Tokyo Jungle is a weird game, but one that shows enthusiasm and passion. Its survival gameplay and scoring mechanics work well in solo play, the two player mode is less convincing. The loads of species to play introduce a very nice variety to explore.

In its current state, it is impossible to recommend Cities Skylines 2, as the game proves to be unplayable, even on a very powerful machine. The game has enormous potential and could score much higher after the necessary corrections. It is important to note that this is not an early access version, but a "final" version that is being sold for 49.99 euros. Players have the right to expect a smooth and complete gaming experience for this price, and unfortunately, Cities Skylines 2 does not meet these expectations in its current state.

Virginia is between a movie and video game, and it's not totally one or the other. It offers nice music and a good atmosphere, but not enough gameplay or interactions.

Ratloop Asia offers us a nice conversion of their web title. The differences aren't legion, but anyway, the game was good. The blend of puzzle, action, dark humor and good music is spot on. A very nice little game to boost up your mood.

Far from being innovative, Project Warlock is a fun shooter combined with some western RPG elements. Not very fortunate during the early years of its project, the young developer Jakub Cislo eventually succeeds to pay homage to the fast-FPS of the golden era.

This episode is all at once one that offers the greatest moments of the series, a few action scenes and its brutal conclusion, and one that feels a bit rushed in terms of presentation, staging and feeling that our choices are important. Let's hope this is just a little stumble before an epic ending for the whole season.

If you own a next-gen console and are willing to play FIFA 21, you don't need to hesitate as it is a beautiful and vibrant version of the game... But really similar to the one available on PS4 and Xbox One, not very well balanced on the pitch.

Shadow Warrior is a good shooter that stands out for its humor and fast-paced action, and that's enough to satisfy fans of FPS until something more substantial comes along.

Puzzle Quest 2 changes a lot of things from the original. Sadly, despite some brilliant ideas introducing variety in the gameplay, and a basic gameplay mechanic that's as addictive as ever, the overall lack of narration and story consistency make it, albeit more intimate, harder to dive in for prolonged sessions. The new, closer-to-the-hero perspective may be more RPG-like, but the conquest aspect of the original was a motivation that's a truly a regrettable loss with this new formula. Still, as a game to be played in short sessions, it remains very efficient.

The Swords of Ditto delivers an accessible rogue-like experience served by beautiful artistic direction, and a soft difficulty curve quite rare for the genre. Thanks to a shared experience system, death is no longer tragic, but fans of rogue-likes will certainly find the adventure quite simple, mostly because of a basic combat system and too many random dungeons.

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a charming game, with fantastic pixel art but a too simplisitc and weak Metroidvania, as it doesn't have much to offer to adventurers and feels too much of a very linear rip-off of Castlevania Symphony of the Night that lacks depth and true epic feel.

A must play. That’s the word for Marvel Rivals after two weeks. The game is not perfect, far from it, but it has the merit of associating fan service with real content, with a revisit of the hero shooter genre, what the last competitors behind Overwatch had obviously not assimilated well or succeeded. Marvel Rivals has a future ahead of it if the NetEase follow-up remains the same. And the gaming community is listened to. It’s free, and playing Iron Man is fun so you’d be wrong to miss out on one of the best Marvel video games today. If it is not the best...

Army of Darkness Defense is surprisingly addictive in its implementation of Tower Defense mechanics in the universe of the Evil Dead 3 movie. Complete with cult lines and humour, it has one other unstoppable force for him as well : it's completely free.

Cryptic uses Star Trek Online success to fuel its Neverwinter, a D&D Free to Play MMO that is as comprehensive as it is nice to play. But its balancing issues make it far to easy! With some corrections in that regard, and some additional Dungeon Master tools in their content creation system, Cryptic could produce one of the most interesting free-to-play games; let's hope they do.

When buying a PES 2011 game on the PSP, a lesser quality in terms of visuals and production values, compared to the home consoles versions, is to be expected. But there's no way one should accept a lesser gameplay experience. This portable version remained stuck one year in the past.

Still pleasant in terms of presentation, The Lost Lords is a good addition to the first episode. Maybe we could have been more pleased if more events or decisions had come to shock us. But every step makes us think that the next chapters won't be as "calm" as this one.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is a safe bet. Its solo campaign is a mind-blowing trip and its multiplayer mode is a must on consoles. In the duel with Battlefield 4, CoD Ghosts therefore takes advantage in the solo campaign, and it holds up in multiplayer, despite its shortcomings (the destruction and fewer players involved).

Fortunately for players of Batman: The Telltale Series, Episode 4 is a lot better than Episode 3. Captivating, fast paced and full of famous characters (who are sometimes different from what comic fans are used to) the second to last episode of this episodic games is worthy of the player's time. It's just too bad that the game isn't fully translated for non-English speaking gamers.

The Challenges not only provide a detailed explanation of the items, they also reveal the gameplay's deepest secrets through an amazing level design. While the creation interface is slightly cramped, it remains an incredibly simple, funny and exhilarating way to build courses. However some important parts like the costumes and the online sharing option were removed, thus reducing the social reach of Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS to a local, pocketable level.

What matters in short games like Mafia The Old Country are memorable scenes, plot twists, and good ideas. There has to be something that sticks in your memory. In this case, what we'll remember is the unusual setting, some endearing characters, and the last third, which may be a little all over the place, but which shows us that Hanger 13 has resources and knows how to keep us on the edge of our seats with palpable narrative tension that grabs you by the gut and fast-paced gameplay. So why isn't this the case for the whole game? Mafia The Old Country isn't bad, it's good but just too conventional to stand out and will struggle to be remembered, unlike its predecessors. Nevertheless, it remains a very cinematic experience that will undoubtedly delight fans of the series.

If you have enough space in your living room, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved is simply the best fitness game you can get today on consoles. KINECT offers a whole new dimension to these fitness exercises, with an impressive accuracy of the the motion recognition, and live corrections from your virtual trainer... There is no room for cheating here! We'd have loved more customization options, maybe a little bit more exercises, but the experience here is really surpassing any other similar product we've experienced before in the genre.

LEGO 2K Drive had crazy potential, and we still believe in it, but this first episode doesn't fully express it yet. The game is beautiful, lively and fun to play even if the circuits are disappointed. But one of the biggest flaw comes from the microtransactions. A promising start.

FAR: Changing Tide is a nice journey through a flooded world on a ship that becomes one of the game's protagonists. The visuals are awesome, and the OST and sound design are in a league of their own. Just don't expect any challenge or much action in what is essentially a very calm experience.
