Thanks to Rapstar we now finally have a karaokegame that makes us rap instead of sing. The problem is Rapstar can't decide if its for the hardcore hiphop-fan or the mainstream listener. And why on earth is the foul language edited out?- Gamer.nl

Ridge Racer is all about a couple of things: fast cars, pretty environments and especially well timed powerslides. This First trip to the 3DS doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it doesn't try to, which is why it turned out great for the fans of the series. Those fans won't be bothered by the lack of racetracks. Hopefully that'll be rectified in a sequel, just like a much needed online-mode.- Gamer.nl

Mafia II's strong points are the story and believable gameworld, as well as an authentic atmosphere. Unfortunately the game doesn't take enough risk and as a result makes less impact than the original. Players don't get enough freedom to come up with their own creative solutions during missions. It also doesn't help that there is a lot of filler during the missions.- Gamer.nl

After years of uninspired movie-licensed games, we finally get to run, fly and drive around with the Transformers and be happy about it. The season finale of The Wolf Among Us is well written and exciting from beginning to end. It’s a nice closure, but there’s a little nasty catch on Telltale’s part: put down the controller and the big bad wolf continues to run, punch and puff without you.- Gamer.nl

Mix Warcraft with Magic the Gathering and you'll get BattleForge. It's not a bad mix, but you'll have to get used to it. The learning curve is pretty steep and rookies will get their asses kicked within seconds. Frontlines: Fuel of War is a decent shooter in single player and an enjoyable game when it comes to multiplayer. Total War: Rome Remastered cleans up the original, but the game won't win a beauty prize. There's a ton of content, with all of the Rome: Total War expansions included and the freedom to play all nations right away. Although it is certainly not a bad game, it is clear to experienced Total War players that the technology has moved on. A somewhat stupid artificial intelligence prevents Total War: Rome Remastered from claiming a place among modern strategy games.- Gamer.nl

The Night of the Rabbit is a special point-and-click adventure game, although only the veterans amongst players will get to see that side of the game. Not because of the flipped, tricky puzzles, because those are known to the genre. But mostly because game makes a wrong, childish impression in its first hours. Visions of Mana is an excellent role-playing game, full of sympathetic characters and captivating folklore. The unparalleled flora and fauna make it worth exploring the game world, without this being at the expense of the sharp pace of the twenty-hour story. The game is very explicitly based on a bildungsverhaal that we have already seen many times. With a little more daring, Visions of Mana would have been an RPG classic. Now it is mainly a very good game.- Gamer.nl

Lego Rock Band tries to cater to adults and kids, but in the end isn't too successful in that. A modest effort in bringing the franchise to the DS. The fighting system works fine and it's fun to build your character. Axiom Verge 2 is a daring and quirky sequel. The emphasis on exploring the labyrinthine world shows how clever the game world is, but the combat is lacking. Thanks to Rapstar we now finally have a karaokegame that makes us rap instead of sing. The problem is Rapstar can't decide if its for the hardcore hiphop-fan or the mainstream listener. And why on earth is the foul language edited out?- Gamer.nl

H.A.W.X. does little to add something new to an almost dying genre. But it's still a pretty entertaining flight sim if you're looking for some dogfight action on your console.- Gamer.nl

Aside from a few bugs, this game is worth getting. The game is daring and will make you laugh more often than the average sitcom. Magicka shines the brightest when playing it online with a few decent players though, throwing out some amazing combo's together during one of the game's many cartoon-like battles.- Gamer.nl

Galaga Legions DX is what Galaga Legions should've been. DX reignites the old arcadegame in this modern era. It can be played indefinitely to improve your scores and to head off your friends on the leaderboards. It's not hard, maybe even a tad too easy, but most definitely addicting. And that without having to insert countless amounts of quarters.- Gamer.nl

The simultaneously dancing in Just Dance 3 is a fantastic new option and the tracklist couldn't be better. The presentation is great as well, with weird looking dance teachers and easy to get into gameplay.- Gamer.nl

Due to an unclear staff and unreliable timing, Melody of Memory does not work well as a rhythm game. That's a shame, because this gigantic pile of memorable music deserved better.- Gamer.nl

The power of Super Stardust is still strong in Ultra, but other parts of the game could have used more. The visuals are simply not very modern and the arcade mode is by far the best mode of all. That being said, Super Stardust Ultra is the biggest package of the game yet, but it is too bad there were no real selling points added.- Gamer.nl

Trials of Mana thrives in traditions. The action-packed gameplay remains cool and versatile, but the structure mainly shows the (technical) limitations in game design of the 90s.- Gamer.nl
