Though it is quite the challenge throughout, when the class systems, party mechanics and questing all pull together, this becomes one RPG that is nothing short of brilliant.

If you loved Pikmin and are dying to play again you could probably find a copy way cheaper on the Gamecube (which you can still play on your Wii through backwards compatibility). However, if you’d like to give the new controls a shot, they make the game a little easier to control and for $30, it’s not going to prevent you from checking out some other new games as well.

It’s certainly not as amazing as it once was sixteen years ago. But, it will scratch that itch if you feel nostalgic or if you have 800 Microsoft Points in your account begging to be spent.

With a completely new way to play a Real Time Strategy game and some excellent multiplayer gaming this is one game that is a must buy for strategy fans of any type. If it was not for a few minor issues with the game such as nothing south of the equator and a lack of a cool looking single player campaign presentation wise (it is a great campaign to play though) this would be one of the top 10 played games on Xbox Live for many months.

If you are looking for a game with a great story, Metro 2033 delivers. On the other hand, if you are hoping for a great experience from top to bottom, then it fails to deliver on all of its potential.

High Moon managed to recreate a classic formula in a different medium and make an extremely large amount of fans very happy. This is a great big step in the right direction for the franchise and brand-owner Hasbro knows it.

With its beautiful graphics and great environmental sound it is easy to find yourself traveling around the island just picking herbs and mushrooms while stumbling upon the odd monster to fight. In the end this is a must buy because it is rare we PC gamers see a good RPG like this and that is what is most important.

If you think sorting seven cards in a matter of seconds is hard, well that’s because it is. The game most likely won’t appeal to UNO’s broad casual audience like before, but the game definitely will bring Microsoft’s hardcore crowd calling. For only 800 MS points, around 10 dollars, you’re getting a brand new take on the UNO franchise.

What hurts the game the most is without a doubt the horrible commentary. It is extremely disappointing for a game like this, EA Sport’s signature title, to have so many problems in the sound department. It’s the one thing that prevents this game from being a solid purchase. If you only own a Wii and need to play a football game this season, then by all means go with Madden NFL 10. On the other hand, if you have a choice, I would strongly recommend buying the game on a different console.

Rarely is a trip through time, courtesy of a video game, as engaging and enjoyable. This new mode delivers pure immersion due to the gameplay variety and era specific visuals.

There have been very few original first person shooters in the last few years and if you were a fan of the original F.E.A.R., be prepared to fall in love once more. Graphically and audio wise the game impresses on many levels and if it was not for the average (below average) multiplayer experience this would be a perfect all around game for action junkies.

Adapted from Korea’s casual golf MMO and cult classic PangYa: Fantasy Golf for the PSP entwines a fantasy story and RPG elements, with an abundance of unlockables and collectibles, and a variety characters, modes, tournaments and challenges. From there, the rest is up to you but if you’ve been looking for another HotShots Golf, then there’s little doubt that you will have fun as you try to become the next PangYa Master.

The action and intensity of the real experience is definitely replicated in this title. While that's a good thing for die-hard workout nuts, Zumba Fitness Core lacks a certain ease of entry for people looking for an alternative to gym memberships or classes.

Full House Poker is a surprisingly solid and enjoyable poker game. Loads of options, several play modes including solo and multi support, and the Texas Heat events make it quite an attractive package for 800 MP.

The single-player experience is deep enough to keep gamers coming back, and the online experience is as smooth as silk. Real teams, with real players, and a plethora of fancy tricks and player moves...once gamers get used to the controls and gameplay, FIFA Street turns out to be a rock-solid experience.

If you are a fan of the Crysis franchise, though, you may still find elements to enjoy about the game, but if you seek to find a totally new FPS experience or even just a breath of fresh air, you will be very disappointed with Crysis 3. It may not be the best in the series or live up to its full potential, but it remains an enjoyable game nonetheless.

Midway was clever to release this ‘clone’ now instead of waiting for the real Incredible Machine to show up. Either way, this game delivers and for 30$, the investment is worth every penny. So until the real game makes its appearance on the DS or elsewhere, Mechanic Master will keep you busy for a long time.

I have to admit that while I enjoyed the game for around an hour, the length of time it took to beat both games, and the little bit of fun with multiplayer I cannot recommend this game to anyone but those with points to burn and if they are die hard R-Type fans, unless you have a few friends who own the game and are into playing Co-op then it is a great game to purchase.

If you have all the SingStar PS2 games at home and you’re a fan of the series then this game has to be in your game collection - but as always, don’t expect anything other than 30 new songs. The list of SingStar games on the PS2 is getting longer and longer but it’s starting to get old in terms of visuals and technical limitations. Still, it remains one of the most interesting franchises out there, especially with cool compilations like this one.

Shift Extended is a great puzzle game put in a serious disadvantage because of its pricing structure. At its current price-point, it's hard to recommend it outside of those who absolutely adore puzzle games.
