All Star Cheer Squad is a game that somewhat surprised me. Rather then cash in on the casual audience with a subpar effort, THQ has offered up a pretty neat little cheerleading title that allows you to ‘get in the game’ and show your team spirit.

In short, Jamestown is a fun old school game that, for the price, shows excellent play time, replay value, and variety.

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows for the Xbox 360 features solid visuals and some really enjoyable moments. The upgrade system is effective and there is some replay value here.

While there are some great elements to multiplayer game, Conquest comes across as a somewhat rushed game that falls into the realm of pretty average.

Overall, this is a game that does exactly what it sets out to do: Be an oldschool manshoot, but with modern elements in the mix that make it more enjoyable, and a suitably bonkers Cyberpunk plot (albeit without any real hacking... ah, well, can't have everything).

While Flower, Sun, and Rain has a cool premise and story, the game falls short on the delivery.

With some good graphics, good sound, and some great multiplayer additions (both off and online) Diddy Kong is only held back by Rare forcing gamers to play the game’s levels over and over to fully complete it.

Having a repetitive structure and a linear style of gameplay brings this title down a few notches.

For fans of the movie, Xbox 360 owners, and kids alike, Madagascar 2 is a perfect weekend rental, and to some diehards it may even warrant a purchase.

For those that enjoy karaoke, or those who are Queen fans and own a PS3 or PS2, SingStar Queen is most likely a no-brainer of a purchase granted you are willing the pay the retail price. That being said, the franchise has not made any significant leaps with this installment and the SingStar franchise as a whole is getting a bit stale.

Overall, Michael Jackson: The Experience pays a wonderful tribute to the King of Pop himself and contains nearly every Billboard Chart single Michael Jackson has touched over his career that spans several decades. This being said, Michael Jackson: The Experience for the Kinect is far from a rich or deep experience.

When it comes to Hunting games, Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2012 is as good as it gets. So for those of you looking for some arcadish, yet a bit on the simulation side, type of virtual hunting, then search no more as Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2012 is for you.

Dance Paradise will be a great addition to a dance fan's library, but won't be as compelling as its competitors.

Frogger Decades is an enjoyable reimagining of a gaming classic.

As a whole Hysteria Hospital delivers what it promises. It is a fast paced hospital simulation game in which you have to manage your time in order to not lose control of the patients and your hospital.

As far as Disney games on the DS are concerned Wizards of Waverly Place for the DS is one of the better ones out there. The visuals are vibrant and the gameplay has some very enjoyable elements.

There is no question that many may likely enjoy this game; however, do not expect the complete Madden experience we have come to take for granted.

I think the biggest downer is the missing franchise mode. How else is one to see how their management skills translate to the product on the court?

Overall, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is your typical movie based video game as it is thin on features and is about as mind numbing as the movie itself. Simply put, Dark of the Moon is not as good as last year's War for Cybertron, which is disappointing.

Fans of the Valhalla Knights series will most likely love the new added content and streamlined control factors included in the new PSN digital download Valhalla Knights 2: Battle Stance.

At the end of the day, Challenge Me: Brain Puzzles does what it is supposed to, it offers up some cranial challenges in two very specific types of puzzle modes in a very functional manner.

While I applaud the authenticity that Operation Flashpoint: Red River brings back to the FPS genre, mediocre graphics and sound, and some noticeable gameplay hitches prevent this from being a really good title. The co-op mode is definitely worth a try with friends though, and those looking for a more authentic shooter experience might really enjoy this one. Be forewarned, there is a steep learning curve to be found in this game.

The main problem I have with this game is its lack of depth. When you go to play it, it's the same every time. Additionally, the sound needs some work. Fortunately, the graphics are impressive, and the fast-paced gameplay keeps your heart pumping.

There are some newer animations, updated stats, a relatively good menu system and, it is slightly better than the previous year's efforts, but just barely.

In the end if one goes into Fairytale Fights with realistic expectations of what the game is, then one will no doubt enjoy what the game has to offer.

Knights Contract can be enjoyable, but its combat system is rough and not very unique.

Something bothered me though as there was no story in the intro and this can make the game really confusing to those who have never played the Donkey Kong Country games before.

Pokemon Ranger is definitely a game for pokemanicas looking for a fix until the next true chapters in the series are finally released in N. America.

The game just doesn't measure up to PC standards; it doesn't even come close.

If you have recently purchased a PS3 and have a pretty good home theatre system, you may want to pick Lair as a great demo disk; otherwise this one is a rental.

If you've played a Pokémon Ranger adventure before, just beware that Guardian Signs isn't much of a departure from the last two titles in the series.

Overall, Kinect Sports Season Two is really just an average game but younger gamers should get a kick out of this one.

Overall, WALL•E for the DS is perfect game for those younger and somewhat experienced gamers who loved the WALL•E movie and own a DS.

WWE fans will enjoy what is available now, but the experience may be short lived.

Truly a multiplayer game that should be experienced by more than one person.

Tracking your Brain Age from day to day and playing the game with your friends is enjoyable. This being said, some of the mini puzzler games have control and response issues. Not to mention Body and Brain Connection seems to be limited in terms of content and variety.

Elite Forces: Unit 77 is the type of game that you want to like despite its flaws.

The Punisher: No Mercy is an aggressively mediocre FPS in my opinion.

I've played some bad RPGS, some worse and some better than this one, but the thing that made this one fall in my opinion was how disappointing it was compared to what I thought it would be like.

Unfortunately the game suffers from frame rate issues that were not present in NBA 07, thus effectively hindering some of the fun factor.

If you have played and enjoyed Enemy Territory: Quake Wars for the PC already then you might just want to take a pass on the Xbox 360 version.

With bright and vibrant colours, a steady framerate and Buzz himself to lead the way, this game is more above than below average this time around.

Although Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is not the greatest game out there, it definitely manages to be what it tries to be, a mindless romp through various levels fighting hordes of enemies while trying to reach an objective.

A definite must have for any "Star Trek" fan.

Overall WALL•E for the PS3 is not a bad game but it does have its share of issues and annoyances.

Perfect for gaming on the run. It will keep you entertained for several hours and the initial gameplay offers up enough value to keep you occupied while waiting in an airport or riding on a subway.

In my opinion Haze can be considered a pretty good FPS game in terms of its basic gameplay concepts, however not everything came together in the end.

There are some flaws but the pure speed, control and ability to lay the smack down is rewarding enough to place the joystick up from this reviewer.

The main selling feature of this game, the control, has some really great ideas, however this time around they were not fully realized and the promises of great wii-mote control just never fully panned out.

So if you need to shed a few pounds and don't have the cash to pay significantly more for other fitness games on the market, then Fit in Six for the PS3 might just be right up your alley.

In the end Marvel Super Hero Squad sets out to do what it is supposed to, provide a mindless beat-em-up aimed at fans of the franchise.

Overall, Age of Pirates 2 is not a particularly user-friendly game. If you are a huge fan of pirate RPGs, and have the patience to master the complexities of the P.I.R.A.T.E. system, then you will probably be willing to overlook the poor sound, the so-so graphics and the difficulties of attaining success.

In the end though, the RPG-type elements outweigh this repetition and make it a fun play, especially if you are any sort of Ghostbusters fan or one who likes to game on the go.

NIER is a game that will undoubtedly appeal to a handful of RPG enthusiasts because of the story being told. For others, myself included, the game is a slapdash effort that fails to make good on its promise and it ultimately ends of falling into a pit full of worn-out RPG conventions.

With good visuals, good sound and average gameplay, this title’s overall score is hurt by some poor implementation of the touch screen functionality, which just did not do [as] good as job as it could [have].

It's a short, cheap, and fun game, and the difficulty curve seems just right.

Although the shot method utilized in this game is great, average graphics and other control issues, combined with some questionable A.I, bring down the overall score of this title.

The first is that this game is definitely not for diehard racing fans as the content and control will turn them off. On the other side of the fence though is the fact that I truly think this game is not that bad at all, and it could be a real hit when Kinect owners have friends or family over and they want to do something different for the night.

Disappointingly Secret Agent Clank falls short of its rich and storied past. The game is a direct port of the PSP game with very little if anything added.

For hardcore puzzle solvers, or fans of either the book or movie, I would recommend this game, but I think the average gamer won't give the title the time to really crack the code.

Echelon didn’t live up to its hype, and although the graphics can keep your eyes interested, the shallow entertainment of air combat will not.

If you only own a Wii and are looking for a football game for kids, then Backyard Football could very well be the game for you. Be forewarned though, with mediocre graphics and silly sound, it really doesn’t hold up when compared to any other versions on competing consoles aside from some token but fun motion controls.

I didn't feel that there was anything terribly new or revolutionary about the game, but it was undeniably fun to play.

As it is, "Getting Up" has some fun and holds a few surprises but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

At the end of the day I would have to recommend this game only to those families who want the chance to relive some of the movie, or to those looking for a game that won't challenge the little ones (or themselves for that matter of fact). Everyone else should be wary of what the game provides though.

The graphics are average and the sound is ok but the gameplay is engaging as it becomes more challenging the more you play and advance through career mode.

Considering the 20 dollar price tag, Roogoo Attack is not a bad little puzzle game for gamers on the go.

Overall, Sega's Rise of Nightmares makes valiant attempt at a creepy matured rated action horror game for the Kinect.

For fans of the Kung Fu Panda movie, and who happen to own a Nintendo Wii, I would recommend you head down to your local video game rental store and rent Legendary Warriors before you decide to put it under the tree for your little ones.

Fans of the original Viva Piñata game will likely be disappointed in Viva Piñata: Party Animals as the originality and depth of the first game has vaporized.

Overall, Kane and Lynch 2 is best left as a weekend rental. While the story and characters can be entertaining at times, the repetitive gameplay and lackluster visuals prevent this game from being considered a must buy for shooter fans and Xbox 360 owners alike.

Red Faction: Battlegrounds is enjoyable, but ended up being just like the rest of the titles in this genre. Fans will probably enjoy it and there is the nice perk of bonus content for the future Red Faction title. In the end Red Faction: Battlegrounds suffers from being an average game.

Overall, FaceBreaker is game with great intentions, but the execution disappoints.

All in all, PDC World Championship Darts is a decent dart game but one that could have done with a lot more polish, especially in terms of control and presentation.

At the end of the day, Brink for the Xbox 360 is a game best left for gamers who really want to immerse themselves in some objective based online missions with some buddies; and I have to note, Brink is not intended to be played alone nor is it a game first person shooter fans will necessarily embrace. Brink is a unique game and does not follow the typical shooter template we have become accustomed to. In many ways Brink is an acquired taste. Unfortunately, my taste buds didn't exactly warm up to this one, but your experience may not be the same.

At the end of the day, Quantum Theory is a poor man's Gears of War.

Overall, this is a great strategy game, with a lot of flavour, and it'll only take a bit of work from the developers to make it excellent. And both the devs and the community are working on it, so we look forward to lots of fun!

Fading Shadows is a not a bad game for those on the go as it is enjoyable in short stints. Unfortunately it wore on me after a period of time.

That being said, the franchise has made some improvements since its inception and many wannabe rock stars may find 'SingStar Rocks!' disappointing compared to more recent instalments out there.

The battle system is great, but the rest of the game is just average.

Just don't expect the replay value to be very high, as most experienced gamers will likely not take too long to finish the entire game.

As such, like I said at the beginning, it's a game I want to like, and, on any other platform except PC, you can quite happily add a couple of points to the overall score. But, on PC at least, Dust doesn't quite push the right buttons for me to consider it the amazing game it could have been.

At the end of the day, Adrenalin Misfits is a Kinect game that fits well into the early games released for Microsoft's entry into the world of motion control.

But if you feel like helping nurture a game to completion, by all means fork out. Those of you who are more cautious, hang back a few months, it should be cool by then.

On its own, Johnny Test is a fun little side scrolling platform adventure. The levels are a challenge and the Johnny Test world comes to life on Nintendo's tiny handheld machine. The only problem rests with those who watch the show as they will likely find this game too much of a challenge and may likely pass this one up for more forgiving options.

The game ultimately comes across as unfinished and unfortunately gets thrown into that large group of movie based games that have failed to live up to gamers expectations.

As far as Disney games on the DS are concerned Wizards of Waverly Place: Spellbound ranks among the better ones out there.

While I did experience several moments of satisfaction while playing Overlord: Raising Hell, at the end of the day this game is best played as a long term rental.

At the end of the day Wits and Wagers is nice start for trivia games on the Xbox LIVE Arcade, but there is definitely room for improvement.

At the end of the day I was somewhat let down by the overall experience of Terminator Salvation for the Xbox 360. Like many summer blockbusters it was over too quick, and the hype was too much.
