If you enjoyed Pixar’s brilliant film, Up the game will keep the good times rolling for the younger audience for another few hours.
-
At the end of the day I would have to recommend this game only to those families who want the chance to relive some of the movie, or to those looking for a game that won't challenge the little ones (or themselves for that matter of fact). Everyone else should be wary of what the game provides though.
-
Nintendo PowerFun, mainly because of its emphasis on cooperation. [June 2009, p.89]
-
Overall, I found Up for the Wii to be an average movie tie-in game that doesn't do much to impress.
-
The charm of the film's characters isn't enough to save this simple, tedious platformer.
-
Even by licensed game standards, UP is surprisingly poor. The design is uninspired, but more importantly, it just isn’t fun or satisfying to play.
