Minecraft: Story Mode – Episode 4: A Block and a Hard Place is the strongest episode yet in basically every aspect.

This is getting better. It’s definitely getting better. The story is way funnier, it has the best puzzles in the series, and it is also the chapter with the best moral choices. If it keeps growing like this, it could become REALLY good. We didn’t expect it, seeing how it began.

As of episode four, Minecraft: Story Mode feels like it’s on the right track to conclude in a more interesting way than it originally appeared, but I’m not sure yet whether that makes dragging yourself through the first three episodes worth it to see the better places the series goes as it nears its conclusion.

Telltale is finding the right way to make Minecraft: Story Mode a game for everyone, and not just for kids. It's a little bit late, but if you've liked it so far, you're going to enjoy this fourth episode.

The beginning and ending are strong, but the middle lacks depth and challenge. The story and humor keep the episode interesting throughout.

The fourth and penultimate episode of Telltale's first season of Minecraft: Story Mode has yet again failed to impress.

minecraft storymode is my second favorite game of all time, and my first favorite is actual minecraft. And this is the best episode of bothminecraft storymode is my second favorite game of all time, and my first favorite is actual minecraft. And this is the best episode of both seasons and the expansion pack. It's PHENOMENAL. Every major decision from every episode has some influence here. People always complain how this game isn't a true chose your own adventure game, but I like the minor details personally. And this one has so many minor details, I've replayed this episode countless times to spot out every one. There's only really one decision here that I don't like the minor implications of, but it's still alright and it has good overall story purposes. I. Love. This. Expand
