wait for some originality to poke it’s head out.- Gaming Age

Everything else gets repetitive pretty quickly, which has to be expected from a game based on redneck jokes. In small doses, that's great. I support mean-spirited humor on almost every level. But because the game's two focuses, driving and trading, are so shallow the humor is the only entertainment left.- Gaming Age

I don't feel like it's portable friendly, and while I'd give Chrono Trigger a pass on that because it's a port, Black Sigil has always been in development as a handheld game of some kind, but the end result doesn't feel like it.- Gaming Age

Personally I felt the game run out of steam as soon as the weapons/traps no longer elicited a reaction of zombie-killing-joy from me.- Gaming Age

While the game can be played solo or with four friends with tons of unlockables to find and acquire, the game just feels old after even a short time with it.- Gaming Age

The game at home offers nothing but a quick thrill, albeit a rather cheap one.- Gaming Age

Disappointed because the concept was really cool, but the implementation blew. And disappointed that even Nintendo couldn't turn this one around.- Gaming Age

Basically, Rush Rover is a nondescript game that’s only worth playing for the trophies or achievements, if those appeal to you. It offers a few minutes of fun, but pretty much nothing else beyond that.- Gaming Age

The only thing interesting about it is the list of platforms on which it’s appeared, and once you get beyond the five seconds it’ll take you to read that and say, “Huh, interesting,” to yourself, you’ll have exhausted everything worth knowing about this game.- Gaming Age

Whether you want a quick Platinum or not, whether you’re great at it or terrible, none of that matters. Gutwhale feels like it’s designed to just be a deeply unsatisfying game.- Gaming Age

If you loved the games back in the ‘90s, you may enjoy reliving your youth, but for everyone else, there are plenty of other more modern games worth your time and attention.- Gaming Age

To be sure, its frustrations and annoyances — and straight up bugs — are so egregious, there's no way I could possibly recommend it. But I don't hate it, necessarily. I think that when things are going right, in those rare moments when you can just enjoy the amazing-looking scenery and not have to worry about wonky cameras or enemies popping through walls, it looks like a pretty cool game. Those moments, alas, are few and far between.- Gaming Age

While there are a few examples of modern games handling the old-school beat 'em up genre well, like Castle Crashers for instance, Fable Heroes isn't one of those games. I really did like the art style and look of the game, but couldn't care less about the gameplay attached to it. I found it to be largely boring, uninspired, and little more than a promotional vehicle for the upcoming Fable: The Journey. So unless you're some die-hard Fable fanatic, I'd advise giving this one a pass.- Gaming Age

The camera doesn't seem to know where to point - sometimes it faces the front of the character for no reason and turning makes the camera spin nauseously.- Gaming Age

Because the new elements have very little purpose other than to make your life in the game more difficult, it's hard to support them as a viable, gameplay-enriching feature in their current form. Instead the portals, wall walking, and gravity rooms feel very gimmicky.- Gaming Age

If you're anything like me, you'll feel a little rotten for hating on it, but dull is dull — and Beyond Eyes is nothing if not very, very dull indeed.- Gaming Age

If you enjoy older style rhythm games, you'll probably get a little bit of fun out of this, but I highly urge you to wait for a discount or price drop before taking the plunge.- Gaming Age

I cannot overstate how bland I found Neptunia: Sisters vs. Sisters to be, I was actually pretty surprised by how bored I found myself hour after hour. I can safely say that you’d be fine avoiding this one, and if you’re a fan of the series, you’d probably still do well to steer clear of this entry.- Gaming Age

On some level, I guess, I could see Monster Jam Steel Titans being kind of fun. After all, who doesn’t love wonky physics? At the very least, it makes for the kind of game that’d probably be fun to watch on YouTube or Twitch. But if you’re the one paying out money and playing it yourself then don’t bother, because then all those monster trucks being flipped over a million times by stiff breezes and wayward pebbles suddenly become less silly and charming, and more frustratingly bad.- Gaming Age

Ultimately it is the lack of polish found pretty much everywhere in the game that makes it feel like less of a sequel and more like a pricey Star Trek: Armada MOD.- Gaming Age

It is difficult to recommend Driving Emotion Type-S to anyone who is not a hardcore fan of the driving sim genre, or those with a short fuse. Those that fall within that narrow vertical and don't mind tweaking, tuning, and testing to the extreme, may find some enjoyment with the game.- Gaming Age

I’m not saying that Loot Hero DX would be better if it was harder — given that the whole thing is built around killing monsters and picking up loot as quickly as possible, I’m not sure it would even be the same game if it was harder. But I am saying that, in this state, unless you feel like paying a couple of bucks just to get a few minutes of “gameplay” and a Platinum trophy, there’s not much reason to pick this game up.- Gaming Age

The problem here is that not only does Saints Row IV look kind of bad, it runs abysmally. It takes a lot to get me to feel negatively towards one of my all-time favourite games, but this kind of achieves that dubious goal.- Gaming Age
