An excellent addition to an already fantastic RPG. Void Shadows introduces a brilliant new character to your party, who is a joy to play as, while unraveling a galaxy-spanning conspiracy. Once again, the story is masterfully written and seamlessly woven into the base game. My only wish is for more varied environments and fewer cosmetic bugs.- Games.cz

A fantastic reimagining of the legendary horror classic. Silent Hill 2 looks otherworldly, sounds hellish, and maintains its thick atmosphere, even with a stronger emphasis on action. Bloober Team has proven with this remake that they truly understand the legacy and message of the original. While it's a somewhat different experience than it was twenty years ago, it remains deeply faithful to its source material.- Games.cz

The Plucky Squire is an extremely playful platformer that bombards you with one creative idea after another. Surprise, surprise… it works! It's the creativity in puzzles and environmental interactions that makes this adventure in a children's book truly special. Never mind the bland combat or the stretched-out final third. The Plucky Squire is a whimsical tale that warms the heart.- Games.cz

A timeless classic that not only ages gracefully but works exceptionally well today, thanks to new audiovisual enhancements. Apart from the missing prologue from the Director's Cut, there's not much to fault here.- Games.cz

Finding flaws in Satisfactory is harder than figuring out the correct ratio for material transmutation in its latest tech tier. It's simply addictive, fun, polished, and visually stunning.- Games.cz

Uninspired game design, recycled content, monotonous gameplay, and technical issues. A dull experience that not even a few rare bright moments or a decent soundtrack can save. Best avoided.- Games.cz

Ara delves deeply into a single mechanic. Warfare, diplomacy, religion, and research are stripped down to the bare essentials, leaving the majority of your time focused on balancing the production of a massive array of materials and their interconnected, complex production chains. While this is initially engaging, it quickly becomes tedious in the later stages, where balancing production feels more like managing a budget before an accounting deadline.- Games.cz

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom offers a fresh perspective on the series, boldly blending traditional elements with modern innovations while finally giving Princess Zelda the lead role. Her unique abilities bring a new layer of creativity to puzzle-solving and combat, encouraging exploration with inventive solutions. Despite minor technical issues and a cluttered Echoes menu, this new Zelda installment takes the franchise in a promising direction.- Games.cz

The long-awaited sequel to the beloved Test Drive Unlimited feels like it still hasn’t arrived. What Kylotonn has done with the franchise can't even be considered a bad attempt. Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown may have a fun driving model, but that’s where the short list of positives ends. It's a poor game lacking content, optimization, and visuals that would at least match last-gen standards.- Games.cz

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions finally brings Quidditch as a standalone title, but it feels a little late to the Yule Ball. The game has potential, though it would benefit from more content and perhaps a more refined art style. However, smashing people with Bludgers remains royally fun.- Games.cz

A well-crafted post-apocalyptic strategy that initially feels a bit clunky, but over time reveals its stronger aspects. Once it hits its stride, the odd menus and slow start become forgivable.- Games.cz

At its core, Concord is a solid hero shooter with fun gameplay but minimal new mechanics, failing to stand out significantly from the competition. Its biggest ace up the sleeve is the detailed graphics and world-building delivered through an in-game encyclopedia and weekly cinematic drops, but that's not enough for a game locked behind a paywall, unlike most of the genre.- Games.cz

A brutal and explosive spectacle that serves as a testament to everything that makes Warhammer great. The action never lets up, the game looks and sounds fantastic, and watching hundreds of Tyranids swarm never gets old. The excellent multiplayer, with fun progression and a rich character editor, is the cherry on top of this epic sci-fi blockbuster.- Games.cz

An excellent 3D platformer for all ages, especially those with some PlayStation experience. The levels overflow with playful details, and its precise controls take full advantage of the DualSense controller. While it occasionally repeats certain elements a bit too much, the rich content packed with references to gaming classics makes it arguably the best 3D platformer on the PS5.- Games.cz

A solid space strategy that borrows heavily from major 4X turn-based games, Sins of a Solar Empire II makes it clear that its core focus is on action and conquest, with diplomacy and trading taking a backseat. The brilliant idea of simulating real planetary orbits, which dynamically alters the map, adds depth, though it can't entirely hide the unbalanced pacing and lackluster visual style.- Games.cz

Nobody Wants to Die is a beautiful game where an interesting world and well-crafted script clash with gameplay that holds your hand too much and offers virtually no challenge. However, if the story and atmosphere are the main focus, this charmingly short piece might just strike the right chord.- Games.cz

Anger Foot can be unnecessarily frustrating at times, occasionally too vulgar or awkward, yet it remains incredibly fun and adrenaline-packed in most moments. The game excels with its high-octane action, an excellent soundtrack, and cleverly designed levels that make revisiting them to complete challenges and unlock new shoes a joy. However, it's essential to pace yourself, or the game might wear you down before you kick the final boss out of their lair.- Games.cz

Star Wars Outlaws masterfully utilizes its license and space western atmosphere, yet the variety of activities quickly falls into the familiar pattern of Ubisoft's open-world games. This repetition overshadows the inventive teamwork between Kay and Nix, as well as the brilliant Sabacc card game.- Games.cz

Combining survival elements with looter shooter and MMORPG mechanics, Once Human takes the best from these genres to create an entertaining and functional mix. While not flawless, it captivates with its bizarre world, monster design, and gunplay. The effectiveness of the seasonal system remains to be seen, but it shows promising potential to become a multiplayer staple.- Games.cz

SteamWorld Heist II is a sequel done right. It retains the best aspects of its predecessor—turn-based combat with precise aiming and trick shots—transports it to an appealing pirate setting, wraps it in a meaningful storyline, and adds simple world exploration with an excellent class-mixing system that could use just a bit more depth. Regardless, it's a fantastic return for a great game, appealing to both fans and newcomers alike.- Games.cz

Dungeons of Hinterberg offers an engaging blend of action-adventure and social RPG elements with a well-balanced mix of combat, puzzles, witty conversations, and relaxation. Its only drawbacks might be the weaker sound design and potentially divisive visual style. However, it’s certainly a journey worth taking, especially with its availability on Game Pass.- Games.cz

At its core, The First Descendant is a solid looter shooter, but that's about it. The limited number of activities, which are quite similar, a botched storyline, awkward dialogues, and excessive grind weigh it down. The characters, while fun to play, are generic. Despite these issues, the game can still be entertaining, and many of the problems mentioned could be resolved quickly. However, the predatory monetization strategy chosen by Nexon won't disappear. Even so, it can be ignored, allowing you to enjoy the game if you can look past all the surrounding clutter and focus on the simple thrill of holding down the trigger.- Games.cz

Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition, with its improved audiovisual presentation and a handful of new content, successfully reminds us why this action-adventure became a cult classic. Despite some outdated mechanics that feel a bit rough around the edges, it still retains its charm, relevance, and most importantly, its ability to build anticipation for the much-delayed and deserved sequel even after twenty years.- Games.cz

A fantastic retro survival horror that, despite occasionally annoying inventory management, stands out as unique. Conscript boasts an atmosphere as thick as mustard gas, is brutal and grim, and brilliantly depicts the horrors of World War I. Alongside this, it is also an excellent game that should not be missed by fans of darker titles.- Games.cz

A city-building strategy game that is dangerously addictive and captures its historical theme through its gameplay mechanics. In Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic, you'll transform villages into sprawling concrete metropolises, coordinate complex production chains, and manage massive distribution networks. Most importantly, you'll have a great time doing it, even though the game occasionally throws a wrench in the works with its clunky elements.- Games.cz

A meticulously crafted game that offers no surprises, but that doesn't mean it's boring. The world is beautiful, the combat is adequately adrenaline-pumping, and the story is interesting. It's almost a shame that you'll be done with Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn relatively quickly.- Games.cz

Currently the best form of the subgenre that Shin Megami Tensei represents. It offers thrilling turn-based battles that make you think about every move and reconsider your party lineup in case of failure. Vengeance brings numerous improvements over the original fifth game, is available on platforms beyond the Switch, and is technically superior.- Games.cz
