Being their "first true big project", Beenox successfully pulled off what seemed to be an impossible task for many of us within the game industry. With Shattered Dimensions, Beenox stays true to the colourful and adventuring character of Spider-Man and propels him back into the spotlight.

Thanks to alternate endings, multiple plot paths, side quest, and the dark twist of sacrificing friends, there’s a lot here to keep you happy with hours of fun. Square Enix has introduced an interesting concept to their Valkyrie Profile concept and I hope they continue to think outside the box when it comes to re-imagining their franchise games.

Despite the incredible amount of effort and manpower that went into making this game, it unfortunately falls short of being the definitive RE experience Capcom had set out to offer.

If you didn't get a chance to pick up Star Ocean: The Last Hope last year or don't own a 360, yet love Japanese style RPGs, then you owe it to yourself to give The Last Hope International a spin.

The game has been built to please both the newcomers and the hardcore MX vs ATV crowd and that’s a very tough balance to strike. Rainbow and THQ can be proud of their most recent offering and there’s no way anyone could complain.

Case West remains an interesting add-on every fan of the franchise needs to own. I do have an issue with the fact that the price point has been doubled compared to Case Zero.

Limitations really prevent Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake from being the breakout title it should be. Had there been a better method of communication and smarter AI, this would be a significantly better experience.

The absolute sad part about Resonance of Fate is that there is a fairly interesting story in the game that slowly reveals itself. However, most people will probably give up early, well before they get to see how it turns out.

Thanks to the fairly interesting story and by looking past some of the annoying missions, Sky Crawlers is a decent game. It still might not appeal to veteran flight combat fans, but for those looking for anything to take to the skies, they won’t be disappointed.

There are more rights than wrongs in Def Jam Rapstar, but everything could have been pushed further. Those who've been waiting for a great hip-hop singing game will be at bliss. However, it leaves you wondering if 4MM truly learned something from its predecessors in the genre.

The retro art style is certain to please fans of the series, and "Focus Fire" helps keep Galaga relevant. The menus are bland, but accomplish their task. This game does leave me with a sense of "Déjà Vu" since it doesn't do more to define itself from the previous iteration, infact if you have Galaga Legions, you might want to skip this all together. The lack of achievements is also a little disappointing. Despite these few negative points, the gameplay is an absolute blast, and will keep you coming back for more.

It's a simple enough concept, but the execution is top-notch. There are few games that hook me as fast as Gatling Gears did, and I have a feeling the same will hold true for you.

It's still the best wrestling experience on the market and is easily worth the $60 investment.

With an addictive career mode, deep customization and its closeness to realism, SBK X deserves a pat in the back. The game offers enough flexibility to the newcomer but patience and practice will be needed once the arcade races become less challenging and fun.

While it's appeal may be limited for the more mature crowd, it's an easy recommendation for anyone who has young-un's running around the house or someone who is looking for more charm than substance.

Overall, I liked the new direction of the franchise. Don't fool yourself though, this is still Guitar Hero, through and through.

Hardware issues aside, this is as close to a perfect port as we are likely to get on a handheld and is by far the best MMA experience you'll find in portable form.

Singstar Queen is the most fun, challenging and rewarding experience to appear on a Singstar game line-up. Do I need to add that Singstar Queen is much more amusing than Singstar ABBA?

While not being the best fighting game on the market, it is certainly one of the most refreshing ones I have played in a long time.

F.E.A.R.3 isn't flawless, nor inventive but in the end, it works and deliver the thrills and excitement fans and non-fans are looking for in a $60 game. Aside from the complex story arc - if past games weren't played - there's enough substance to make it an easy and recommendable purchase.

Despite the few complaints I have about Wolfenstein, particularly the dated graphics and terrible A.I., when it comes right down to core gameplay it is a fun, solid and satisfying FPS that will appeal to those looking for a straight up shooter with few bells and whistles.

Overall, despite the sometimes finicky Wiimote controls, Just Dance! is a fantastic dance game for the Wii and one I certainly recommend for all you dance freaks out there or anyone looking for a good work-out game.

Graphically the game is every bit a Sonic game, with the bright colors and key level design choices you will recognize from the other Sonic games. There are plenty of big loops and curvy tracks which add to the entire experience. The characters you play with such as Sonic and Tails as well as the ones you fight the robots and even the basic animals you will fight are all designed well and animated very well. The game is done so well graphically, and even if you did not know you were going to look at a Sonic RPG, you could just see a couple of screens and easily see that the game is a Sonic game.

Let’s applaud the development team over at EA Montréal. They’ve made many changes and added new things to please fans as well as the non-believers without destroying the essence of what makes an Army of Two game. Still, the game could do some things better, but, so long as improvements are being made, the Army of Two franchise will be around for another go.

There may not be any major advances to the series in Fireteam Bravo 3, but for those looking for a fun multiplayer game on the PSP, FB3 is a genuine SOCOM experience.

We can certainly ask ourselves why the game took so long to develop if it was going to lack the essence of what made other Gran Turismos appealing to play. Sure the graphics are great and there’s a bunch of cars to unlock but if there’s no structure to keep me going back to the game, the willingness to play often will simply go away. Regardless of this, Gran Turismo remains an interesting game to check out…even though it’s not worth the five year wait.

Though Zeno Clash ends like an episode of Lost, with questions outweighing answers, one of the last lines in the game is "there are...things bigger even, than Zenozoik." In a capsule, this is the allure of the game.

CyberConnect2 has once again done a smash up job with this latest in the series of the boy with his very own "Ninja way" and has made broad strokes with their collective brush to merge 3D design and 2D art.
