Ultimately, Cutie Pets Pick Berries feels grossly unsuited for its platform, largely through an input method that doesn't suit its fast pace.- Cubed3

The game perhaps could have done with more tower defence elements to extend the idea further, but as a standalone package it's a compelling little gem that does well in framing the GamePad's benefits and is worth a try.- Cubed3

As much as there is to love in Star Fox Zero, sadly the awkward controls of various vehicles, and the horrendous forced second viewpoint and gyroscope targeting of regular Arwing and Landmaster stages almost ruin the entire experience.- Cubed3

A good recommendation when starting Justice Chronicles is keeping your expectations to a cautious high, at most.- Cubed3

Perpetual Blast is a boring 3D space shooter that absolutely fails in bringing back the genre. Its good physics are nothing in comparison to its absurdly repetitive and tedious gameplay, inferior presentation and counter-intuitive controls.- Cubed3

While not a bad game, Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright is one of the biggest disappointments in the series in years.- Cubed3

It is, however, a very shallow and repetitive experience, which makes Johnny's Payday Panic fun, but only briefly, since it's not something that would be worth revisiting.- Cubed3

For those of you who already own a Mario & Sonic game on 3DS, this particular instalment might be a difficult purchase to justify on the new content alone, but for newcomers, Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is the most definitive handheld version yet.- Cubed3

Pokkén Tournament ran the risk of seeming like a bog standard fighter with Pokémon skins, but Bandai Namco and The Pokémon Company have served up a unique Pokémon setup that delivers a fun, flexible, and easy-to-learn experience for fighting fans.- Cubed3

All in all, Hyrule Warrriors Legends is the definitive version of the game, wrapping up some of the issues and storyline features from the original with additional content, refined controls and even more playable characters.- Cubed3

This is a competent puzzle game that gets the job done, with an original and interesting presentation and personality. Nonetheless, at the end of the day, The Delusions of Von Sottendorff and his Square Mind is just a nice anecdote in the vast 3DS indie library.- Cubed3

Despite its flaws in narrative presentation, Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation is far and away the definitive experience for people who have fallen in love with the characters of the trilogy.- Cubed3

There are some clever ideas thrown in that try to improve on the original game's plot, along with a handful of entertaining characters in amongst the obnoxious ones, as well as great use of 3D, but End Layer should be played for its battle and job systems first and foremost, provided the original title was enjoyed.- Cubed3

It certainly isn't for everyone, being overall very overwhelming, but with enough patience and mastery, Mutant Mudds Super Challenge quickly becomes an addictive pick-up-and-play experience. With enough content and replay value to last a solid dozen hours, Max's latest adventure deserves a spot in any 3DS library.- Cubed3

There are some elements of Sadame that are done well, but they are completely overwhelmed by the fundamental aspects just being so poor.- Cubed3

Rough horse and camera behaviour, combined with a mostly empty Hyrule Field, aren't enough to bog down what's otherwise one of the best titles in the Zelda series - and arguably in gaming history.- Cubed3

Mega Man Legacy Collection is, at its core, a competent collection of six classic titles that every platforming fan - or, indeed, every gamer - should play at some point. However, it doesn't go much further than that.- Cubed3

Unfortunately, the problems that the self-implemented limitations add are extremely problematic and make this a title that is very difficult to recommend to anyone due to the long downtimes in-between when the player is allowed to do something without being hit by a kill-screen for building their tower a bit too high.- Cubed3

The biggest problem for Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale rests in the fact that it tries to be two things, but is only going halfway with both, something that creates an experience that will leave most people longing for more.- Cubed3

Fans of the show will enjoy the adventures as a new ghoul at Monster High, and being friends with Ghoulia, Spectra, Frankie, and the rest of the gang at Monster High will certainly be entertaining enough. However, there are gameplay issues which drag the score down a lot.- Cubed3
