In the end there’s no doubt RPG Maker MV gives you everything you need to make a great game. With the community always expanding the possibilities of the program with new plugins and graphics you could really make anything you can think off. This is a great tool that can make your ideas become reality.

I can’t recommend this game highly enough and I also can’t see a single gamer who wouldn’t enjoy playing it; it’s relaxing and endearing style almost makes me wish I could escape into that demon-filled forest.

Worms is back, Worms is here to stay, and it is a lot of laughs to boot. Buy it, and prepare yourself for one fun filled night of gaming, as you wont want to turn it off.

A very well-done game. It absolutely nails the atmosphere, the exploration is fun and engaging, and it was easy for me to pick up and play without any experience with these types of games.

I admit, the idea of Michonne getting her own series is so thin you could stick a pen through it, but if anyone can give it depth it’s Telltale.

Plague Inc: Evolved is one of the most interesting games you’ll get a chance to play this year so succumb to your symptoms and get yourself quarantined because you’ll be playing Plague Inc: Evolved until the early hours.

Overall it’s well worth revisiting Fortune City on your PS4.

The game rocks! I actually have a hard time comparing it to any other game, since all the other visual novels I have played are somehow Anime-related and there are no japanese schoolgirls in miniskirts in this story (which is a two-edged sword I suppose). Anyways, I highly recommend you get a steaming cup of cocoa, a hot water bottle and a warm blanket, get comfortable in front of your PC and dive right into the story of the prince of Denmark.

People were yelling, screaming at each other, cheering and laughing, and that made it clear that Move or Die got it right. The biggest shame of this new generation of gaming compared to the 80s and 90s is that, though the graphics are better and the games are still fun, we’ve lost that sense of togetherness when it comes to multiplayer. So project cars GOTY edition adds an additional 60 + liveries created by the community extra tracks With a few key car manufactures still missing such as Ferrari and Honda it’s not the complete set. What project cars does do, is offer is an experience that anyone can pick up and enjoy.

Overall this game is really a spectacular one for its genre it mixes the weather and time changes with the various jobs and vehicles necessary for city maintenance perfectly with an engine that We have seen before, but not quite in this fashion.

Fallout 4 is the epitome of what an open world RPG should be.

The Blues and Bullets episodic series has graced the current round of consoles with a captivating story and distinctive gameplay loop. Episode 2 furthers the path deeper into the exceptional groundwork laid in the inaugural episode.

You’ll get about 10-15 hours out of the novel before completion, so it’s a medium-sized novel if you’re looking for something a bit shorter than the novels that reach into the 40s or 50s. For $19.99, however, this game is a definite buy.

Is it worth releasing your Football Manager 2015 and transfer in Football Manager 2016, yes it most certainly is. Prepare to lose many hours to the footballing phenom that is Football Manager 2016.

Mystery Castle is a fun puzzle title that anyone can pick up and play.

With its fantastic soundtrack, gorgeous visuals and sky high production values, Yo-Kai Watch belies its years to deliver one of the better looking game on the Nintendo 3DS. It’s unlikely to match Pokémon’s success in the West, but judged upon its own merits, this is one of the better 3DS games released in the last few years and a genuine match for the ever-popular Pokémon franchise.

Its wide range of customization and endless flow of content make this a must for any petrol heads out there racing has never felt this realistic.

Superhot is a really enjoyable game, the disconnect between the gameplay and narrative only serve to intensify both.

Neon Chrome, is a superbly challenging, but rewarding experience. It may not be the prettiest game, but with it’s addictive RPG mechanics, large variety of strategic options in both roles and weapons, and fantastic cyberpunk atmosphere, I can wholeheartedly recommend Neon Chrome to anyone who might be interested in giving it a try. It is, quite simply, a great game.

Super Chibi Knight is a very high-quality title and a worthy successor to Chibi Knight in every sense.

It captures what I love about rhythm games and constantly challenges me and my reflexes. The menus aren’t too obtrusive, the variety of music keeps the game fresh, and it has an inspired aesthetic that really draws you in, and I certainly found myself bopping my head to the music.

With the introduction of being able to play as a dinosaur, as well as amusing scenes of seeing two Velociraptors playing badminton and driving around on a motor bike, this game has a great combination of fun and entertainment that will keep you playing for days and days.

The graphics and sound track work because it’s simple, the gameplay and mechanics are what really make this game.

The Blues and Bullets series is off to an exhilarating and twisted start.

Everything about this game feels thought out and sculpted with the player’s enjoyment in mind.

Neverending Nightmares is an utterly compelling and haunting horror experience that will stay with you long after the credits have rolled.

The unique, utterly charming aesthetic certainly plays its part, but ultimately, it’s the fundamental gameplay that makes this game quite as special as it is. The combination of solid shooting mechanics with personnel and task management is inspired, leading to this being one of the most entertaining games that I have played this year and amongst the finest co-op experiences of the generation.

The game isn’t particularly long, and doesn’t offer too much of a challenge, but it has fantastic characters, stunning design and characters that are unique and interesting.

While Aviary Attorney may not be the most original piece of media on the surface, deep down it is easily one of the most enjoyable games of the year so far. The game itself is a compliment to the assets it uses. Maybe there are a few cringe worthy puns here or there, but ultimately I think this game is worthwhile to anyone who gets a chance to play it.

The gameplay is addictive and incredibly well done but beware a lot of things can kill you, your own grenades and defective turrets, team members shooting you in the back on purpose or by mistake, even while waiting for the extract shuttle it landed on me leaving me as a red smear across the planet.

Many will ultimately be put off by the Naruto name and the big ‘4’ slapped on the front cover, but I can assure you, despite the deep lore and intimidating title, this is the most accessible, beautiful and downright fun Naruto game of all time.

The Guild of Dungeoneering is a fabulous game, which provides hour after hour of addictive gameplay for kids or a thirty-three year old man-child like myself.

Ska Studios deserves not to be overshadowed by From Software’s legacy, instead the team should be praised for delivering a stunning game in its own right.

It is very easy to get into no matter how much or how little you play platformers. It is a game that you will want to replay over and over.

Gameplay is king in this game and once you’ve made it through the opening few levels, you’ll find it very hard to turn it off.

A great little game. If the idea a relaxing puzzle game with intense visuals and a wonderful soundtrack appeals to you then I highly recommend it. A real pleasure.

With many hours of content, compelling and satisfying gameplay and a fantastic suite of campaign, online and survival components, if you’re looking for something to scratch your itchy trigger finger this September I can’t recommend this enough. It has a solid story, good looks and great gameplay, and getting all of the games satisfying achievements will take you around thirty to forty hours.

At the end of the day – Vita exclusive or not – Severed is a joy to play, a pleasure to explore and a bloody great game in its own right and because of this, it is very much deserving of your time, money and attention.

With plenty of content to keep you playing whether on your own or with others over Xbox Live, as well as the excellent career mode and online championship to get your teeth into, and the best handling and physics of the series, Codemasters has hit the nail on the head with F1 2016. Everything which was lacking last year is back in abundance, and the level of control – regardless of whether you’re using a wheel or a pad to play – is perfect.

Tumblestone is a great puzzle game that I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys this genre. You will find yourself frustrated when you have to restart a level but absolutely ecstatic when you solve a difficult puzzle. That feeling is something that only the best puzzle games provide.

Dear Esther: Landmark Edition is an experience that has held my imagination for days after finishing it. It is beautiful yet haunting, sad yet inspiring. It may be short, but it is perfectly paced, and you owe it to yourself to experience this game, it will leave you breathless.

Overall the game experience provided by Laser Disco Defenders is fantastic, and will definitely be a fixture on the first page of my Vita’s wall, everything just fits together perfectly. It is incredibly challenging whilst remaining fun.

If you’ve played the games before then the Uncharted Collection serves as a great reminder of the story up to now in preparation for Uncharted 4, and for those of you who have not played any of the previous entries, or only played one or two, then this game is a must.

The game’s direction is also peerless, and the aesthetic choices are just right: bold enough to be obvious on a small screen for tablets, but creative and consistent, furthering the atmosphere. The game is unique and I wish there was more like it, and I expect that, despite the 80 day limit, I will play it over and over, each time discovering a new way around the world.

Although its characters aren’t as compelling as Jim Raynor or Tricia Helfer’s Queen of Blades, the story is no less incredible and the gameplay is as fun and rewarding as ever. Legacy of the Void is a fitting end to the Starcraft II trilogy and proves that splitting it into three games was definitely the correct decision.

A very addictive and hugely enjoyable game with heaps of replayability thanks to the level generator and level builder.

A game I did thoroughly enjoy playing. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. In a day and age where people regularly spend a small fortune on mobile games and then some more on stupid in-game purchases that mean nothing, Super Party Sports: Football is a game that is well worth a look.

Just Cause 3 is one of the most satisfying experiences of 2015.

There is a lot to take in, but don’t let that scare you. If you put the time in, you will soon start to enjoy yourself.

This is a good game with plenty of challenge to keep you entertained.

Stories of Bethem is a throwback to the Legend of Zelda games of the past. Great music and fantastic 8-bit graphics abound, and for fans of the genre it’s a real treat to see a game of this type arrive on Xbox.

The competitive multiplayer won’t keep you busy for long and the lack of online co-op is certainly a disappointment, but despite these relatively minor issues, the Claeys Brothers’ throwback run and gun shooter, Guns, Gore & Cannoli is a fantastic update of the Metal Slug template and brilliant shooter in its own right.

Transformers: Devastation is by far and away the best video game interpretation of this most beloved of franchises and a timely reminder (if one was needed), of just how good Platinum Games are when it comes to fast-paced action games.

With its simple-but-deep control scheme, combined with its complex economy and dynamic factions, Star Nomad 2 is the kind of space exploration sandbox that you may not have realised you needed in your life.

Tumblestone manages to deliver a unique puzzle experience while keeping you on your toes as the game changes slightly with every new modifier.

The controls are responsive and the shooting is damn right awesome.

It’s funny witty and has a lot of character. It won’t be for everyone but if you’re a fan of turn based JRPGS, anime or are just looking for a good time sink I would say give this a try.

The game has a certain charm to it that makes it so enjoyable to play, it expands on what the game was on NES but at the same time it is easier to get into the game for people who never played the original game.

Overcomes its issues thanks to its glorious visual design, it’s upbeat attitude and the fact that, while feeling a little more forced this time around, it remains a highly entertaining and endlessly charming adventure that ultimately delivers an experience that is more than the sum of its individual parts.

Overall Guns, Gore & Cannoli was a nice surprise once I got into it. I could certainly feel similarities to Metal Slug and other side scrolling shooters. The setting is interesting, art direction and soundtrack is unique and suits the game well.

I love the new Guitar Hero experience, but more specifically I love Guitar Hero TV mode, which more than makes up for the forgettable Live mode.

With such a fantastical set-up, it works to Harvest December’s advantage that it makes good use of humour at its start, as trying to play the story as straight drama would have made it hard to connect with.

If you’re interested in puzzle games and want something that’s fun, engaging and addictive then Art of Balance is a game that you should definitely pick up when you get a chance.

Incredibly deep and challenging.

The presentation of the game again is spot on and stays true to the world of Minecraft.

Templar Battleforce is a really excellent example of the tactical RPG. It is not for everyone, as it is unforgiving and sometimes unintuitive, but it delivers what was promised; an engrossing struggle to purge the aliens, with a large amount of mechanical variety.

What I enjoyed most is not having the story revealed to me all at once. You had to keep playing in order to find out the entire truth. It just motivated me to keep playing despite how difficult some of the puzzles can be. Playing a game that was entirely monochrome just added to the experience.

The game draws you in and doesn’t let you go and I’m glad with all the hype around all the latest AAA releases its nice to go back to simpler times and play a game that isn’t all about a short story that can be completed within 20 hours of game play you have to simple objectives that stay the same, find the teleporter and stay alive as you go running through the levels looking for something that you swear isn’t there until you find it tucked away in a little corner of the level.

A great game for point and click enthusiasts and a welcome introduction to anyone new to the genre.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X plays it very safe, but despite its familiarity, it does more than enough to justify the jump to the PlayStation 4 hardware.

Despite dying multiple times and encountering some of the dumbest bad-luck possible, I can’t help but go back to play again and again in the hopes that maybe I can get just one town further before I’m mowed down or eaten in that cruel, cruel world.

What Shattered Skies does well, it does really well. The environment is beautiful, combat is responsive, fast and exhilarating, graphically the game is satisfying and feels well optimised.

If you enjoy managing simple resources while watching your troops do their thing, you’ll probably like this game. For me, Kingdom may be a bit on the simple side, but it is this simplicity that keeps me coming back to try, try again.

The game is lots of fun, quick playing, and there is definitely enough choices to make each turn to please even the hardcore Euro game veterans .With approachable game rules and random maps that increase replay value, SkyBoats is an interesting turn-based game with multiple layers of strategy. Give it a try. You’ll become a fan of BrainGoodGames.

PES 2016 is a fantastic game that has clearly sent a message to it’s rival and all around the world that the series has made a comeback. Everything about the game has been tweaked and perfected when you compared this year’s game to it’s predecessor (PES 2015)

It is through the customization and gradual progression of unlocking in-game costumes and weapons that gives the game refreshing longevity and a variety of ways to play the game.

This game isn’t going to be a sensory spectacle with all the whistles and buttons of a big budget game. But the real secret behind this game is the database and engine.

If you don’t have much experience with this genre then this is a great place to start. I loved almost every aspect of the game and if I had the time I’d probably play for the platinum trophy. I highly recommend this one and can happily endorse the price.

Not everyone will appreciate the humor, art style, or that it’s a point-and-click game. I enjoyed all of it.

Shadow Blade: Reload is an example of how the leap from mobile to console can deliver a great experience for the unsuspecting gamer.

Some will find the lack of a clear narrative disappointing while others might find the grind-heavy gameplay a bit of a chore, but for many, this throwback to old school JRPG sensibilities will likely prove a refreshing and pleasingly nostalgic experience.

If you’re looking for something that’s a bit more mild as far as mechanics, but not necessarily as battle focused as Dynasty Warriors from the same studio, I would actually recommend Samurai Warriors 4: Empires which takes aspects from both franchises. But if you do want a fully thought focused war simulation game that will make you question every move and have noticeable future consequences set in a historically accurate Asian period, RTK13 is the only valid choice currently available.
